Don from Harris & Sons came out and gave us a competitive quote and was very personable. We didn't go with other companies that were cheaper because they were not insured which was a necessity for us as we were having a large mesquite tree removed that was 3 to 4 inches away from our house. (We also received quotes that were as much as twice the amount of Harris & Sons). The tree hung over the house and was leaning towards the house (bedroom) so we wanted it removed ASAP. Mariya called to set up the appointment and was also very pleasant to work with. Jeremy and his crew arrived on time and had the tree removed without incident in just over two hours with the help of a crane. The crew cleaned up very well and were even nice enough to cut and toss some of the wood in my back yard that I can use for firewood. We have a large pine tree that we'll be having Harris & Sons back to trim when the time is right. Great people, great work and worth every penny to know the job was going to be done safely. Glad we could help support a local company that has been around as long as they have.

Knowledgeable about tree care. I called them about young pale verdes that I planted last year. Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I will call him again next year --- this is a guy who knows trees. I feel like my trees will be in good hands with him

Very knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable

Each time we've used Trees for Needs in the past few years, they've done excellent work and left the property clean and neat. Most recently we had cacti removed and a pygmy palm trimmed. There was a bit of confusion at first as to what we wanted with respect to the palm but as soon as Carl was informed, he saw that the issue was quickly resolved. The staff members with whom we have communicated have always been courteous and helpful. We recommend the company without reservation.

The yard is left immaculate. It's so nice to see that when the job is done the area looks like it has always been that way. Super job.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.
