I can't speak highly enough about this company. David spoke to me for about a half hour on the phone explaining the rationale behind how my particular issues should be approached. He not only made sure I understood what we were doing, but also looked up my property on the county assessor's website and found information I didn't even know was available. Some of it wasn't in his financial interest to provide, but he made sure that my outcome was as positive as possible, whether it benefitted his bottom line or not. I will use this company for my pest control services moving forward and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you!

I just recently purchased my house, and discovered termites one month later... David looked up my address and informed me that another company had done treatment about 6 months ago, and told me that I was still under warranty with them. He did not try to rip me off which was very honest of him.

He then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me talking about termites, explaining how the treatment works and what to expect, what chemicals he uses, and what I should expect for pricing. He even talked to me about scorpions and told me how to do my own treatment if I wanted to.

I am so happy that I chose to work with House Doctor to eliminate my termite problem. I set up an estimate with them after the second or third time of going through the various companies around town. Not only did David immediately respond to my online request with a phone call, but their technician Josh happened to be right around my house, which is not always the case living so far north. He was over in twenty minutes from getting off of the phone with David, who thoroughly went over their services on the phone. Taking covid precautions, I was happy to open the door to a masked Josh. He looked around and of course pointed out more tubes than I had even identified. He was also extremely patient as another company showed up minutes before he was leaving - without having confirmed their appointment, of course. After reviewing their services, getting four other estimates, and having a few more questions answered by David, I scheduled my service promptly and was delighted to be taken care of the following week by Isaac. He was so fast and made cleanup of everything that was drilled a breeze. His work inside the house was quick as well, and I'm happy to report that after he knocked down the tubes I had, nothing has been back since! Of course the product may take some time to kick in, but I suppose my colony ran into the Termidor almost right away. I highly recommend using House Doctor for your exterminating needs. I chose them because they were fast, family-owned, cared about my experience, of course use top of the line Termidor, and they were helpful along the way, suggesting what to look for in a quote as well as having a generous and updated warranty period. Finding those Termite tubes on a weekend is not a happy thing. I called couple of exterminating companies and got wide range of quotes from $450 to $2500 for treatment and warranty. Finally I called House Doctors who are referred by our friend and got a reasonable quote. Tracy took time to answer all my questions and explain the treatment process.This morning their technician Joshua showed up and did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable and did through job. I am glad I choose this company over others. Now I feel safe that my house is 100% protected by House Doctors for next 5 years. I would highly recommend this company for your exterminating needs!!

QUICK RESPONSE AND RELIABLE - Noticed termite tubes in my garage this past weekend and Called Dave. By Monday he had a tech there taking care of business. Tech was very professional and courteous and I could tell he took his time and had pride in his work - something you don't see as much now a days. I highly recommend House Doctor Exterminating!!! I called House Doctors Exterminating urgently as we learned, once you start renovating your home the noises disturb the termites and we discovered visible tubes on the walls. YUCK! They got over to our house within a day of my call! Which meant we didn't have a delay to our renovation schedule and I can breath a sigh of relief!

Seems like a family owned business from my experience, and they really care about their customers. Jim came out to get rid of some Sugar Ants and the process was quick and painless! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant individual. He explained every step, every chemical and their purpose, identified reasons why the ants withing the first 45 seconds on being inside the home, and offered ideas for products that would help keep future pests at bay. We actually walked and talked the entire time he was spraying around the house. Very professional, knowledgeable guy who is pleasant to converse with even while working. Look no further than House Doctor Exterminating! Jim told me the ants would be gone in a day, and just as he said, the next day all of them were gone and I haven't seen one since.

Did a fantastic job and was very responsive. The house is a rental property. They contacted the tenant and arranged everything. This is the second time I have used them and will be the only ones I call when I need their services, but hoping I never need to use them again.

Made an appointment for the afternoon which they said was fine only to call the next day and switch it for the earliest time possible. If you work a normal job don't use this company because they have no consideration of your schedule. The guy Jason only spent maybe 10minutes here. He only did the outside as I couldn't have him come inside and spray because my roommates were sleeping. He only did half the backyard. Then he told me that if it didn't work then to call on Monday and they would set a later time for next week when the person I called on the phone said there was no later avalible times for up to 2 weeks. They said they called everytime and texted for a week but I had to contact them myself because they didn't have the correct information and even after I verified multiple times my contact information, they called me by the wrong name. Overall their agenda is for them and they don't care about your needs or when you are busy or not. Jason said he didn't see not one ant, but that is because he didn't go around to the whole yard, wore sunglasses, and sprayed for maybe 5 minutes and was there a total of 10 minutes. Not happy and not a good way to start my day.

They helped us with some bees in our front patio! I'm allergic to bees and pretty much couldn't leave my house, and they took care of it the same day! They did a great job!
