It is not often when a plumbing company refers business to another plumbing company. As a property manager we had a main water leak at a rental property, Wyman Plumbing was not able to get out there as quickly as we were hoping so they recommended another plumbing company to us. The staff at Wyman Plumbing was patient with our tenant who, unfortunately, was not very professional or kind to them. They diffused the situation and remained calm throughout. We have also used Wyman plumbing for other work orders and was quick to respond, professional to our tenants and also kept us apprised. Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

He did a fantastic job not only did he go way above the call of duty it was fixed, and I give him a thumbs up.

No answer to my calls

All Hours Plumbing came out to our house 9/25/2022 to repair the emergency drain on our washing machine after it came unseated, resulting in some water leaking through the floor. The technician was great, responded immediately and replaced/ sealed the new drain. After the tech left, I later tested the seal that night by pouring a small amount of water in the drain pan and the water leaked through the same path once more. I called the company back and the tech said he would be out the next morning at 10am sharp to reseal the drain and or do some additional work we discussed.

This is where the 1 star review comes in, the tech never showed up, zero communication text, call etc. When attempting to call either the Google company number or tech we had communicated previously with, I received a prompt that the number had call restrictions and is unable to complete my call (The Company appeared to have blocked both our numbers). Mind you these were the same numbers we were regularly communicating on the prior two days. Even stranger, I called each number back from a separate phone and it went through no problem.

Managed to speak with Ashley at the -2615 number and she offered no explanation and said she would look into it. Had to call her back hours later to find out she had spoken with the tech and he stated I refused water service, issued me a refund and told me to find another plumber. I never refused any service, never asked for a refund and instead was under the impression i would be paying them for additional work as the tech and I discussed.

Overall bad experience, unprofessional, poor communication. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in the valley to choose from. To the owner, please don't bother responding to this review, the opportunity to make the situation right has since passed.

9/29/2022 Update in response to owners reply:
The initial replacement of the drain was completed as recommended by the tech, no problem that was great, happily paid. I did not demand anything of the tech the following day, simply called the tech the same night (recorded calls will verify this to be true) and noted it was still leaking after a small test and he mentioned he could come out the next day and reseal or we could opt for the outfitting of a different drain and fasten it to the floor from underneath.

9/27/2022, the tech confirmed that he would be out at 10am on 9/28/2022 to replace the drain and fasten to the floor (new job, agreed to pay for this). I never demanded anything, asked for a refund, nor refused to pay for any service; only asked if there was any flexibility on pricing for the additional work. I don’t appreciate the accusation that I am defaming anyone, get your information straight.

I'm glad I called George Brazil, I never would have fixed this one on my own. Their customer service is fast and smooth. After I made the call they sent me an email with a picture and profile of the technician they had dispatched; I like that feature. They had a technician to my house within an hour. Elijah was professional and courteous. Elijah was training Eric and they both got to work right away. They explained the routine and pricing, first thing, and made it clear what and how the charges would be applied. They were effecient and orderly in resolving the electrical problem I was having. It turned out to be a short in the pantry. I highly recommend George Brazil, I trust this company and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Austin H. came to our property at Sierra Foothills to work on some plumbing repairs. We have a lot of vendors who come in and out of our property but Austin H. was very polite, respectful and dressed professionally . That what we like to see and work with. Keep it up Austin !(sorry I can't remember to spell your entire last name).

Don't call these guys for service, they buy out contracts from other AC companies and try to do inspections for you and sell you more products that you don't need. Received a call today saying they are my AC company. If a company comes to your house 1 time, they are not my AC company. Person on the phone told me I was being a jerk to him because I didn't remember the name of the people who came to my house 6 months ago. Horrible customer service to call someone to make a sale and tell them they are being a jerk.

Dave was very pleasant and helpful. I was impressed how quickly he was able to get everything done. He installed my new kitchen faucet and fixed a concern I had with my bathroom sink pipes.

Inspection went great. On time and explained issues.

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

The installation of the water softener and RO system was completed in under 3 hours, which was impressive. The technician worked efficiently to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that we understood how to use the systems. He was patient and thorough in his explanations, which made us feel confident that we could maintain the systems properly.

This company does excellent work and we're very polite. I highly recommend them!
