Had some unexpected flooding in my home, and had to call this company at approximately 4:00 in the morning. They came right out. Dealing with their service people on that very stressful day, and since, has been a pleasure. In particular, Jacob, Chris, Chandler, and Benjamin were all very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They do it all! Commercial, residential and industrial water removal and clean up services. They helped my apartment complex out with multiple units that had been badly damaged. They did it all. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was so impressed on how easy they made the process for us. Had water damage and they removed a bathroom cabinet. The work preformed was done carefully (they were able to keep stone slab in tact) and in a timely manner. Brandyn and Jeremy came out for initial inspection and then they returned with a few more guys to complete the job. I hope I don’t need them again, but if we do need mitigation I will certainly call them. Brandyn also explained everything and was very responsive. 100% recommend!

We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.

Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . I was really worried about mold because I have kids and the service that Next Gen Restoration AZ did put my mind at ease ! My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...

Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home!
