Probably one of the best experiences we've had with a service company. Steve was honest and upfront about our termite concerns. He took time to explain his approach and recommendation. By the time we were done with the inspection, we signed up for the ongoing pest control. My experience with the front office was smooth and quick. They were pleasant and helpful We love supporting small business where people treat you right! Don't hesitate to call them if you have any pest control needs.

This company was great to work with! Roger did our initial inspection and provided us with a couple different options to choose from which allowed us to find something within our budget, very important during this time of increased inflation! This was just one of the things that set Uni-Tech apart from other pest control companies that we requested estimates from. Roger was more thorough in his inspection than the other companies, and the warranty offered is longer than that of the others we met with too. They were on time, professional, and overall a great experience!

Roger Pierce is the best! He provides very professional services and good warranty. Today Sean Moede arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was soon joined my Steve Wells and Roger. They did an excellent job on our whole house termite treatment. We are very happy with their service, price and warranty.

I have had a great experience with Uni-Tech. I am able to contact the office easily. They come in a timely manner and fix any termite sightings. I am very satisfied with the customer service! Their rates are reasonable!

Steve was on time and friendly. He did an efficient job and explained our need. The only reason we give him 4 stars is because we had to place 4 separate calls over 7 days before we received a response. But we would recommend his services.

Uni-Tech came to the initial appointment for termite inspection with punctuality and professionalism. Roger, the owner, did the inspection himself and I liked that because I prefer to support small business. The quote was very reasonable and he drew up the most comprehensive treatment plan of any of the 5 other companies that came out. The actual treatment was a similar experience. They were punctual, courteous and thorough. I also have to say that the office staff were very professional and courteous as well. Go with Uni-Tech-you'll be glad you did!

It's comforting when a job is done thoroughly, and even previous trouble spots are inspected to insure that my concerns are alleviated, even if the problem is not initially obvious. Technician was very good, polite, pleasant, communicated very well, and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after the treatment and returned the yard to its prior state. The owner who came out for the inspection and quote was very polite, professional, thorough, and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly.

I found Uni-Tech on the Nextdoor app after many people referred them...and now I will! One of the owners, Steve, came to inspect my home for termites within 24 hours of me calling to make an appointment. He was prompt and answered my million questions and also explained termites to me since I have never dealt with them (turns out they are just eating my house and not living in it ?)...my heebie jeebies were eliminated!! I had read about the price of dealing with termites from other people that dealt with termites and when he gave me my quote I was so relieved as it was so budget friendly for me to get rid of these pests and protect my house for a two year warranty! I will say that I had a minor termite problem that was caught early enough to warrant the family friendly budget but they are still so competitive and friendly and worth working with! Jacob came about a week later and he answered even more questions and was prompt and friendly as well. Thanks Uni-Tech!

I previously worked for this company as a termite technician learning the in and outs of the job also learning pest control ad I had. O previous experience but roger the owner wanted me to come aboard the team and I was thrilled at the least And I worked for them for almost days I went on numerious jobs and I had all kinds of issues from poor communication to driving to locations that were not scheduled spending countless hours of no production due to the process and i went to work everyday that was requested of me and worked proudly only To be scheduled for work on 2/28 then called into the office for “team meeting” only to find out I was being terminated and wasn’t provided any information other than we like the way you carry yourself and it’s not a good fit and that the owner was out of town so other staff had to provide me the message? Only to file unemployment and receive a letter of denial as the company says I was insubordinate but never had any warning or write up so I say this company was dishonest to an employee how can they be loyal to customers?

Steve did a great job with our bee problem. He came out quickly, handled it efficiently and I have not seen a bee since. Very good price too.
