I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for this company after my 1st experience today. Denise, was so compassionate, caring, empathic, and very human as my 1st person of contact with this company. I was overwhelmed with feelings of not really knowing what to do about my problem. Denise, contacted me back right away with a plan to get things done today! I greatly appreciated that. I had been without running water since yesterday afternoon. Daryl, a phenomenal man who was also kind and smelled good. He did his assessment and spoke to me in detail about the plan of execution to get my pipe fixed. Upfront pricing explained before any work was to be completed. He overseen majority of the work as it was being done. His crew arrived digging within 30 mins. I was amazed by their response time. They took very good care of my grass and localized the area where they dug. Blake, came in to fix my pipe. He even showed me the actual piece replaced that was the source of my leak. I will definitely continue doing business with Metro Flow Plumbing. They are licensed, professional, honest, and on The Best Picks Reports and now I know why.

Ted managed a big plumbing project at our house last year and he resolved a couple of smaller issues that popped up this month. He's always professional and courteous. He explains the issues well and gives me options and pricing before doing any repairs. Trustworthy!

Jordan and Juan were so friendly and informative about my drain issues; explained all the possible causes and ways to resolve, starting from least expensive to the most. Very courteous and helpful. We were told by another company we had a broken pipe but it was really a clogged drain. Metro Flow knew right away what the problem was and worked until they got our drain working again. I was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty. I like the printed set fees so there is no question about what the services will cost. I will definitely use them again!

Our main line from the house collapsed. This was after hours for Metro Flo. Our technician was still on call and able to come out and assess the problem that night. He talked over what would need to happen and was able to show us the exact cost and book the time for the labor. Very professional and it was a relief to know they had enough crews on hand that the work was going to be done within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Metro Flo.

Could not recommend them enough, they were so thorough and detailed through the whole process and answered all my questions. We had a old toilet pipe and they replaced it within a few days. I also want to shoutout the excavation team they use, they did a great job and even came out in below freezing weather to finish the job and were so nice and accommodating!!

I'm very pleased with the work Metro Flow did in replacing all water pipes under my home. Forrest was pleasant and helpful in my understanding each step. I appreciated the through clean-up. I'm glad to recommend Forrest Ferrell.

Jordan was very professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and then discussed the potential problem(s) and the associated costs with us prior to beginning the work. In a fairly short amount of time, he was able to resolve our problem and get us back in working order.

We had a water leak coming from the kitchen drain, but was draining in the garage. Weird. Had to call and have an emergency consult. RJ & Ted were able to take the call late and were on site at 6pm. They were able to locate the affected pipe with camera.Because it was late we needed to reschedule the work to be done two days out. Which was today, Christmas Eve! They came sharply at 9AM and were done by noon.Not only that, they were able to patch and repair the wall that was cut with some scrap sheathing we happened to have. Amazing, because this is not part of their normal job. And on Christmas eve too! We probably would have had holes in the wall for a couple of weeks before we could get around to patching it. Really it saved us from having cold air coming into the house and spending money on a contractor.Great communication and great problem solving. Above and beyond really.

Our technician was GREAT! Explained everything that was wrong, and talked us through everything the entire time he was in our home. The company was able to send someone out within an hour and a half of my call.

The technicians arrived at my house as scheduled. They explained the procedures for the leak detection and any change in price due to the outcome of the inspection. They were presentable and polite.

Communication from Metro Flow was fantastic. They were upfront and honest about their availability during the Christmas freeze and followed through with their scheduled appointments. I will be using their services for any future plumbing work.

The crew at Metro Flow Plumbing have done an amazing job on a septic to sewer hook up in Southlake TX. They have been wonderful to work with inspite of all kinds of problems with the elevation, the old tree roots and the city not marking a water line. They explain everything that was going to happen each day clearly. Boy does Southlake know how to fix a water problem when they need too. They came with a monster truck and had a crew that jumped right in and went to work.

They came to my rescue late in the evening on a Saturday. They had a water heater on their truck and were able to get our hot water restored that same night. I appreciate their prompt service so much! Thanks for not leaving me hanging until Monday. The techs were kind, informative and efficient.

The service technician explained everything very patiently to me and showed everything to me as well, so that I understood exactly what was going on. They were scheduled to come out tomorrow, however, they had a cancellation, and were able to squeeze me in happily!

Ted and crew were absolutely wonderful. Explaining to me and my mom what needed to be done and why. Had a toilet back up late on a Saturday before Thanksgiving. Metro sent out help within the hour and they fixed our problem before 9pm.We knew they would charge more for an after-hours call but we definitely got what we paid for.Would definitely recommend them for speedy service and courtesy.

Customer service was exceptional from my initial call, to confirmation call, to actual appointment. The guys (RJ and Ted) showed up at the expected time and were clean in both appearance and while working. Listened to all my concerns and then went over pricing. I called for one main concern but they were also able to take care of several other issues I had been putting off. (Loose shower handle, one new faucet, and tub that didn’t have working hot water) Really great service from beginning to end- will definitely call them again.

