We have been using Aptive for a few years now. We had cockroaches and bugs when we moved into our house. Since having them come every month we have not seen another cockroach. The technicians are friendly and always check if we need any areas or bugs focused on. Our customer account manager is Sheri. She is wonderful to work with. She responses very quickly to our emails and takes care of anything we need.

We have used Aptive at two different properties now and the service is great. It is best to be home when they spray so you can mention to the tech specific areas of concern. They successfully treated scorpions before and are now treating for cockroaches.Today, Roger came out and he was fantastic! FANTASTIC! He warned me about setting traps in my garage with my kids but they are older and I will take ownership of that risk. He set them up and showed me where. And then he sprayed outside thoroughly for me. I LOVE their complimentary respray.Yes, they come out every 60-90days, but you can ask for a respray if you see something.Thank you, Roger!

BEWARE, their salesman will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up for their services, even if it means lying to your face. I was told by the salesman that they would be cancelling my pest control services for me and I’ll be getting an email from the current company I use to confirm my cancellation. That didn’t really sound like something they can do so I asked a couple times to verify I heard him correctly. Now, this isn’t something I couldn’t do myself but since he told me that MULTIPLE times, I didn’t worry about it. Surprise surprise, that never happened and I got billed by my other pest control company after they showed up to spray.I called Aptive and they said they do not cancel accounts for you and have no authority to do so. So I was lied to right to my face. I would’ve had no problem cancelling myself but don’t lie to people just to get a sale. I’m not surprised that this happened and it’s not the end of the world. I cancelled my account with Aptive and would not recommend anyone use their services. I will be making sure my friends, family, and neighbors know what kind of people they have working for them. I would not trust someone on my property that will just lie to your face. What else would they do?I hope this review helps someone.

I have been with Aptive for about 5 years and have always been very happy! They even made moving easy! They are easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. When we moved the house was being treated by a different company and we tried them out and after 1 service we got our Aptive back and are very happy that we did.

Every tech who’s been to the house has been super friendly and always ask if I need any specific areas treated and are always willing to accommodate. Their free re-treat option is great when incremental weather brings buggier than usual conditions and offering it free speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their customers. I definitely feel the difference between them and just about every business nowadays and have been very happy with them for 2+ years now.

He was friendly and polite. I informed him I would be routing around in the garage this weekend and he sprayed the garage inside well. He let me know to keep animals inside for 30 minutes and not to walk outside barefoot for 30 minutes. They have been very good with my extermination and I rarely see bugs and they spray extra when I do.

I had this company for years and the past two times they came, I was home but couldn’t answer the door. They walked around the outside of the home and then left. Providing no service and then charged me. Not sure how many other times they did that when we were actually not home. Have ant hills all over my front and back yard. No wonder as they were charging me but not spraying. What a scam!

See email I sent! Left gate propped open, we have 4 dogs! I accidentally found the gate open… very seldom am on that side of house. Very upsetting. Dogs were all in house, accounted for but took a few years off my life. We are DONE with Aptiva!

The front door of my house had a large spider web in addition to the full front porch still had spiders, eggs and webs all by the lights. This is not the first time that we have asked to have these cleared and I have to do myself. In addition since your company started using the pressurized liquid all it is doing is leaving a mess all down my windows and patio doors and feel people are trying to use that pressure to clean the webs and had been completely unsuccessfulI am tempted to stop my services with you as this is a continuing trend

At first, I was impressed with this company. After a year +, the quality of the service has decreased. Payments removed from my account without service being conducted, change in employees every visit. No consistency. Yesterday, the employee didn't even text or knock on my door to notify me they were here. He was going to leave w/o treating my backyard because the gate was locked. Really? Try letting me know you're here and I'll unlock the gate. I pay for full service. If you don't complete the service as agreed, I'd expect a refund!

Aptive is great and affordable. I wish termites was a part of services offered, is why I rated 4 instead 5, but the crew is always nice and sends notifications before they arrive. Super convenient and they come back out for free if you have an issue between visits (which never happens. Additional spraying is not required), they always seem to contact me before I need to contact them. I've used Aptive going on 6yrs and a second home, however, I would really love an all in one stop shop...add termite services. Always great and efficient!

