This company is very professional and friendly. Both our AC units were in need of replacing. George came out quickly and had a quote back to us in a very short period of time. I have to say, of all the companies (including Costco's choice company) George was the ONLY one who reconfigured the way our ducts were positioned so that we would get better airflow and therefore save us even more money. The way the builder put in the ducts we never had great air flow to 1/3 of the house. No one else that went into our attic to look at the current system ( which was put in place by the builder 17 years ago ) came down with any helpful suggestions the way George did. George is the owner of Air Control. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They were on time and took very good care of protecting our home while doing the removal of the old system, and installing the new. We had JUST put in a brand new built in closet ( worth 20k ) and when they were done - not a single scratch anywhere in the closet, which is where they had to go through to gain access to the attic.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Control to anyone looking to replace their current system. Thank you Air Control, George, for all that you did, proving that local small businesses are most times the best!! We love the new AC & Heating system. It's efficient and quiet and we expect to enjoy many years of comfortable cooling and heating.

My husband got there name thru Rancho Mirage fb page.
And as promised they we're on time and very professional. Ben came out to do the repair and told me up front what the cost would be and what was wrong. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
He fixed the problem which we had a leak and all the free on ran out.
He put in what he could at the time and reassured me someone would come out the next day to add the rest. He wasn't even gone a hour when George called and asked if he could come the next morning to add the rest and double check to make sure it was still working. And he arrived on time. I Highly Recommend them! Both friendly and professional. Without there work we wouldn't have any heat. It was so nice to finally have a warm house.

George and his staff are amazing! My tenant told me on Tuesday that the heat wasn’t working, the technician was at the property within 2 hours of calling. The HVAC was 24 years old, so I had George give me quote for a new system. On Thursday he installed the new split system HVAC, 2 days from service call to install, the price was less than the other quote that I got and his detail and workmanship is top notch. I have a few rental properties on preventative maintenance plans with him. I would highly recommend George and his team for HVAC maintenance, repair and install!

Then said we needed a $3500 part replaced or we could upgrade to a whole new system for more than twice that. George discovered we had NO leak and we do not need to purchase a whole new system! This company is a class act! I’m in the real estate business and have worked with countless contractors, and I can tell you George and his company have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. They installed a new HVAC system at one of my rentals and I had some subsequent unrelated issues. Long story short, they aren’t the type to complete a job, get paid, and you never hear from them again. They were so incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Don’t second-guess yourself on this company. You won’t regret it!

I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. George Blitch with Air Control is such an honest person. Not enough ppl are these days. I was told 2 months ago by a technician w George Brazil that my two 2018 AC units weren't amping correctly and wanted to charge me $1500 to attach some device to each unit, but never told me why. This is apparently their sales tactic to up-sell you on things you don't need at all. I didn't agree to their sales pitch and said I would get back w them if I needed to. Then I met George Blitch. He came over, checked out everything, diagnosed an issue w one of my Nest Thermostats not getting power to the base so I'll deal w that but my AC units were amping perfectly and nothing was wrong! He explained everything, acceptable ranges, how many years my units should last me (20 yrs if maintained appropriately) and his maintenance plan is very affordable. Don't hesitate using George Blitch w Air Control!!

If you want to hire a quality HVAC Company, Air Control is your team. George (the owner) was able to get my old unit running with spare parts so that I can have AC for my family that day! He spent 6 straight hours until he was able to get the old unit temporary running. Once my new unit was in town, George spent a Saturday tearing down all of the duct work on the roof, moved the old unit and removed a large portion of foam room down to the plywood. Why you might ask, he wanted our new support system to be mounted directly to the structure. He also wanted to ensure that I had a clean surface for the roofing company and make sure the job was a 100% completed correctly. I was amazed at the service that I received and frankly speaking, no other company would have provided that. I know, I have used many over the years and never received the attention that I got from Air Control.

Had a great experience working with George and would highly recommend to family and friends. He replaced our two very old AC units in just two days and made recommendations that would provided more comfort for our master bed (since it always seems to be a completely different temperature than other areas in the house). What a great find! Last summer, our air went out. We found a random repair company and called them. What should have taken 1 day turned into 4 days and the ac still didn’t work. They even tried to bill us.

We then called George at Air Control. George had us up and running in no time. He was gracious and professional. We signed up for their monthly service plan which is only $10 a month.

Tyler came out and checked the heating for us and ensured we were ready for when the temperatures drop. All of this was covered by the service plan we have. Tyler couldn’t have been nicer. He really went above and beyond by checking every little thing He explained that they have a checklist and that’s their guarantee to check every point on the list. He was so wonderful and a breath of fresh air because he truly cared.

Words can't get across how great this company is. You really have to experience the customer service and quality of work to understand how great they are.

In an emergency situation, their responsiveness beats everyone else. Not only getting back to you but also getting someone there to do the work.

They also do my monthly and quarterly checks which have always been done quickly and on time.

I have never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need and I 100% trust their knowledge and experience!

And to top that off, today they took something permanently off my to do list ? Gotta love their efficiency!!

I previously had a larger AC company come out to service my unit. They told me I needed a new unit and scheduled an appointment with a sales person immediately. I spoke to George on the phone, who knew just from a phone call, that my issue was an air flow problem, not a unit problem. He came out the following week, looked everything over, installed a new return to help with air flow issue, and said I should be good to go for a while. He said I did not need a new unit. I called the office on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a Monday morning appointment, outside of their normal service area even. After George was done looking at my problem, he took the time to sit down and explain things to me so I could understand what he found and what he needed to do to get it repaired. Air Control. Installed a brand new system. That works more efficient. The original ac system heat pump was 25 years old . And was so noisy and inefficient ineffective . The owner of Air Control took time to explain why the old system was so ineffective. Best service and price in town. In fact Neighbor has same house and old ac unit that we just upgraded and is going to have a new system put in and he shopped around for estimates and said this was the best price ! Such a wonderful company. My home warranty sucked and I at least knew George from my office.