Ted Spillman is my new favorite person. Our water heater ruptured while we were out of town late at night and Metro-Flow Plumbing got the amazing Ted dispatched to us immediately while all the other “24 hour” services told us we’d have to wait till 9 am.Ted arrived quickly, got everything under control efficiently, helped coordinate with my mom, got water damage mitigation set up through another company, found a new tankless water heater that is especially made for our old house (and didn’t require a new gas line!), answered all of our questions, and installed everything beautifully. He kept us informed from afar with clear information and honest guidance. He (and the guys he was working with) were kind, professional, and respectful of our home. He really went above and beyond and I’m seriously considering creating a Ted fan club and making tshirts.Metro-Flow has a new customer for life. Thanks, Ted!!

We had a great experience with Ted and Metro Flow Plumbing. Our old cast iron pipes were leaking underneath our house (built in the 70s) and they were able to do a combination of replacing and lining without much tunneling. Everyone who worked at my home for this project was very professional and kind. I appreciated that they tried to give us as many options as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an older home. Other companies had told me they’d need to tunnel in 3 places outside and possibly inside our house, so the lining that Metro Flow offered was MUCH less invasive.

I placed a weird call. My cat went missing and I called for someone to come out and check to see if Inky (cat) didn't get behind the dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer. I did not get the names of the 2 men who came but they went beyond my expectations, they were so nice. They searched everywhere but Inky was not talking. Inky was eventually found in the garage the next day hiding.

Chris saved the day for us coming in behind a bad contractor and fixing all the items they had messed up! He was very thorough & professional and saved us from many future problems! He's our plumber! Cant say enough good things about him!

I spent $90 just for someone to knock on my door. Once the dispatcher was there, I was told that it would cost another $350 just to look at my hot water heater and tell me the issue. The office and dispatcher's communication is horrible. My hot water heater is still broken and I'm $90 short. Blake the plumber was a great guy; however, the miscommunication is on the company. This would have cost me half the price of the product they are troubleshooting....I love it when companies reply. Thanks for paying attention and under standing my frustration!

Metroflow is owner-operated, which is super important to me. Owner Rick Moreno is very professional and knowledgeable and trains his technicians very well. This time I had Ted Spillman come out and had a great experience once again. In addition to being timely (they took note that I would love to have them come earlier in the day, and were even able to accommodate that request), Ted was super friendly and personable as well. Plumbers are never cheap, but these are worth every penny and they stand behind their work.

Chris came out to our residence at 4am when we had a plumbing emergency. He took the time to fully investigate the issue and resolved it promptly. We were extremely appreciative of Chris and his work. We will definitely use them again.

What a terrific business, and experience! Very polite and knowledgeable, explained the issues and the potential remedies clearly. Really nice young man, and the assistant tech was great too. Makes you feel you’re getting great value on top of feeling like you are cared for.

RJ and Michael used their pipe camera to detect a blockage in our outdoor pipes that was causing bubbling in our toilets and sinks as well as an awful smell inside. They cleared the blockage and then found out we had a section of old cast iron pipe that was degrading and needed to be replaced with pvc. Overall, they were efficient and helpful as well as so polite and decent, hard working guys. Our fix happens to be expensive, but the guys were up front about costs no matter what path we ended up taking. Would highly recommend Metro flow plumbing and RJ and Michael.

They helped me to explain all potential repair options to meet my need for fixing the leak. They even were kind enough to show me how to shut my water off in the event of an emergency. All in all, I was very happy with their professional services and hope to get as great of plumber services in the future. I would recommend them.

Ted & Sam arrived on time, the office even called to ask if they could arrive a little early which worked out great for me. They identified the problem quickly, explained my options and pricing before beginning work. They had all the parts they needed on hand and completed the fix in under an hour. I'm very pleased with the repair. They also offered advice for a new unit if/when I need one.

Daryl and crew were just amazing. They are the utmost professional and discussed all of my options. It is quite a big job that they are going to do for me and I appreciate such a straight forward approach with state of the art technology to solve 1980's home problems of sewer relining. Frank and honest assessment of the issues with my sewer lines.A previous plumbing company did not find the clog in my sewer line and quoted $70,000+ to replace all sewer lines. Ted showed me with his video equipment a lump of fibrous material that plugged one line. Ted suggested a drain clean out service tens of thousands of dollars below the earlier estimate.

Hey they may be a little more $ but the quality, upfront honest, professional work you can't beat. Will definitely be using them for now on.

