I came home from vacation to find that my air conditioner didn't work and it was hot! Frank not only arrived within less than an hour from my phone call, but knew just what the problem was. He went into my hot attic many times and up and down the stairs to make sure the problem was fixed. I couldn't be happier and much cooler. Thank you Hays...you are the best! Frank deserves a raise for his great customer service and expertise!I just had Kevin from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing do my half year maintenance check. He was great! Went above and beyond making sure everything was in tip top shape. Even dusted my vents when he was on the ladder. This is such a wonderful company !!! I am an out of state Phoenix property owner and more often than not given extremely high bids for materials and services I need done at my properties. I was told once that Out of Towner's are fair game and it's true when it comes to getting an honest job performed!!. Not having the luxury of being there to oversee things, I often get less than an acceptable, complete or thorough job.

Recently I needed a new 5 ton HVAC unit and as I usual I got 3 bids. I chose Expert HVAC Services and my Instinct after talking with Gabe was spot on!! Their price was in line with my lowest bid but but I could tell I was dealing with a guy of integrity and character. Gabe communicated with me via text and pictures of the job daily. He did exactly what he proposed, no shortcuts, did a FIRST CLASS job and cleaned up beyond belief!!!

Gabe is the kind of guy I would choose as a friend and trust my properties with. If Gabe lived in Dallas I would bury him with referrals. Gabe and Expert HVAC Services is a rare find in this day and age. Don't hesitate to hire them!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical!!! Our 20 year old unit died in the middle of summer. It was miserable. Leah was so great and very quick to get a hold of me. Because I was at work we had to do a little bit of phone tag. She never stopped until she got a hold of me. She worked with my schedule. Andy was right on time and very honest about what we needed and when it could be done. We had a quote by the end of the business day. From first call to quote was 11 am to before 5!! Andy worked a miracle and was able to find what we needed and get guys to our house on Friday. My husband was there for the installation and said Matt Stone and Kirkland Ulrich were amazing! They worked so hard and stayed to make sure it was working properly. And it was Matt's birthday. He still stayed. They were right on time and very professional. We had a minor issue and had to call the emergency number during a holiday weekend and Miles came out sooner than we expected. Fixed the issue very quickly. Andy was great with making sure everything has been taken care of. I would give everyone a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you so much for everything SG Mechanical!!

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.

Frank and his team are rockstars, they replaced 4 air conditioning systems for me in the summer of 2019. Price was fair and they were out fast. I would recommend them to any home owner or landlord looking for quality work and great pricing.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. Mack was awesome to work with and powered through the repair in 110+ temps to get us back up and running. I will use them again when the need arises. Thanks guys!

All of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. They do a great job! I called in to get my AC (air conditioning) repaired, and Jessica was very friendly and professional. The previous company came out and were not able to finish the job without trying to charge me thousands of dollars. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to the tech before he came out and he let me text photos of the potential issue over the phone. He gave me a quote and explained over the phone what he believed the problem much better than the company that actually came out to my property!

The tech came out on time and was very polite. He even took his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt on my carpet. Comfort One fixed the problem in less than 90 minutes, and had both my air conditioner and heater running perfectly! He even explained how I could tell if the a/c was working and gave me some tips.