This was our first experience with George and the Air Control team. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. I'm a homeowner/landlord here in Ahwatukee. My AC went out and my Home WARRANTY company could not find a HVAC company to come out until next week... Unacceptable in the desert?! My tenants have a small child and Temps hit 101 inside. I have a friend who told me to contact her son's company its called AIR CONTROL they are local and the staff is amazing. I spoke with April a Happy person and was very pleasant and real to talk to about my issue. I called Tuesday afternoon and AIR CONTROL came out Wednesday. I do have an older AC and was afraid I'd have to replace it. (It is on my list of very soon purchases) I'm paying for daughters wedding this year and honestly thought this could not have happened a worse time. But AIR CONTROL came out and replaced the Motor Fan and they also told me my compressor is in very good shape super big component in the operation of an AC unit. He saved me a tom of $$ and my tenants can go back today in cool comfort. I told George who is the owner I am going to replace my unit in the next year and AIR CONTROL will get my future business. So AHWATUKEE if you have any HVAC issues please give them a call. #1 in my book.

Excellent customer service! We called George to install our Nest Thermostat and service the HVAC and clean the coils for summer. After he was done, the air coming out of the vents cooled to 49 degrees with 78 degrees going in. We tried one of the “Well known” service companies that advertise on TV and radio and never got the results George did (at 1/2 the price!!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 Stars!!

George is as absolute wizard. I have used him five times at two different properties with very old HVAC units. Each time, he repaired the units rather than trying to sell me a new one. Each time, the repair costs were incredibly reasonable - much more reasonable than other estimates I received. George is now my go-to HVAC person. I simply will not use any other service than Air Control. I make sure to have George out twice a year for routine maintenance. He now has a maintenance plan that provides twice a year maintenance with discounts on repairs, discounts on new equipment, and extended warranties on repairs and parts. Dealing with George just gets better and better.

Update: During our last visit, I signed up for the maintenance agreement which costs me $13 a month. For that, I get two maintenance services per year and 20% off any repairs. We’ll, I needed a repair and got $68 off the price of the part. My math tells me the $13 per month exactly pays for the two service tune-ups, so I am already $68 ahead of the game due to the repair discount. Again, even though my HVAC is 18 years old, no pressure to replace it. Air Control continues to be the best value in the business and continues to be the only HVAC contractor with which I will do business.

With the passing of years.... we knew it was getting time to replace our aging AC units (25yrs). I actually (over different years) had several AC companies over to give me bids. Info was all over the place adding to the confusion of making a decision. I also never got the warm fuzzes from any company that came out. Bids where all over the place from $8,000-$18,000 (2 units) some said I've got nothing to sell you or I' only do the job if you switch from gas to electric. Or my favorite Watch who you hire Heck..... a couple of bids came with nobody climbing up on the roof. But when George came over to give us a quote he was both passionate & reassuring. We discussed which AC units would be the best for our home & single vs: variable speed. We felt comfortable enough to hire him. The only thing I wished we had done different & sill can do was to put in smart thermostats. Yes, we feel comfortable recommending Air Control to you! I have used Air Control LLC on two separate occasions. The first time the owner George was out. He made sure explain everything in detail and unlike so many repair companies ran all the test necessary to determine my 3 units we are in good working order and just required some minor maintenance. And my units are 20 years old. He didn't use that as an opportunity to repair unnecessary item or make up a problem that didn't exist. Today Mike was out from the company and did the same thing. If you’re looking for a residential HVAC company that focuses on excellent customer service, integrity, professionalism, AND will get the job done right, then look no further- you won’t find anything better than Air Control!

I just moved to a new home and the heat wasn’t working on my AC unit. This issue was noted during the inspection period and the previous owner had Penguin Air check the unit only to have them say it was fully operational. Upon my move in it still was not working so I called Penguin Air to come back out. Their techs advised that the connection wires had been wrapped in metal tape and shorted out, so a wire repair would be needed before further diagnostic testing could be done. I approved the wire repair but they still could not get the unit operating correctly. The techs were not sure what the issue was and recommend either a new control board, a leak check/repair, or replacing the unit.

I had heard great things about Air Control so called them for a second opinion. When George inspected the unit, he found that no ‘wire repair’ had been done - all Penguin Air did was remove the metal tape and rewrapped the existing wires with electrical tape. George also very quickly diagnosed the issue as the new thermostat not being programmed correctly for an electric heat pump unit. With a few minor adjustments to the thermostat, George had the unit running and my house nice and warm within 30 minutes of his arrival.

Penguin Air charged me almost double what Air Control did and they didn’t even fix the problem. I was impressed with how frustrated George was on my behalf for the situation and the time and care he took to write up the invoice with all the details I needed to dispute Penguin Air’s ‘wire repair’ and their insane charge. Thanks to him, I was able to back up my complaint and they refunded my money.

I work in commercial building management and deal with vendors on a daily basis - it’s not often that I am as impressed as I was with Air Control and George. I will certainly call him for all my home HVAC service needs. George clearly cares about his customers and getting the job done right and at a very fair price.

George was just the nicest honest guy . I used another A/C company was a nightmare. Did not show on Wednesday then came on Thursday without the proper equipment . So came on Friday did something but had to come back later. The tech said that it could be the condenser and it may last or not and it would be cheaper to get a whole A/C unit. The repaired lasted 10 min so I called and know one came back or any call to apologize. Called George and he came right out an pin pointed the problem right away it was a condenser motor. He replaced the proper parts cleaned my unit up and works great. George went over an above on helping me on the 120 degree temp on the roof. Great Company and very affordable.