The issue I have with this company is their pricing was substantially higher than their competitors and the way they do business is to al carte you to death with services. We had someone come out and fix the problem for $200 in less than 20min. Ali with this company was in our home for several hours and we were charged over $500 and he fixed nothing. That was just to look to see if he could find out why a toilet was backed up after one flush. We were never given any assurance that he knew what the problem was. As a professional he could not identify any issue without charging to confirm. We had someone come and do the exact same thing Ali claimed to do and fixed the issue, also as a professional he could tell me exactly what the issue was based on what he saw. Ali For some reason could not, he even tried convincing us that the only way to fix the problem was to change the piping underground and that was going to cost us over $3,000+. I can't believe that anyone would try to do this to someone. Now we've wasted over $500 for a problem that wasn't even fixed in the slightest. Unfortunately, I could never recommend this company. The most disappointing service experience I've ever had. This was a simple fix turned into a major issue by this company because they thought they could score big instead of just trying to fix the problem. The final determination was a blockage of wipes that was pulled out from using the snake which Ali claimed he could not do because it was full of water. The other company had no issue doing so and even showed me what he pulled. Could never use this company again on principle.

Sal and his partner were amazing! They saved the day! They found and repaired our leak in a timely manner, were professional, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this company and we will use them in the future with any additional plumbing needs. There was one hiccup in the beginning with scheduling our service request, but Daryl (manager) called me to apologize and correct the situation. Amazing team!

I didn't just choose just anyone to repair the leak at my home. The ladies there are so professional and I love it.

Forrest, Daryl and the team at MetroFlow plumbing helped us get our gas line and kitchen line replaced. They walked us through the whole process and where very knowledgeable. We hired them to do a simple drain cleaning because our sinks were overflowing and they realized quickly that snaking the drain wasn't going to do it. Instead of taking the easy money and snaking our drain, they told us it was just going to be a band-aid on a more serious problem. Very happy we found these guys and will definitely hire them again.

Sal did a nice job using a camera to inspect the sewer lines and did a great job removing the toilet and resetting it when he was done running the camera down the sewer line. Nice guy and explained the process and his opinions very well. I'd request him by name next time I have an issue. As for value, I don't know how the price of service compares to other plumbers. He arrived on time, at the beginning of the time-window and I received a call from Metro-Flow Plumbing around 30 minutes before he arrived. I don't have any complaints.

Gas leak pipe repairs. Company is good information and helpful. Just communication was spotty. I always called for updates. It was never initiated by the plumber.I still don’t have an itemized invoice

Metro Flow was FANTASTIC to work with. They were professional, timely, friendly and did excellent quality work. We had lots of plumbing work done in the yard and when they finished, the yard looked like it had barely been touched. Our new gas line and plumbing work great and we couldn't be happier.

We have a commercial office space that had both toilets backed up early yesterday evening with 40 clients in the Bldg. Out of all the plumbers I frantically called Metro was the only one who responded and thankfully RJ was able to make the drive out and fix our problem. Both faucets in laundry room were leaking. Called to schedule appointment and they had a good availability of times to fit my schedule. Metro-Flow called an hour before to confirm the a appointment and later texted me Chis was on his way. They were upfront about their $89 consult fee when I scheduled the appointment so there were no surprises. They don't charge by the hour but by the job. Chris was very professional and we discussed the option or repair vs replace including the prices. Chris was professional but very conversational and took time to explain things. I had him replace both faucets (40 years old) and he completed the job in less than an hour. He left the area clean and made sure there were no leaks. I was impressed how he sweated the joints so cleanly, no solder drips running down the copper pipe or excess flux. Excellent work. Had a busted pipe outside and looked on google and called another plumbing service and was greeted by a very unfriendly and unprofessional person on the other end so I hung up and looked more and found Metro. I was greeted by Nicole who was the one of the most professional and friendly receptionists I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She was clear and concise about pricing and availability and made me feel valued as a customer right off the bat! The technician RJ showed up on time and was very friendly and cool! We talked shop as he surveyed the busted pipe and then he went to his truck and came back and had repaired it in literally about 30 seconds to a minute. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received and I highly recommend this company!!

Mr. Ali was on time and after having a discussion with me, he immediately found the problem. He then showed me my options and the cost associated with the repair. We had someone come out and fix the problem for $200 in less than 20min. Ali was in our home for several hours and we were charged over $500 and he fixed nothing. We were never given any assurance that he knew what the problem was. It was always, we won't know until I check, but if I check it's gonna cost you this much more. Of course he didn't use those words but that was definitely the sentiment. My husband and I were very disappointed and we knew something wasn't right but we had to eat the cost once he was out. He tried convincing us that the only way to fix the problem was to change the piping underground and that was going to cost us over $3,000+. I can't believe that anyone would try to do this to someone. Now we've wasted over $500 for a problem that wasn't even fixed in the slightest. Unfortunately, I could never recommend this company. The most disappointing service experience I've ever had.

Metro Flow (and Sal) did a great job. I called this morning, they scheduled me for the afternoon, provided updates by phone and text on arrival times. Sal arrived early in a neat and clean uniform with a mask. He was polite and friendly. He fixed (the mistakes of another plumber) and did so quickly and completely. He explained to me several time what was done wrong by the other plumber and how he need to fix it. Once he fixed it he showed me in detail the fixed faucet and we examined it together carefully. The bill was fair. I am a very happy customer. I will be back to Metro Flow and I plan to request Sal! Good work guys!

