Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!

Preventative maintenance

Matthew and his team are outstanding. I was impressed the moment I reached out to him. He responded quickly, provided a reasonable quote and I received text messages to confirm and remind me of my appointment. Upon arriving they were very personable and professional, took the time to explain the work being done and completed the work quickly. I will 100% use them again and will refer to others. It is so refreshing to have a plumber that you trust.

Sorry I did not get a chance to give a better review. Set up an appointment for 1:00. Got a voicemail that it would be 3-4 hours. Called to check on this and she said, well, we don't know when it will be but we will update you.
Four hours later and no update. Very disappointed.

Service was as expected and professional, but bait and switch pricing was not appreciated. Service too expensive for the work done, and flat job estimating fee not part of final bill ,as expected.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Daron Branch was the plumber sent out by Pure and I can honestly say I have never worked with a better technician. He was honest and tried his best to work to do the job in the best but most economical way possible. I have never worked with a better professional! He was neat, clean, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
