Sexton Pest Control Phoenix AZ

I am the manager of Sun Creek Apartments. We are very pro-active about making sure our tenants get taken care off to try an eradicate any bugs reported. Let me just say we have gone through two other pest control companies and we have hired Sexton Pest Control. They have literally been the best pest control company we have ever worked with in my 6-years in this business. They are attentive, thorought, and offer services no other company would just to make sure any problems are resolved asap. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Everyone I have worked with at Sexton Pest has been friendly and willing to help. Michelle has been a huge support in helping mitigate issues I've encountered by being flexible with the tech's schedules and offering suggestions. Very much appreciated!

I was forced to use this company by my landlord because a neighboring apartment brought bugs into the building. The technician was indifferent and uninterested during the inspection. Later, when I called Sexton directly to ask questions about preparation, the person from Sexton refused to answer any questions because it was not his account. He Promised someone would call back to answer questions. No once called. Company is fishy. I assume the Land Lord used them because they were the cheapest they could find, just like everything else.

Sexton Pest Control is the best pest control services I have used. The level of customer service is unmatched. Any questions or concerns I have are answered immediately and when we have issues they are explained, addressed, and rectified. I wouldn't even waste your time looking anywhere else!

They are the nicest people on the planet! I am so thankful for their service and their patience. If I could give a million stars I would!

I have been a customer of Sexton Pest Control for 2 years and have been very happy with their services. Adam is fantastic, he always calls to check in and see how things are going at the house and is willing to fit us in for additional services within 48 hours if needed. This company was supposed to fog my home and when I called for an estimate of arrival, I was told 1-5p. This time range in addition of vacating my place for 4+ hours was unacceptable and unrealistic with a baby and a dog. We had to cancel our appointment.

I recently switched to Sexton from another pest control company. I have been very happy with the service I have received and the customer service is amazing. I use them both for personal use at my home and they service my 144 unit property that I manage. My residents have mentioned how nice their Mike is and how safe they feel while they are in their home. Every time I call they are on it and out within 24 hours. They have yet to let me down. Our experience with Sexton has been outstanding. Michelle is always providing great Customer Service! Scheduling is easy. Appointment reminders and Follow Ups are provided for each visit. The technicians are personable, knowledgeable and communicative. Excellent service!

The previous owner of our home had a paid contract for termite control on our newly remodeled home. We reached out to Sexton to come and retreat the home after finding mud tubes on the ceiling and it seemed like they treated it with some chemical and sealed up the hole. Two years later we still have mud tubes coming down from our ceiling in multiple locations and we now ask ourselves what has the technician been doing all this time to get rid of the termites? It seems like all he ever does is treat the area where the hole was and patch the hole. Our one year contract is about to expire and we will definitely be hiring a different company for this on going issue.

I give sexton pest control 10 stars out of 5. I can honestly say that my business AZ Getaways Rentals wouldnt be where it's at without their help. It always a pleasure to be helped by Emily and Michelle and everyone that I have ever dealt with has honestly been great ! They service for me in Tucson ,Sedona and the entire Phoenix metro area ! I have nothing but an pleasant experience with this company. Customer service from the very beginning has been phenomenal. Pricing was explained well, scheduling is a breeze and payment is completed however is best for me the Customer. The option to pay cash, or card with or without autopay is awesome and really helpful to those on a budget. I also like that we keep the same tech, that proves valuable when monitoring what level of service is needed. I have and will continue to recommend Sexton Pest Control.

We use Sexton Pest control at my property currently, but I have worked for properties in the past where they were not our pest control company, but we still always called them for treatments or problems that we knew our current one could not handle. Thankfully I work for a property where we use them now and there is never a worry in my mind that they won't take care of it! Also, they have the best customer service when it comes to their techs!

It is both unprofessional and dangerous to allow your vans to block driveways of neighboring homes. I don't even know which house is being serviced to knock on so in an emergency I would not be able to leave my home.

I've been with Sexton for over 12 years now and they have always done a great job for us. Our current technician, Doc, is extremely personable, always on time, does a thorough job (both inside and out), and is very pleasant with the dogs.

My service technician is David Eickhoff (Doc). He has been servicing our house for years and has always provided a high level of expertise, friendliness, and character. His knowledge of the industry is second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for service.

Doc is very reliable & gives us helpful advice as to what we might do during the times he isn't scheduled to be here. Although we have a set schedule for Doc to come & treat for pests, he is very flexible when plans have to be changed. We have had Doc since we moved to this area & will continue to do so. It's good to know you have a person treating for pests on whom you can rely!

Paid $65 to remove a wasp nest from my back door. The wasp was back within 3 days making another nest, and they wanted an additional $65 to remove it again. Exact same wasp from the exact same spot. After speaking to a manager they offered to come back for $35 instead, which is a trip charge. So not only is their service ineffective, but they also don’t guarantee their work. Highly disappointing.

We had called them out to disinfect our offices due to covid-19. We were expecting it to be fumigated etc. The guy came out with 1 rag and some cleaner, wiped the handles, keyboards, computer monitors, bathrooms, and desks. He took some time scrubbing, but he never once changed the rag. He even went a wiped the bathroom down (toilets and all) with the same rag, and then did my desk...with the same rag. I just paid them and ended up cleaning the place myself. Don't use them to disinfect due to covid. it's a scam.