They replaced my leaky tub faucet and replaced a corroded drain pipe from my sink left over from slipshod repairs performed by our homes previous owners. Their quality of work makes follow up cosmetic repairs easy.

I called Metro Flow for my individual plumbing need because their team had provided excellent emergency pipe repair for our condominium HOA, on a Sunday, during a freeze. They also did an excellent job insulating exposed pipes in our parking garage. For my need, from the scheduling with Vanessa to the appointment with RJ, Metro Flow's service was again great. My faucet was fixed and shower drain quickly cleared. I also received a very reasonable quote to replace my 20 year old water heater. RJ was very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Chris did an incredible job! The problem ended up being much more severe than we expected because a pipe was broken so that it was necessary to cut a hole in the drywall to access and repair it. He worked quickly considering the damage involved. He left the bathroom clean and cut the piece of drywall neatly so that the drywall can be repaired more easily. He was very professional and courteous.

Daryl was excellent. He reviewed the issues, determined the problem, and prepared solutions for us. He was detailed, but not condescending. His experience and knowledge were clear in his professional and analytical approach. He also had a confident and easygoing demeanor that put us at ease.

The overall service from Metro-Flow was great. The office scheduled the technician for the next day, but were able to come out the same day! RJ, our technician, arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained the fix, which was for a leaking valve on our commercial sprinkler system, clearly and answered my questions, thoroughly. He did not have the replacement part on hand, but will return in 2 days to replace it. I'm confident in recommending RJ and Metro-Flow Plumbing.

Great service by the plumber, very fast and fixed the issue no problem. Friendly as well. Did leave a small amount of water on the floor for me to clean up, but not a big deal.The scheduling didn't work out as I hoped. I called back to reschedule for Monday to avoid the higher fee and for personal scheduling reasons but it seems like the original appointment was not canceled, so they still came Saturday.

He was knowledgeable, but admitted when he did not have an exact answer and then he sought out advise from a manager. Price came directly out of a book, but for work done was very expensive. I feel like I need someone with more experience or expertise with hot water heaters as well...and a better price.

So glad I got a second opinion with Metro Flow. They came out and solved my problem on the spot for $200 dollars when another company had recommended a much more invasive fix for $2,000. They were knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Definitely going back when I have more plumbing needs.

We had spent 3 days with another company searching for the problem with a gas line. I paid the other company and started looking for another company to track down the problem. After asking several friends and searching on the web, a neighbor gave me the number to Metro Flow. They arrived and with in a half hour they found the problem and fixed it! They then tested the gas line for leaks which gave me peace of mind. They are amazing.

Needed to unblock two drains in a Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs and to replace the mechanism in a toilet tank. Quote was for $1,200 plus tax. I had the work done by my local handyman for $150. He even checked the drain lines in my Air Conditioning system. I am happy to pay a fair price but this was just exorbitant and way too much for what was being done. Clearly they charge a fixed amount by task. I would look for a more reasonable plumbing service elsewhere.

Fantastic job. They came out to my house within 24 hours at a time when the whole city is dealing with plumbing issues due to the winter storm. The tech was personable, professional, and on time. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

Metro did a fantastic job! We were having repeated issues at our home and the plumber we had been calling never resolved our issue. Metro explained the process and was very understanding and accommodating with our family. I highly recommend and had zero issues with all employees that were sent to our house.

RJ was at the house very quickly after my initial call. He was efficient, friendly and did a good job. I have no complaints with RJ at all - he was great. However (and this is not RJ's fault), the price was exorbitant. Even with a $30 coupon, I paid $337 to unclog the kitchen sink, which took half an hour of actual work, if even that. The company's $89 service call charge is excessive in my opinion after seeing their pricing. So to sum up: great service; too expensive.

Firstly, plumbers Rowdy and Jason emptied our whole house water filtration tank (located in garage and is very heavy when full) and refilled it with new medium (gravel, carbon, and special mixes) for filtering chemicals out of our house water. When emptying the filtration tank they captured the discarded medium using a their shop vac, then emptying the shop vac into black plastic contractor bags. They released the associated water contained therein onto the driveway via holes poked into the bags. Then they used the shop vac to vacuum up all residual medium that got onto the driveway between the garage doorway and the street.They also replaced the builder quality hot and cold water shut-off values under our kitchen sink counter with better quality values. Both Rowdy and Jason did a great job; very respectful of my wife and me as customers and of our home and equipment. The work areas in the garage and kitchen were left neat and clean. We could not be happier.

Our plumbing experience was first rate. Our plumber Blake was wonderful; he was punctual, thorough in explaining our options, and professional in his manner and work. We definitely would recommend. They replaced a leaking hose bib and faulty garbage disposer. We are also having them replace our double check valve and install new shower valve and hardware later this week.

