What a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning with Bruni and her team. Conversations were difficult from the start, I should've seen that as a red flag. She was spotty on getting back to me, but I saw all the 5 star reviews, so I held out. Then today, the day of the cleaning, her team was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, when I hadn't heard anything, I messaged her. They were running behind, and she said they would be there between 11:30-12. 12:00 rolls around, and no one was there. I messaged her again. Now, it would be 1 before they got there. There was absolutely no communication unless I reached out. Then, I wasn't having the whole house cleaned, just a few areas. It took 3 cleaners, 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and a half bath. After the first hour, I walked out to see how it was going, and it literally looked like nothing had been done at all during that hour. Then they FINALLY finished, and when Bruni called me for payment, she tried to charge me twice the max she had originally quoted me! After they took my payment, the girls let me know that they had broken a glass figurine. I will never use this company, Bruni, or her team again!

Her response is just another example of how communication was never there. I told her from the very start that I was not available at 8 am. I never changed anything. She was the one who suggested 10 am, and then never communicated they would be running behind.

I needed help immediately. My brother was in the hospital and his home was a mess! I couldn't bring him back to that. I called Perfectionist Cleaning Services and they sent out 3 women who did, not just a great job, but a phenomenal job!! I'm so impressed and grateful! Absolutely would hire again. The couple that cleaned our house today was very thorough. They did the basic cleaning and then cleaned blinds and other areas. They are the best cleaners we have had.

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.

I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a dirty house. It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team cleaned it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the professionals could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.

Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested.

The Peak Cleaning team has been wonderful to work with from the very beginning when we first inquired. Kaia (the owner) immediately picked up the phone and I knew I could trust working with her and her team. We work with Peak Cleaning for our Airbnb and being remote hosts we were looking for a team we could rely on. Peak Cleaning has been amazing. Communication is quick and professional. We have received nothing but 5 star reviews from our guests. Thanks for all that you do! I highly recommend to other hosts looking for a partnership with an amazing company!

An absolutely amazing company. They showed up on time and did a great job power washing our house and drive way. The owners were incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!

Used Arizona Steamers to clean the carpets of a house I was selling. You couldn’t even tell the carpets were never replaced because of how nice they looked after the cleaning. 10/10 would use again
