I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line. They are the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous and tenacious. I had a thorny, complex, multi-pronged issue involving pier and beam. They painstakingly and meticulously worked to figure it out, including recommending another expert when needed. Everyone one from the office manager to the techs, managers and third-party excavators were excellent. Landscaping was also nicely preserved. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with the extensive work done at my house by the team at Accurate Leak and Line (AL&L) to replace my worn-out and leaky cast iron sewer piping with PVC. They were recommended to me by a close friend from my church for whom they had done a similar project a year or so ago.I’m in my mid-60s and have dealt with more contractors than I can count over the nearly 40 years I’ve been a homeowner. Accurate Leak and Line checks ALL the boxes when it comes to being an excellent contractor. Initial assessment, proposal, communication, implementation, and follow-up were all handled with professionalism, consistency and courtesy. They showed up each day exactly when they said they would. When my personal OCD tendencies showed up and I asked too many questions, Christian, my project manager, responded graciously and respectfully to every question I had. The excavation crew from Deanda Excavation was first-rate with every facet of the digging, tunneling and backfill. They took great care with my yard and house during each phase of their work. The team of AL&L plumbers that handled the actual replacement of all the cast iron with PVC (and it was a TEAM – I think it was at least 6 or 7 plumbers) knocked out the entire plumbing job in a single day, and did it with astonishing efficiency. Andres, who supervised the plumbing crew, was very helpful and thoughtful.The plumbers went above and beyond in ways I definitely didn’t anticipate. For example, they installed two dedicated in-ground cleanouts that never existed at my house before for easy maintenance access at the kitchen sink and half bath drains. If there’s ever a clog, it will be easier than ever to clear. When the project was finished, my house and property were undamaged and greatly improved.On the cost side – Accurate Leak and Line charged me the same amount that another reputable contractor had quoted – but the competing quote was ONLY to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house and did not include the long run of pipe (actually two separate runs) from my house to the city sewer service at the alley. Because of this difference in project scope, the Accurate Leak and Line quote ended up being substantially lower than the competing quote. And the job is now 100% done.If you ever need this kind of project done, use these guys! You won’t regret it.

In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

Accurate called 15 mins before appointment to cancel. I had someone drive an hour accross Dall for the meeting as it is a commerical project. Upon discussing with further it was deterined they are unable to locate domestic water line leaks and they are focused on repairs. They recommended calling American Leak. Disappointing that after making an appointment for a week out they called and backed out. Website is misleading as it appears they offer leak detection.

If I could give 10 stars I would. after a quote from another well known plumbing company of over 10 thousand dollars I found these guys,Josh ran camera and hey there was no problem ,if your looking for excellent honest customer service and a company who knows their stuff look no further.

AL&L have been fantastic. I brought in 6 local companies for bids to do a complete repipe of my 70+ year old cast iron sewer system and bring it up to modern standards. Not only was AL&L the best priced of them all, but they were the only one to offer a 10 year warranty on the work, no one else came even close to that confidence in their work. The crews were helpful and competent, the work they do at the speed they do it is really remarkable and exhausting even to watch- this is hard work. I highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line.

A tenant reported a leak in the front yard that had been ongoing for months. I called a couple of plumbing companies to provide an estimate to locate and repair. Dissatisfied with probable cause and cost estimates to repair from local plumbers I kept searching the internet in search of 1) accurate information 2) better cost. I found Chad with Accurate Leak and Line and he was absolutely amazing. Upon his initial call to me he said, “You do not have to meet me at the property… “ that was music to my ears as the issue was in the front yard underground. Yet, on that same day after leaving Chad did come by yet another property I own and repaired a minor inside plumbing issue I thought was underground - No charge. He did inform me their business was underground plumbing only. I was literally blown away with his kindness, professionalism and accuracy. Of course, the front yard leak was repaired, the cost was far less than the other bids received and certainly ACCURATE! They scheduled the job, showed up and showed out. I have never had any more plumbing issues at that property since Accurate L&L repaired the leak. Those guys definitely chose the correct name for their business ACCURATE LEAK AND LINE. The only complaint I have is: I CAN’T CALL THESE GUYS FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS - both inside and out. They are absolutely amazing!

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there’s no emergent problems. You can’t buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they’ll be who I call.

We had a clogged pipe and it was unfortunately determined that we needed an entire sewer line replacement. I came across Accurate Leak & Line and had them take a look and provide a quote for replacing the cast iron with modern pvc pipe. They were very reasonable in their pricing so I went ahead and contracted their services. I could not be any happier. The team who performed the work, both the diggers and the plumbers, were exceptional. Everything went smooth, even though the pathway to the city line was very difficult to trench. The entire job took only 8 days, and the yard looked identical (if not better) then before the work. I highly recommend their work if you need your sewer line repaired/replaced.

Very professional service. Not cheap, but a job well done. They had to dig through a flower bed and 8 feet under my foundation. When they were done, there was no evidence of them ever being there. Even the mulch was back in place.