We live in a 60-yr old pier-and-beam home, and have used Metro Flow for our home's plumbing needs three times in the past 15-months. Each employee has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. Their trucks are fully equipped with any part they may need, so no time was wasted going out to pick up parts. They used a camera to show us the problem in our plumbing line, as well as to show us the need to clean out our cast iron line in the future. When they've gone under our home, they wore a disposable jump suit. If it's rainy outside, they've worn disposable shoe covers when entering our home.They aren't inexpensive, but they do it right the first time, and clean up the area where they work. They are very transparent about the cost of each service they provide, which we appreciate. They also provide a detailed, electronic invoice. They have been early, or on time, but never late! We highly recommend Metro Flow Plumbing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I called Metro Flow Plumbing on a Tuesday to schedule a service appointment on Saturday at 9am due to a busted line to the water heater. I spoke with Darryl and he assured me they would be the best plumber I had ever used and I could count on them. I called Friday and confirmed my appointment on Saturday and then called Saturday morning at 8:30 am to confirm again. Due to the winter storm, I knew they would be busy. The answering service assured me each time that I was still on the schedule and that a technician was coming out. At 11am I called for a 4th time for and Darryl let me know , very abruptly, I had been taken off the schedule and would need to reschedule. He began yelling very aggressively and let me know there were other people who had used them for years who would come first . Darryl was threatening and condescending. We will NEVER use this company and I will advise all of our clients against using them as well.

Metro Flow Plumbing works hard to do the job right, and treat customers with respect, explaining what and why they do what they do. And they work fast. Kelvin and Ali are the best! My only disappointment was how much it cost, I don't know much about plumbing repair prices, but Metro Flow price seemed high for replacing about two feet of pipe.

This was by far the worst experience I've had with any business. AVOID doing business with MetroFlow Plumbing AT ALL COSTS. If you read any review, let it be this one. Believe me. Worst experience. Outright UnprofessionalI was in the process of buying a home, so after the home inspector identified some leaks in the house I called MetroFlow Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate for the repairs. A technician/plumber came out to the residence on time, and was shown the general areas where the leaks where coming from. This man proceeded to tell us that there was no leaks anywhere and it was a result of water rain being accumulated. For reference, one home inspector identified the leak, another plumber (hired by the sellers) identified the leak, and I myself identified the leak. I just needed to know how much it would cost to repair so that I could negotiate the price, get credit and hire a company I trust to do the repair. Ideally MetroFlow Plumbing since they had such good ratings! I got on the phone with dispatch and spoke with the operator, I asked to talk to the manager. After speaking with him, he said he would come out himself and check it out. However, while all that is happening the tech tells me that its going to cost more to identify the leak. This was not brough up to me when I booked the service. During the very first call I explained my situation and what I needed to be done, I was told it would cost $89. Later, I was being told that it would cost more ($200 MORE) . I don't mind paying what the service rate is, but TELL ME UPFRONT THE COST. Anyways, that is not the worst part. I was not onsite when the tech was out there, but my family was there since I trust them to get things done right. I was out of town for work, but was on the phone for the majority of time and was being updated of what was going on. After being told the price change for the service, I got back on the phone and asked to talk to the Operations Manager, the operator (Hailey) began to talk even though I insisted in talking with the Ops Mgr. Finally, he got on the phone. He began to said the same thing, that extra services cost more, blah blah. It didnt matter. I was not told that before. Here's the kicker, this man proceeded to scold me for not being present during the plumber inspection. He than raised his voice at me, yelling at me. I never once yelled at him. I was upset, sure, but I was stern about it and did not yell. I told him that he is to have his tech get off the property and don't even think about charging my credit card for coming out there. They left. That was it, what a waste of time. Worst Experience.

Forrest saw my car broken down in Downtown Dallas and helped Jumpstart my car. Haven't used the company before but I assume they are exceptional based on their employees!

Had a gas pipe split near the meter. They came out quickly and started working immediately. Sal was great to work with! Very kind and did a great job with the repair! Costs were way expensive - Since we had called the gas company to shut it off, we needed Metro to pull the permit ($375 - it's an online form even). After Sal was done with the fix, the main office still didn't have the permit (3 hours later) We even had the city inspector out there waiting for the permit number along with Sal. In the meantime, they asked us to pay the $1200, and we'd said we're not paying because we didn't have the permit nor the gas even hooked up yet, b/c we needed the city's approval. Miraculously, they got the permit within the next 10 min. It was still too late - city inspector left and we were without gas all weekend. Would love to have Sal as my go-to plumber, but probably won't ever use Metro again.

Arrived not just on-time but actually early. Kevin was both personable and professional. Also, efficient and thorough. I had a partially clogged drain which was cleared and the cause carefully explained along with suggestions on how, not simply to keep that drain clear, but all the drains in the house.Metro-Flow has done a quick, thorough, efficient and professional job every time I use them. and they never leave a mess. That's why any time I need a plumber, I call them.

Used this company several years ago at our previous house. They were so good that we called them again about 5-6 years later for our new house. The experience was just as good, starting with the phone call. Susan could not be more pleasant and she remembered us and coordinated so we could have Daryl come out. It says a lot about a company that it is able to keep its employees and even more that those employees remember customers. Daryl took care of our issue and inspected the new house. He gave maintenance recommendations but never pressured me to do or buy anything. He asked about my family. It was like visiting with an old friend! He is awesome as a person and as a plumber!! We are customers for life, hoping the visits needed will be few and far between because of our awesome maintenance follow through.

