Semi monthly treatment

Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. I appreciate MasterTech Pest Solutions for offering a reasonable affordable price for there services. Sometimes you never know weather or not a company is honest or you can trust the quality but I'm so relieved that my house got serviced and you could just tell Master Tech Pest Solutions is a people-person company. I can't wait now to get additional help with additional services from Master Tech Pest Solutions. defiantly worth the price and outstanding service

I recently switched to Sexton from another pest control company. I have been very happy with the service I have received and the customer service is amazing. I use them both for personal use at my home and they service my 144 unit property that I manage. They said my termite treatment came with a 5 year warranty...great right. Well a year later I get a $250 bill for my termite warranty coverage. They never mentioned it cost anything to keep the warranty. After several bills and several phone calls later I finally just tell them to get their rented property out and cancel my warranty. So they finally did. They said they canceled it over the phone, they removed their product, I received a receipt that it was removed figured it was finally all done, 3 weeks later I get another bill for $250! I'm so livid. These people are crooks and super annoying.

This business is excellent. From the phone call to the people who came to my home, they were professional, courteous,and friendly. They called to let me know they were on the way and showed up when scheduled. Most importantly they removed the bees, not kill them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.
