He didn’t try to upsell me, however, I ended up installing a new unit, new ductwork and a return at a very reasonable cost. I can’t believe the difference! I will make this short and simply tell you that you can't go wrong with Ryan and Comfort Experts. Truly one of the most honest , hard working, fair, on time, courteous, and professional companies I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your time or money...call them ASAP like I did. ( PS. I had a few estimates and work done by a few companies...head and shoulders above the rest).

American Home Water & Air repaired a water softener I purchased from them 10 years ago. The appliance was still under warranty and the repair was fast and free.

This is an updated review almost a year after my service was completed. The company expresses that they may have been able to help me further, had I expressed my concerns sooner. They have since offered a reimbursement of a very small amount compared to the final bill and a 1 year VIP service package, which is something because they didn't really have to at all. This was my first service call to any form of repair company at my first house so I had no idea that things weren't going the way they were supposed to and I still feel I was charged a pretty obscene amount but there was a miscommunication between the tech and I, leading to to the repairs happening before I knew what I was going to be paying. I cannot say if I was charged an industry standard since I have no other personal experience in these matters as of yet. My advice to anyone reading this is to always get a second opinion and call and talk to a supervisor if things don't feel right before getting to the point of no return, like I did with a high dollar repair. For now my review is to remain middle of the road as it seems we have another trial year or so to do business together before upgrading to cautiously optimistic.

Gabriel Davilla installed a new R/O system in our house. He did an outstanding job. HIs knowledge of the system and its operation was outstanding. He was very professional and courteous.He also inspected our water softener to ensure it was operating correctly. I would definitely recommend him to friend and family.

We have a few properties in the valley and Eric is my go to hvac guy. He is honest, on time and reliable. He is very thorough with his installations and repairs, super clean work. It’s hard to find guys like him these days. He is a great family man and I definitely recommend his services.
