Jim came out and treated the house and yard for scorpions. He was generous with the chemical, especially outside, so it would serve as a barrier to entry by bugs. He was kind and friendly and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. He explained how the chemicals work and showed me ways to seal the house so that bugs can't come in. He was professional and honest, and didn't try to sell me anything. The price was good. I will definitely use them again for pest problems in the future.

Used this service for over 6 months and every time was told that it would eventually start working. I complained that I still had scorpions and they said they would do a heavy treatment. 4 days later my wife got stung in our house and I killed 3 right outside our back door that night. Called to cancel and Don was ridiculously rude! Do not waste your time or money with this company

DeAndre has been very pleasant and concerned about our service. Also all the techs that have filled in when needed have shown the same professionalism. We had trouble with scorpions which all of a sudden started showing up. That’s when we called Action and started using them. They serviced us ASAP. We got a very quick response and Chris was assigned as our technician. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, and provided us with different options tailored to our situation. He came back the next day and took care of the problem, and ending up finishing ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this company (and Chris in particular) if you have a bed bug problem.