Kevin was on time, friendly, and expedient. We needed to remove some old copper pipe from under the sink, and he got the job done fast and neat. He also gave me a heads up about the state of our water main. The job cost me more than I think it should've though. They charged me $89 just to show up, and that wasn't included in the cost of the repair. All in all, I paid about $350 to have a copper water line capped.

Kevin and Darryl were great. My house is inherited and has some age to it. Unfortunately it wasn't maintained as well as could have been hoped. It needs quite a large amount of work. Kevin and Darryl have been a Godsend and are both very genuine people. I admit to being embarrassed about the state of my house put they both put me at ease with their great attitudes and personalities. They have helped me to take care of some minor repairs that couldn't be put off while at the same time giving me great recommendations and plans on how to move forward. Due to some financial restrictions I'm currently struggling under they even let me know that they have financing plans to help me when moving forward. I can't say enough about the honesty, integrity, and sincerity they have shown. Definitely continuing to count on Metroflow and Kevin and Darryl. I truly know they cared.

Kevin did a great with giving us cost savings options. Our actual cost vs what could have been charged was a significant difference. We will definitely call MetroFlow and Kevin again in the future. He was honest and talked himself out of less work and a lesser bill. Thank you Kevin!

After another plumbing company came and told us they could only give us a quote if we first paid them to cut into our walls, Jason and his associate from Metro Flow Plumbing arrived, asked some questions, and figured out that they could see any problem from the attic. Once there, they found a hole in our roof that was the source of what had appeared like a plumbing problem. If we had used the other company, we'd still be paying them to look for a problem in our walls that never existed. So we got great value and professionalism from Metro Flow Plumbing!We were also impressed that they were able to identify another noise in the walls when an upstairs shower ran as the knock made by a pipe's expansion and contraction in a hollow space (and not part of a leak). After testing for dampness, they recommended we not cut into our walls to look for water that we weren't going to find. Again, this news was both welcome and in stark contrast to what the first plumbing company we had called had prescribed (which was a wall-cutting expedition based on the unfounded assumption that the mark left by the water leaking from the roof and the knocking in the wall were part of the same phenomenon).Metro Flow's Plumbing was both more competent and far cheaper than if we had gone with the alternative. We're very satisfied.

We have used MetroFlow Plumbing for 2 years now. They do quality work. Their plumbers are professional, always neat in their appearance and their work. While the prices may seem high, I am always quoted a price in advance and the amount is never over what is quoted. We join the Diamond Club each year and have our home inspected annually to circumvent problems. Money well spent. Josh and Kevin were just out and did a great job. Highly recommend the company and this duo!

I called Metro Flow Plumbing in a panic after finding them on Google. My shower was leaking inside of my wall and I needed someone right away.The representative on the phone was pleasant and let me know the fee before even scheduling so that there wouldn’t be any surprises. I appreciated that. Luckily, she was able to dispatch someone out right away. He got there before he said he would arrive. Amazing.RJ inspected everything, explained everything he was doing, showed me how to turn the main water off from the sidewalk, and even found that my water heater vent was completely out of sorts causing CARBON MONOXIDE to funnel into my garage and attic. RJ immediately went to work in the attic fixing it there first and then reassembling it at the water heater. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable and I will for sure be using Metro Flow Plumbing again. Absolutely.

I was dreading the installation of my new water heater. Thought it would be hectic and intrusive. Blake and Daryl were efficent and friendly. They made sure it was a good experience. Chris inspected all of the plumbing systems in my house to ensure they were properly working, He flushed the water heaters and gave me a heads up that the water heater would need to be replaced soon. He also tightened one loose packing nut on a sink.

Salvador from Metro-Plumbing tried to charge me $700 for a simple uncomplicated kitchen faucet installation. I already had purchased all of the parts and the new faucet for this simple installation yet he thought he could charge me $700 for a $200 job. Another reputable plumbing company is actively installing my faucet for $190! Metro-plumbing has some unethical, crooked and greedy plumbers who they need to filter out.

Jesus and Storm came on time, and explained the job very well. They gave me the broken pipe if I needed it for insurance purposes. The work was done quickly and efficiently.I was quite happy with the service, and will call again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you for your great work!

Came out within two hours of calling and unclogged our sewer line. Very professional and courteous. The price was higher than I'd have liked, but it comes with the territory when you use a big company like that, I suppose. I'd probably use them again.

Everything was fixed as promised and Rowdy also showed us other problems with plumbing that should be corrected. He went under the house and took video so we could actually see some of the problems that were created by the owners before us when they remodeled. Explained everything he was doing and was respectful and polite. left no mess behind. We picked Metroflow because of the great reviews on Google and the fact that they responded to every review posted. This was a Main Sewer backup on Saturday afternoon. Our home warranty company told us they couldn’t write up a service call because their system was down and we should call back Monday! Basically we would have had to leave the house until they could send someone Monday or later when they wrote up a service call. Metroflow rescued us and saved the rest of our weekend - thank you Metroflow.

