Kevin is the absolute best! He is most thorough with a professional attitude. We've been with Arrow a long time. Like most companies representatives change in time. I hope he stays as my tech for years. Great work very satisfied.

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

I met with Vanessa Tyler initially to take care of my termites. I was so impressed with her knowledge. She explained everything she found when she came to the house. She explained the whole process to me and my family. She is such a sweet young lady. The guys that came to the house were really good and courteous. Also the cost was real reasonable.
My experience with Arrow has been wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone that could use their services.

I use Arrow for both weed control and insect control. They have done a great job and I am totally satisfied! Mike is the technician who does both applications and he is a true professional with a great attitude. I plan on continuing my contract indefinitely. Keep up the good work!

Arrow came recommended through a friend. We were advised we needed a bug man when we moved to Surprise, AZ from Chicago. They came out quickly and did a thorough inspection. Said we were in great shape and just needed the preventative treatment. Great communication as well.

Vanessa came out for a consultation today. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. She really knows her stuff! She even told me about some modifications that need to be done to help us with our cricket program! Just need to talk to my husband to get the ok! And hope she can do my house next week!

They said my termite treatment came with a 5 year warranty...great right. Well a year later I get a $250 bill for my termite warranty coverage. They never mentioned it cost anything to keep the warranty. After several bills and several phone calls later I finally just tell them to get their rented property out and cancel my warranty. So they finally did. They said they canceled it over the phone, they removed their product, I received a receipt that it was removed figured it was finally all done, 3 weeks later I get another bill for $250! I'm so livid. These people are crooks and super annoying.

David who service's our HOA in Sun City West is consistently friendly, helpful and thorough. He is the best tech since I moved here in 2014. David is the BEST!!!!

Jose Maldonado came to my home on Wednesday to take care of a large infestation of bees. He arrived earlier than was scheduled and was more than helpful and professional. He explained to me what he was planning to do and then what I should do to followup. I cannot say enough about his courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. He did a great job!

Have had Arrow since they took over my previous company. Mike is still with me and does a fantastic job. No issues, if I did he would come right back out.

I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

Great service. They inform me when they are coming out and inquire if I am having issues with pest anywhere so they could address it at the time of their visit. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for exterminating servic es.

When Svc man is told three times I feel my home has fleas and he states “you do not have flea”! Then after the 1st spraying I call to inform him the new dog I adopted woke up covered in fleas...I describe this to him....and he agrees my home has fleas and is ready to set up an additional visit BUT it will cost me $250! Required no no visit to inspect...just pay me I’ll send my guy over there, verifies he knew what he was doing to milk another $250 out of me, a retiree with a set budget, he has no SHAME & terrible employee representing ARROW EXTERMINATING.

Such bad, unprofessional, rude service. Do not recommend. They were so rude to my mother, one of the managers actually hung up on her while she was speaking. If you're looking for respectful and professional service, do NOT go here! So expensive and on top of that have such a bad attitude. No thanks.

Great job at keeping all the bugs away so far haven't seen a single one! I get my service every other month and it is great at maintaining my apartment to be free of roaches!! So thankful...

I really like the guy Eric who comes out to service my home if you need them to come back out and do an additional treatment they will and he’s super friendly and easy to work with thank you guys very much for all your help