I cannot say enough good things about Chad, Christian, and everyone else at Accurate Leak & Line!We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

Christian and Chad with Accurate Leak & line were very professional in the way they deal with my wife and me. My wife and I were buying a home (40 years old) and a foundation engineer who inspected our foundation recommended we have the pipes under the foundation checked for leaks. I selected Accurate to come out and run the initial tests based on reviews I read. They found two leaks in the sewage pipes. After buying the house I selected Accurate to make a proposal and go over in detail with me what would be involved in repairing these two leaks. Chad worked up their proposal and came out to our home to go over it with us. We understood what was going to be involved and what the cost was going to be before work began. The work proceeded on schedule and the whole process took three days and it included repaving a portion of our driveway. I would use Accurate Leak & Line again on any similar issues. I have a high level of confidence in their work and commitments.

A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. I found Accurate Leak & Line through a Google search. Ratings were good. Called Chad and he was not the typical salesman making over the top promises and pitches. He comes out to assess the job and follows up with an email. Still no high pressure sales pitch. A few months go by, and still...no hounding. Just one or two follow up emails. I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!). They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it rained in the middle of our job, Josh and his team didn't miss a beat! They completed everything professionally and on time. Been about a year and still happy with their work.I had a couple other plumbers say they were going to come out and quote to only stand me up. Left waiting. A couple other plumbers wanted to tunnel under the house. Accurate leak used their equipment to trace the sewer lines out and determined it would be better to run the replacement sewer line out side of the foundation as it was a straight shot to the main city sewer line with a minimum of under the foundation digging and no cement foundation work.Accurate L&L did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would do it at a fair price.

Couldn't be happier with the work done and great customer service! They came out timely and quickly isolated 2 sewer leaks (where other plumbers could not give me full certainty), clearly explained the work that needed to be performed and time frame that it would be completed under and they exceeded my expectations by completing earlier than anticipated, including city inspection. They used tarps to keep excavated dirt contained and did a great job with cleanup. Other than replacing some grass, you can't even tell they were there!

This review is long overdue. Chad is wonderful. He came up with a plan that avoided digging through our house and foundation. All work was done outside quickly and cleanly. This company made major repairs in 2014 to my home in Mesquite, TX before I bought it. The Warranty was good for 2 years. Two months after moving in, we discovered that the toilet riser pipe in the master bath had separated from the sewer pipe; so no proper flushing. I had the paperwork from this company and called them. Chris came out and found the problem immediately, called me back the next day and told me that the owner was going to stand behind his work and that the repairs would be done for free in spite of the expired Warranty. Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!

We had an under-slab sewer collapse so these guys did an exterior excavation pipe replacement, meaning no inside slab busting was done. Quick, efficient and tidy. Some months later our shifting clay soil caused one of the new fittings to break and leak. They responded immediately and replaced broken piece. Really great work and problem follow up.

I suspected we had an under slab leak, (based on another plumber's opinion). Josh diagnosed the issue as a courtesy and found that our problem was something completely different. Knew I had a leak under the house, they came out, diagnosed the leak quickly, then a little later they fixed the leak within a few hours and my water bill was back down to normal. They were very nice and quick and cleaned up after their work. I was happy I used them, but hope I don't have to use them again.

Accurate Leak & Line did a great job of rerouting our hot water line through the ceiling after diagnosing a foundation leak. The minimized the damage to our house and where fast, clean and professional.

My mom house got a crack straight up her brick this past Jan 2017 and I have been having the area evaluated. Her tub had stopped and nothing would clear it until I put weed killer in it and now it drains fine. However, that area stays pretty damp and started to accumulate mold and to prevent further damage I called the city to check their lines and they said nothing was wrong with their lines. So I called AL&L and Chad was detailed in his research and analysis wherein he found that nothing was wrong except that the city line had roots and I needed to call them again to see what could be done before it backed up and got serious. The area also had water that may stand for several hours after rain and the french drain would have to be done most likely. He referred 1st Choice Foundation and it appears their reviews are just as good. So great to have people who are efficient, thorough, professional, honest and fair! It is great to see people who value and try to live the same way I do!

Nothing is worse than buying an older house (built in the 70's) and discover the plumbing under the house is deteriorating and needs to be completely replaced. Okay, maybe some things are worse, but not many.These guys came out and gave me a guaranteed quote after about an hour inspection.I contacted at least 3 different plumbers in the area and they all gave me estimates that were higher than Accurate's guaranteed price. One even said, It's going to be at least this much, but probably more once we get under the house.Anyway, Accurate made us feel comfortable.Only reason I even consider dropping a star from my rating is because my front yard still looks like an outtake from a Tremors movie. I'm not entirely sure these guys could've done anything about it, but my wife is complaining and when she complains we all lose a star.

We are trying to buy an older home with cast iron drain pipes. Two previous plumbers came out and literally wouldn't do anything. Clayton came out, hunted all the access points and did a comprehensive inspection. He also answered all our questions thoughtfully and patiently.These guys really are on another level.

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.