My toilet is old and i need a new one..It flooded my bathroom. There were calcium deposits in and around the toilet causing the problem. They were thorough and Sal, the plumber was very nice. The men that came by were very helpful. As we ran through the problem, they had no issues with me observing and asking questions about what was happening as we were troubleshooting a block in my main line. They were also persistent getting to the root of the issue and not falsely identifying the root cause as well as finding access points around my house that I did not know where they were. They were also well equipped with the tools to handle the different scenarios that came up during their time troubleshooting the issue. Technicians worked in cold damp weather to clear a line blockage and made recommendations for further preventative measures. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Technician failed to check an upstairs toilet as requested, saying it shouldn't be a problem since the downstairs toilets worked when he was done. As it turned out the upstairs toilet was blocked also and Metro Flow sent out a second technician the next day who cleared the blockage in the upstairs toilet and no extra charges were incurred. Overall the work was performed excellently on both days. and we were very satisfied. Would recommend Metro Flow and would use them again if future problems occur. Thanks very much to all who helped.

Kevin, Daryl and Jason all came by and did a great job. Very professional, clean and over-communicated my options (which was great). We also outlined a plan going forward that makes the most sense for me personally - not some cookie cutter recommendations.

Be sure to ask price before you schedule an appointment. They use a standard price book and don't charge by the hour, so if the job takes 15 min or 15 hours you pay the same. I had an AC drip line clogged and they charged me $484 for about 20-25 minutes of work and another 15 minutes of telling me how their services work. The two guys were very professional and the job was completed and is now working properly but I feel they greatly over charge for their service. I have no doubt I could have had this job done for less than half what they charged me but I was in a time crunch so I just agreed to the rate since they were going to charge men the $85 just for the visit. I will not use Metro-Flow Plumbing again. Again just to be clear it was not about the work or the people that did the work but about the rate they charge for the work they do.

Blake did a great job! We had a frozen blasted pipe due to the artic cold that reached Dallas. Metro Flow Plumbers were scheduled for March 4th, but they were able to work us in on Feb 21(Sunday). This saved us 2 more weeks of having no water in the house. Blake was able to made a temporary repair allowing for the water to be turned back on. This made for a very happy wife. Metro Flow Plumbers will return tomorrow to made the temporary repair into a permanent repair. Great Job!

The two guys who showed up to do the work were actually two of the most clean cut and polite young gentlemen I've come across in a very long time. America, there is hope! They explained everything up front in terms of the work they were going to do and the cost. No surprises. They were very knowledgeable and SO POLITE. I don't know where Metro Flow finds their employees, but they appear to hire only the best of the best. You can tell that client safety and the highest of professionalism is at the top of their list. A little pricey, but I'm willing to pay a little extra for the comfort level. They were quick too. I don't think they were in the house more than 30minutes.

I had an abnormal smell in my cabana. Was told by the tech that I would pay a little over $400 for their “membership” in the gold plan that allowed for a visual inspection of the problem only. Then they brought out their flip charts and tried to upsell me on the diamond plan (what is this—a Disneyland membership or a plumbing company?). All of this was very smarmy and unprofessional. The upside of this was it was going to cost $400 minimum just to diagnose the problem—the cost of work was separate! After telling them to leave and paying them their wasted $89 trip charge, I called a regular real plumber who changed out two p-traps in the house for $140. Skip the high pressure big company and get a real plumber who doesn’t require you to pay for their fancy trucks

I've used Metro-Flow before and will continue to use them. Once you find a plumbing company you find trustworthy to come into your home, it's the same as finding a good mechanic. RJ and his partner were very courteous and professional.This is another post. May 22, 2020 RJ did a fantastic job replacing my mother-in-laws hot water heater. The thing I like about this company is that they work hard and fast. They get their work done in a timely manner., and then they're gone before you know it.

We had a priority membership that I didn't realize had expired earlier this year which was supposed to give us priority access. The plumber, a nice and courteous guy named Jason, showed up 95 minutes late and informed me that the minimum service charge would be $371 to clear a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. Just to come to my house they charged $89. None of this was told to me in advance.

I had a house full of guests coming in three days when I noticed the ceiling dripping in my laundry room (on a Wednesday). MFP showed up within two hours and troubleshot the problem to a rusted flange and fouled wax gasket on the guest room toilet. The flooring was wet and couldn’t be trusted to support the stress of another flange installation until it was dry. They contacted their sister restoration company (D&W) who came right out and went to work drying and dehumidifying the area. Two days later (Friday), the area was dry, the commode was reinstalled and the leak was nothing but a memory. The whole process wasn’t inexpensive but it was fast, professional, comprehensive and done right. They save my family reunion. Thanks, Joshua & Co.

