However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home!
