Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. By far the best experience I have ever had with a repair company. You can tell shane truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure you’re taken care of. He reached out right away to get an appointment scheduled. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and incredibly kind!! My AC had froze over, he kept In constant contact for updates on if it was running properly after thawing and when we realized there was a further issue he came back right away to make sure we were taken care of. He was also very outgoing! After coming back he stayed to ensure everything was running correctly , and we had a great conversation. Kind, professional, easy to talk to. Would recommend to everyone 10/10
Shane was great! Not only did he fit me in, he was able to diagnose and repair my unit quickly and gave me a few tips on maintenance to extend the life of my A/C unit. Woke up to warm air and did an online repair request with AC Works. Got a call shortly after telling me they could come today. Shane was at the house right on time even though he had a 3 hour window. Diagnosed the issue right away, fixed it and did a few more things. Had cold air blowing with an hour. Given we care for my 89 year old mother, this was paramount and I was beyond happy. Price was more than fair.

Shane came by right when he said and fixed issues with our heating system that another HVAC company missed. Installed a new thermostat that was more convenient and easier to use for my mother.

Where do I start? I’m 7 months prego with a 2yr old at home. The ac stopped worked Monday morning. I called the home warranty and they sent the work order to Shane. I called him directly to find out what his schedule looked like and he advised 2-3 days. Honestly, 2-3 days in mid July Arizona heat, is not bad for turn around time. He called me back later the same day and said he had time to come out now to take a look at the unit. Thanks to Shane, my family was only with out ac for a few hours. He repaired the unit same day and offered his professional opinion on the future of the unit….it’s original to the house that was build is 83. I will be calling Shane for future maintenance and unit replacement. I am very grateful to his customer service and knowledge.

Our A/C unit stopped working so we called for repairs. As many here in AZ have experienced, having the A/C quit in summer is no picnic.:) Shane was fantastic and professional. Under promised and over delivered. Highly recommended!
Our A.C. went out on a 3 day weekend and after being told we probaby wont even hear from anyone till Thursday we were not looking forward to the heat but Shane called us on Monday (even though they were closed) and was out at our house on Tuesday to get us up and going again. Our ac went out on our first floor. We called on Friday and first thing Monday morning Shane was able come out. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes!! By late morning our house was cooled back down to 73 degrees!! Thanks Shane for the quick response!! Highly recommend AC Works!!

Shane from AC works was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. My heat was not turning on and he knew that the problem was with the thermostat and not the unit. Very knowledgeable and he reset my Wi Fi thermostat to the required settings.
Shane was quick to respond, ahead of schedule and very accommodating. I was without ac for 5 days, and Shane got to the house, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. The whole experience was flawless, and I’m not easy to impress. Very happy to recommend.

Shane was on time and looked at the air conditioning unit, came in the house and looked at the thermostat. Turned it on and it worked. No one knows (Me or Shane) why the air conditioning stopped working, but ... no repair bills and the unit is working like a dream. A/C Works is a new offshoot of Appliance Works and both are excellent services. Shane, our tech, was excellent and diagnosed our upstairs A/C problem --slow leak -- and even apologized for the cost of the freon! Would absolutely recommend this service company

Our AC went out in the scorching 105 degree heat. Shane from AC Works helped to troubleshoot the issue, replaced the motor, and got the cold air back on quickly. He even gave helpful feedback on how to extend the life of our units with proper maintenance, which we'll have AC Works do in the future. Very communicative, professional, and on time. Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

Ac works came out to clean our AC. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient in hearing our concerns. After the work was done, they politely provided us with additional care items that may come up down the road. The did not bully or try to force us into these repairs. Was nice to understand what they were and what risks they caused. That way we could pick what was right for us at the time.
Shane was professional and honest which is tough to find nowadays, will be calling him for future services.

Shane came when he said he would, notified us when he was on his way and was quick to find the problem and made repairs. Very friendly and he made it easy to understand what was wrong and how he fixed it. It turned out to be a short on the system on the roof and not the thermostat.