We had to buy a new gas range/oven, and the retailer was not communicating about delivery times... I needed one ranged unhooked, and another range installed, and I had ZERO idea when the new one would arrive. This woman went above and beyond, and against all odds (delivery was late) she worked it all out... I had my old unit unhooked by the time the delivery guy was there, and I had my new unit ready in time to cook dinner. Susan is the best!

We needed to upgrade the water heater. Metro Flow Plumbing sent right away a plumber to our house. He not only installed a new water heater but also helped us to discover another leak in the pipes that needed immediate attention. It was really impressive the effort to not leave even a foot print in the house. Great service.

Ali and Matt came to do an emergency repair on a Sunday. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs .

Called at 11:30 PM. Talked with the operator and she said they would have a tech call back in 5 to 10 minutes. RJ called back in about 3 minutes. I explained my situation and he explained the fee schedule. $250 for the after hours call and $441 flat rate for the main drain clean out service. It was a bit pricier than I would have liked but RJ was extremely professional, there were no hidden or unexpected costs. They answered their phone where other services did not even though they advertised 24 hour service. Rj and his helper got us fixed up and back flushing and showering again. Positives were service and professionalism, con was cost but at 11:30pm and no one else will answer their phone you can't do too much shopping around. Overall a positive experience

So i normally post online reviews but i felt i needed to so other people don't get taken advantage of like we did. I called and they were at my house in less than an hour which was great however there was an $ 85 service charge with that i was ok with but then they try to start selling me all these other services and this and that then open their book to discuss pricing and found that for them to run a snake to unclog my pipes was gonna be an additional $555. So needless to say for them to cure my problem ran me $640 which i have had done before a few times for around $100. They were there for around a hour so they are making roughly $640 an hour. I wish i made that kind of money!! They did fix my problem but from now on i will take my business elsewhere where i can get the same job done for a fraction of the priceAnd they only reason they are getting 1 star is because it would not post my review without giving at least 1 star. 0 star rating in my book

Way overpriced. They just charged us almost $500 for running a snake though the kitchen drain, which was less then 20 minutes of work. That's over$1000/hour. Tried to up sell a bunch of other overpriced crap before and after as well including a club membership and and $75 bottle of drain cleaner. They had a nice flip book and although acted professional enough they reminded me of slimy salesman for an upscale dating service than plumbers. Would not use them again.

Okay, so just forked out $1,611 to replace the guest and master shower valve stems. I already had the shower handles for each. The repairman offered me a 'membership', but I declined. It appears the cost for NON-MEMBERSHIP is extremely high, and the cost for MEMBERSHIP is less, but still way over what typically would be charged for the same types of service. Example: I wanted to see how much to repair the leaks around both toilets, and was quoted a price over 500.00, for both. I did not have Metro-Flow repair them, but rather called another local plumber Mark Ondras and the plumber came out and just left. He repaired both toilets and the total cost was 155.00. Talk about a rip off from Metro-Flow is saying something mildly. I've seen other comments on here about the service provided, but I guess they don't really care about wasting money for the same type of service provided by other plumbers in this area. I'm now having buyer's remorse for paying the 1,611, but a very good lesson learned going forward.

Blake came to change out the kitchen faucet because it was leaking in the base cabinet. He couldn't do it though because the water could not be turned off at the meter. However, he did go ahead and replaced my shower head as requested and he did return the next day to work on the kitchen faucet after the city replaced the valve on the water meter.Blake replaced the faucet with one I had purchased, and he replaced the two shut off valves. It was more than I expected but he applied a $50 coupon and he also replaced the two water supply pipes because they were grody.

Daryl with Metro-Flow plumbing was on time, and incredibly helpful in helping us determine a method to repair drains that were corroded throughout the house. He took the time to video each line and show us what some of the issues are.

BEWARE! They charge for estimates.I called for an estimate for a bathroom faucet install. They would not give an estimate over the phone. Required that they have someone come to my house first. Thankfully she said oh by the way that will be an $89 trip charge before someone came out! Every other plumber I called either gave me an estimate over the phone or came by for free. Who charges for estimates??!! Needless to say I will not be calling them again.

Do not use this company. I was told I would get a diagnosis of what was wrong with my toilet for $65.00 at 12:00 to 12:30. So I took a long lunch from work well, a trainee and his helper SHOWED UP 3 HOURS LATE at 3pm. Once they arrived they pitched a brochure and would not tell me what was happening with my toilet unless I paid an additional fee for diagnose. His reponse was that the water wasn't plushing out the tiolet and Im thinking of course that's why I called you guys. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT A DIAGNOSIS FEE until they arrive at my home. I did expect to pay more to have the tiolet fixed but after I understood the problem. Don't use this company. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH move. So instead I'm calling Drain Doctor to fix my toilet that explained all of their fees upfront before they came to my home. I should have went with Drain Doctor in the beginning but I just thought I was getting a deal but it turns out they're just not honest people again Metro Flow Plumbing customer service switched from super nice to defensive and mean after I made payment which was prior to me voicing my concerns.
