I have used Watts for all my pest needs since purchasing my home in 2016- pigeon removal and pigeon proofing, mud daubers, scorpions, spiders, termites ticks and roof/field rats.... they have always done a great job with prompt service. I have referred many friends to them as well. I wouldn't even consider using another company. The employees are courteous and professional and I trust them to be in my home when I am not there to do the bi-monthly service. Thanks Watts for being such a great family owned and operated business!

I spoke a tech working in a neighbor's yard and called re having service in our yard. Office staff were quick to explain several options to us, answer any questions and have service scheduled quickly. Tech communicated with us to let us know he was on his way (at scheduled appt. time) and handled our service quickly and professionally. Very good tech and also answered a question I had. Very good company.

After a total of five inspections a quotes, Watts had the best warranty as well as the best price hands down. Our technician Jahmaine was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of the many questions that my five little ones asked him. He explained everything to us, and completed our termite inspection and service in a timely manner leaving no mess behind. We are very happy with the service we received from Watts.

We have been using Watts Pest Prevention services for almost three years. They have always provided an extraordinary service. I can depend on them and call them if I need an additional service when I notice an activity around my property which they need to take care for. They always react very fast.The staff is extremely nice and always very helpful. The service guys have worked for the company for a long time so I know them which is always nice when you are letting people in your house. Their fees are very appropriate and they have never charged us for additional services. We are extremely satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend them.

Watts provides personal and professional service--always. Our awesome technician, Austin, is very knowledgable as well as very personable. Watts came out and re-sprayed areas where weeds and Bermuda grass (very difficult to get rid of--we removed yard and replaced with 1/4 granite but little areas keep cropping up) reappeared just one month before our 6 month service expired and were happy to do it. We renewed our service and were reminded to call them anytime if we still are having weeds or the grass reappear.

Watts is wonderful. My wife and I have been customers for 6 years and we have always been thrilled with their work. Plus, they offer wonderful customer service. This is a first class operation. I highly recommend Watts. You won't be is disappointed.

I was very pleased. They are very informative, helpful, and customer service oriented. After having the scorpion spray, my issue went away just as they said. I was having scorpions all across my yard and some inside the house. After having Watts take care of my pest control needs, the scorpions have been nonexistent. Great work and very nice company!! The technician has been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I couldn't ask for anything more. Glad I choose Watts and highly recommended.

I was having an issue with gophers in my yard. I tried all of the at home remedies, with no luck. I reached out to Watts and they were able to come to my house within a few days. They worked to understand the issue, both in the phone and during their visit. My technician was great! He walked the property, and the perimeter. Watts representatives are extremely polite, considerate, and sensitive to our needs—-they return (no charge) between scheduled treatments if we find a scorpion alive OR dead! They have served our home for seven years, dealing with pesky insects and spraying pre-emergent to keep weeds out of our rocks. We get rave reviews from all to whom we recommend them. Allow me to recommend them to you!

I checked reviews prior to contacting Watts for a serious ant problem at our home. I was pleased to see the high ratings. After having our home serviced, I can see why they have the ratings they do. I contacted 2 other businesses and got quotes in the hundreds and one stating that it would need 3 treatments. I'm not a certified pest person but I do know that if you find the colony, and get the queen - you pretty much will resolve the issue. Marc Watts personally confirmed this as well and let me know that one treatment should take care of the problem. If it didn't at any time within the next month - he will come out at no charge and treat until it is resolved. That, and the pricing, impressed me. I got an appointment for Saturday (which some wouldn't do). Unfortunately, due to an issue beyond our control, we were not able to get back to our home in time for the appointment. Jahmaine (our technician) said that he would be willing to come out on Sunday morning if they would be convenient so we wouldn't have to wait longer for resolution. That REALLY impressed me. He hit a home run when he arrived (on time and ready). He found the colony even though it was hid underneath a small stub wall. He did the treatment and we have had no issues since. Not only did he take care of that issue but also noted 3 small exploratory tubes for subterranean termites. He also recommended a way to take care of them that cost us nothing. That's right - nothing! This company is all about ethics and good business practices. I highly recommend them.

I have updated my review as I was recently disappointed. The first time they came they communicated with me letting me know when the guy would be at home. He was friendly and on time. However I needed them to return as I found a scorpion in my bed, yes my bed. But the follow up appointment was not a good experience. The truck broke down so they rescheduled for the next day. Then on the reschedule the guy didn't show. No phone call, no text, nothing. He just didn't show up. Very disappointed.

I want to thank you for your wonderful service. Jahmaine came out to handle my gopher problem and he was most pleasant. He gave me a history lesson on gophers and there tunneling. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and why. A week later he returned as promised and removed the pesty gopher and showed me the gopher’s claws for digging and his long teeth. I was overjoyed that he caught this gopher as I have been trying for months to get rid of this varmint. I am definetly going to call your company if I have any rodent, bug, pests, etc problems in the future. Thank you again for the quick, efficient service and what I thought very reasonable pricing. I had called another company and they were 3Xs the price. Watts is the way to go.

Family ran company who back up their work and stay with you until the problem is fixed. We've used a couple of other outfits over the years but the customer service and expertise from Watts leaves the others looking second class.

I have Watts Pest Prevention stop by every other month. They take pride in what they do. I have called asking questions about bees that were in a bush next to the house and I called another time because I found a scorpion on the sticky pad in my garage. Both times when I called, Mark answered my questions and tough me a little bit more about these pests. I highly recommend Watts Pest Prevention. They are always polite and willing to go the extra mile.