Hired this Family Owned business. We never saw them. This last time he claimed he did the whole place in 17 min?? I have a 17,000 SQ foot yard. Complete scam in my opinion. Charged me $65.00 a month and we still had spiders, and roaches.

A 1 year warranty doesn't do you much good if in that entire year the issue is never fixed or your place isn't properly treated.

So during the initial inspection they did a good job identifying all the problem areas of my house and then proceeded to treat these areas (i think, I'm not sure anymore because the termites never went away).

2 months go by - area still are infested with termites and they are building tubes actively still, so i call and they come back out and treat again.

another 2 months later - areas still are infested with termites and they are building tubes, oh most like they didn't treat anything. So i call and they come back out and sent someone friendly and more experienced. My husband had a good experience with the 3rd person as he was good at explaining things and sorta guaranteed us that the problem was fixed.

another 2 months later - areas are still infested, termites are building even MORE tube and in more areas to the point that its just impossible to ignore anymore, it looks bad and its just hard to imagine that anything was done any of the other visits now.

I try and get another appointment, they guarantee yet again to send someone better but I can never get an appointment in the mornings, itll take 2-3 weeks, maybe to get someone. Not to mention the appointment itself has a 5 hour window for when the employee is supposed to get here and to the treatment, thatll require taking an entire day off work. :/ I don't know many people who could tolerate such a large time window like that, especially when you have to do this multiple times in a year.

Termite treatment is just something i want to do once and forget about, maybe a touch up every now and then, you cant do that if you go with this company.

I'm sorry but my house is being eaten away, and after this many visits they still couldn't treat the same problem areas. I'm absolutely upset over this. Ive worked with termite companies before and never have i had a company have so much trouble treating 1 problem area. My bathroom ceiling, from the beginning, has always been the problem and it continues to be a problem without any signs that it got any better or will get better.

The 1 year warranty wont do you very good if that entire year the termites still don't go away with no signs of stopping. I really have to do some research into other companies now to see who else I can go with. When it comes to your house, you cant afford to get bad quality termite work done.

Nearing 6 years with monthly service from Sexton Pest Control and wouldn't consider changing.
Techs are always polite and go the extra mile to help with any needs regarding problems with various pests. Dependable, always send out reminders of service dates and have never missed arriving timely. They are the best! Special mention of Paul and now Gabe for awesome service.

If there was an option to not put in a star at all that is what they truly deserve zero Stars. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. They don't come when they say they're going to they don't give you confirmation calls they don't keep information in their system that they should have in there and this is constant. I watch several homes in the valley for clients that live elsewhere throughout the year and the ones that have Sexton, I have the same problems with every year and every year I dread having to deal with them. They can't get their act together in the office and even there service techs that come out tell me how frustrated they are as well because they get the upset customer they have to deal with because of the incompetency of their office staff. There are so many better companies out there that will provide good customer service I don't know why anybody would deal with them

We've had a termite bond with this company since we bought our home 18 years ago. The property was trenched and retreated last year. We recently discovered termites in the house. While Sexton did treat the area, they also said we had not provided access to the interior of the garage and/or hadn't paid for that level of treatment. We were never asked to provide access or told it was needed. I asked the technician to inspect the attic area for damage, but he declined. I do not trust this company to protect our property.

Doc is always thorough with the pest control treatments and always ask's if there are any issues. Polite and courteous customer service.. Been using Sexton for many years now!

Our Tech Doc is customer oriented, personable, professional, knows his pests, and always asks if there is a pest issue he should watch for before he starts. He is on time and offers a value service. Do not want to change Techs or services.

We love having David Eickhoff to our office. We have had other companies come and spray but our pest problem was never resolved until Sexton Pest Control.

Price is reasonable but if you don’t walk every square inch with technician don’t expect a thorough spray job completed. Will come immediately if you do find insects in between monthly sprays.

Doc, our pest control man, always checks to see if there are any problem areas and is always very thorough. He is invariably friendly. We couldn't ask for more. Definitely an asset to the company.

They either don't spray enough or their chemicals are not as strong as needed. ?? Never took care of my widow problem and i recently developed a scorpion problem.

This place harasses you when they call and when you tell them to stop calling because you are not at all associated with them they laugh and are incredibly rude. Do not associate yourself with this company in any way because they are incredibly rude.

Employees are crooks. Don't let them in your home unsupervised. They stole my fiancee engagement ring. And beer from my fridge. Called owner and he did nothing. Also made police report.

Paid $90 for a one time treatment which took all of 10 minutes. Was told a RE-SPRAY would be done if I still saw the bugs. I phoned back and was told a RE-SPRAY is *not* included in the one time. Incredibly lame. Will not use again.

Sexton employee stopped by to inspect the office and told us we only had ants, we thought they were termites. Thank you for your honesty!!

The worse 4 months of bird mites biting me and I m on blood thinners from heart surgery.My 8 yr old Cat s ears where bleeding from pigeons Feces on my Apartment windows.And I was put on meds for having no sleep bites all night.They eat up my purple mattress 2 weeks old all my pillows .Cleaned and vacuum washer is broken I tripled my electric bill for over 4 months.On SSI and no help
