Howard was fantastic. Didn’t take advantage of my situation. Unclogged main drain quickly at 9pm. Guaranteed his work and gave me advice on ac issue as well.

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

Howard was a blessing to my husband and me, he was referred to us by my son. We had a water leak at our house and needed him right away and even though he had just lost his Mother, he came and served us. I thank GOD for him. What great customer Service. Thank You Howard.

Howard is such a professional gentleman. He genuinely cares about his customers. He came out to my house in Red oak at 3 in the morning to unclog the drain And stayed until 11 in the morning to make sure the city also came out and fixed their part. A true businessman and genuine person.

Howard was very prompt and professional. I had water coming from underneath my wood floor and he help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone before he arrived. After getting to the house and diagnosing the problem it was determined to be exactly what he said. Will definitely recommend his services.

He did Excellent Job! He was very patient and got the job done and got the Atmos People Straight after they tried to Say I Had a Gas leak, and didn't have one, he was very Reasonable and didn't try to get over like most plumbers.

I never really do the review thing but I felt the need to this time. I have had 4 plumbing companies come out here to find the problem why my drainage system wasn't properly working. The plumbers that came outbefore told me that 1. I need all my pipes replaced. Then gave me an outrageous peice.2. They ran machine through my pipes and said I had a tree root and my pipes need to be replaced. 3rd plumber came and really didn't do anything for a hour and charged me 150 for doing nothing. The fourth came and said the exact same thing the first 2 plumbers told but this time with a higher price. I was about to give up. then a friend of mine told me she knows a great plumber who's reliable and very reasonable. I said to myself okay well could do any worse. So I called 3rd generation plumbing pros. Howard abruptly answer the phone it was very detailed and asking me questions of what was the problems. After about a 10-minute conversation with Howard he told me he knew exactly what was the problem. I laughed at him and said you're just going to tell me what the other for plumbers said to me. He laughed back and said no ma'am we don't cause the problems we fix the problems. So he showed up to my door Handsome guy may I add and proceeded to inspect the clog in my house. He explained to me what was going on but I really don't understand the plumbers language. So I said okay how much would it cost. He gave me a price that was unbelievable. In a good way. Howard was here no longer than 25 minutes and have my entire problem fixed. I then been said oh my God you have got to be kidding me. Long story short he is an amazing guy and the professionalism of his character is amazing. This will probably be the only testimony that I would ever do but 3rd generation to Howard the owner thank you with all my heart. You are very honest with me.

Howard came for a small job that expanded into a total shower remodel. It looks great!
His workmanship is very good and he is very thorough.

Howard & Quail came out to my house shortly before 9pm on a saturday, they stayed until midnight doing everything they could to make sure my plumbing problems were fixed. They even went so far as to drive behind my house to figure out what the issue was.Highly satisfied and great customer service was rendered. The whole time they had smiles on their faces and I could not have asked for a better pair of plumbers.I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone who needs 24hr plumbing needs.

Had a problem with my a/c condensation drain. It was connected to an air vent. This eventually led to a leak in my ceiling. The air vent was clogged. 3rd Gen Plumbing showed up and reconfigured the condensation drain for me. He did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

City of Frisco discovered I had a leak from the main water valve to the house. Called these guys they fit me in their tight schedule on a Saturday. At first impression I was hesitant to let them do the fix, but after talking to Howard and Eddie I felt comfortable that these guys could get it done. That goes to prove the old saying “ don’t judge the book by the cover”. Work was completed and problem solved. And I am very happy. Good job 3rd generation plumbing pros.
