The first time I saw a termite tunnels, I used my home Warrenty to treat the spot. After a few months I saw multiple termite tunnels and began setting up bids/quotes for full service. After I received the bids I choose to go with 520 Termite & Pest Solutions. The inspector RJ was knowledgeable and gave me an in-depth analysis of the current condition of the house along with informative in-site on the industry. Because of his I choose to go with 520.

On the scheduled service day my wife and I needed to have the the service begin at the beginning of the time frame and they were able to accommodate that. Mike was on time, gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He was through and did a clean job. When I asked him questions about pest control he answered knowledgeably and with over 20 years of experience shared how the treatment services a changed in a good way.

They have definitely won over my continue business with them and I will be recommending to my friends family and community.

Daniel showed up on time after he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He surveyed the infected area and then sprayed with a solution that (hopefully) will take care of my problem. While he was spraying for the termites he explained every step of what he was doing and what the chemical would do to the termites. I feel like he is a true professional in his field.

I don't know if its a good value or not; I've never used anyone else. More important is that RJ is always willing to teach me and never pressures me about any service or product.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

I originally called 520 when we had a grasshopper problem and others in the neighborhood were having problems with insects around us. After just a couple treatments the grasshopper problem was solved and they come bi-monthly to spray. We have not experienced any issues since! The customer service is exceptional and the pest control is a great value. Would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I called 520 for a rough estimate of services. Most to all, Termite companies charge per linear foot of treatment. A cost point to which a good business would already be knowledgeable about. But, I do not want to waste my time and the companies time. To bring a technician out to my residence, and possibly listen to sales pitch on services that I will inevitably not use!

DJ was the inspector. Very professional and detailed. Explained everything to my wife. Dan was the technician that came to our home. He explained every step that he was going to perform. Both were within the time frame that was given. Great company representatives.