The door to door salesman was great. Amazing pitch and fair price so i signed up. Day 2 the first bug guy came didn’t know much about service fees just did his job and left. 2 weeks later nobody showed up for the follow up spray but I received confirmation texts and emails that the job had been completed. I was home all day, nobody showed. Called to inquire, was not given a great response and I decided to end our relationship. Then I’m told I owe $200 to cancel! No thanks, I’ll find a more reliable company that doesn’t have hidden fees and actually shows up. Good luck with this company. *4 months later, still no call from anyone in regards to this, just constant emails about my “balance”*

When I signed up for Aptive, I was told they would guarantee their work, and would come out any time we saw any bugs. We have had a pantry moth infestation for the past few months. When I mentioned this to the service person, he shrugged and gave me a paper trap that they would stick to. This OBVIOUSLY did not resolve the issue. With a newborn in the house, I needed to get this resolved. We set up an appointment to have the cupboards in the kitchen sprayed. We spent the next 2 days packing up the entire kitchen. The technician never showed up. I called to ask why and they could not find a record of the appointment, and were not able to get anyone out to our home. They were not able to set up a new appointment for several days. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was none available, but they could call back in 1-2 business days. The agent said I may be able to speak with a manager in Loyalty so agreed to a transfer. She transferred me to a VOICEMAIL! Because of this situation, we are now left with no kitchen over the weekend. Save yourself the time and hassle- find a company that is actually reliable!

The exterminator texted me to let me know he was on his way, again when he arrived, and when he was finished. He told me what he found during his inspection and what he did, plus a photo. Very professional, and I appreciated the communication! Excellent service. And the scorpion/spider population is way down since we’ve been using Aptive services.

The Tech kept me posted about when he would be arriving. He asked if I had any pest problems. When I told him we had an ant problem he explained what he would do to solve the problem.He let me know when he was done and to make sure pets stayed in for at least 30 minutes. He assured me that some of what was used was safe for pets. I appreciate the thorough communication.

We had been using Aptive for a few years and mostly unimpressed. They visit once every 3 months and we frequently had to have additional visits to take care of pest issues. The final straw was we observed (with video footage) the technician leaving within 4 minutes of coming to our front door. It is not possible to complete service in 4 minutes. Afterwards, we found cobwebs all around our house, scorpions in excess, and even a small wasp nest on our wall. We requested a refund for the visit and cancellation of service. They did cancel the service but refused to refund us a visit because the technician did arrive at our house. They offered a free service but this is not what I wanted. I paid for service not received and I wanted a refund. What kind of company holds your money hostage and refuses a refund when they don’t even complete their end of the deal? Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, not friendly and greedy.

Technician was very thorough and inspected every area outside. She swept all around the roof to remove any cobwebs that could or could not be seen. She asked about areas of concern. Overall, really love this company as we haven't had any issues with ants or bugs since we began service. If we have any problems between treatments, they come out right away.

Aptive has been great. Our house has had no problems since they have been servicing our house. During this past summer's heavy cricket season they came back a 2nd time to keep them in check. All the techs are friendly, professional and do a great job but our regular tech Nick is simply the best! Nick is just awesome! He is very thorough and attentive to our concerns. He covers all the trouble spots proactively. And his memory is amazing. After seeing 18 other clients a day for over 3 months, he comes to service my house and starts right in right where we left off. Nick is very personable and friendly, I always look forward to seeing him.

***edit, Aptive sent out a technician to do the service today. He went above and beyond to ensure the extermination process was completed correctly professionally.I love the Aptive product. We have been using them for over a year. They insect repellant does the trick.My concern is over the personnel. There is always a different person who comes to the house, so I never know who’s going to show up. This last time, the technician arrived, walked around the outside of the house, billed my preloaded debit card and then left. He left the big bait boxes in the garage, with the dead bugs, and didn’t come inside the house to spray.I have been charged for the service but have to wait for another technician to come out a different day.I’m not sure what happened, but I’m hoping Aptive makes it right, because I do think their product is great!

We've been with Aptive for 1 year. They were great in the beginning. When trying to cancel our service though it's a massive run around. Call our local number and get transferred to loyalty. 1 hour on hold I reach out by chat also to be told loyalty will call me back with no time frame. I said I'm on hold and they said we'll keep waiting. Well, at time of writing this review I've been on hold for almost 2 hours for loyalty since no clue when I'd be getting a call back.

No clue who this company was until I Google searched it. I had them randomly come to my house and spray. Not only do I have a no trespassing sign but they never picked up the phone when I called. Waited over 30 mins, waited until it makes me get a call back and no one calls. No o ly am I very upset that soemone sprayed my house, I use another pest service for over 3 years. They never rang the doorbell, they just started spraying the house. Extremely upsetting

This company is not dependable. They text you when your appointment date is going to be without a time. I always have to call ahead to insure a morning appointment even tho I have made it clear over and over that's when I'm home and available. They've canceled and rescheduled, then not shown up on time and won't return calls when asked. This is the third time over the course of a month and in the mean time I now have scorpions and other pests invading my home because they can not do their job as promised and mind you you're tied to a two year contract. I know longer want to do business with Aptive. And will make that clear whenever they decide to return my call.

We weren’t happy with the service of our prior pest control company here in Scottsdale and have been contemplating making a change. Lo and behold we were recently paid a door to door visit by Logan and were immediately sold on Aptive. Logan was very professional and quite informative. The pricing was also much better. The next day we were paid a visit by the serviceman, John, who was very professional and explained in detail everything he was going to do. We were very happy with John’s service and also found him to be an outstanding individual. When John was finished, he reviewed all the work he performed and told us if if there were any future issues we could call for a free re-service at anytime. My wife and I were very Impressed and highly recommend this company for pest service needs.Update 6/2022: This company is horrible and I can no longer recommend their pest control service. It went well early on and dropped off quickly. The technicians, if they bother to show, don't put in much effort and barely spray around the property. They no longer do a full perimeter spray like they sold us on in the beginning. Aptive also wont let you cancel their pest control service and make it very difficult.

We've been with Aptive for a year. In that time we've had more pest activity than any other time before, with any other company. Their visits are short, they're typically in and out in ten minutes. Which leads me to believe that's why I have so many pests creeping into the house. They lock you into a yearly contract, so beware! Don't use them, they're not as good as they market themselves to be!

I'm only giving three stars because my technician was more than four hours late. It was not his fault-things happen. But whenever I have to call the office three times to find out where the technician is, there's a problem. Obviously this is a great company with great products- otherwise they would not be used by so many people. But, please, evaluate what you can do to better serve the customer. We might not always remember how much we pay for a service- but we will always remember the experience. I hope the next few visits will be smoother.

I've been using this company for about a year now and they do an amazing job each time they come out. Anytime I've needed extra attention between scheduled services they are quick to come out and always make sure they understand what are needs are at the time. I just had Tammy come out to our house and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable about what would help us with our current issue. Scorpions are scary and she made me feel at ease that she was using the right products that would be effective yet safe for our family and animals. Would absolutely recommend this company for pest control!

We scheduled an appointment to have our house sprayed for a pantry moth infestation. We tore apart our entire kitchen, emptied everything, and cleaned it all out in prep for the appointment. When the appointment time came, no one came. We called after the appointment window was over, and we were told that there was no appointment ever made. Now our entire house is in disarray, the moths are still here, and we have company coming over tomorrow night. Good job Aptive environmental!

This company is a complete scam I worked there for 2 years I was number 1 in the nation with the company, but the last 6 months everything changed, when you sign your quarterly agreement read the fine print, I left because I raised concerns about earlier treatments and ethics, I was told in the meeting the day I put my 2 weeks in ,to leave the company if it’s unethical, fired me on the spot btw, we would go back a month early sometime 1.5 months early, and if your not home or don’t get a chance to reschedule, even if it’s a front only locked gate or loose dog we were forced to treat charge and move on, the ceo vess is in the business of starting pest control then selling , they owned moxi , alterra, and eco first, they payed us horribly but offered unlimited overtime, the reason why I was there so long, but after leaving and going to a real pest control company that pays production, a livable wage , I feel stupid I stayed so long , most of there techs dont have there licenses and are very poorly trained, there are a few good guys still working there that actually know what there doing, but you won’t get them because there stretched thin training newbies every day because of the high turn over rate , and if any inspectors for the city reads this they break a ton of laws , going against everything the labels allows for the products used, I won’t tell you we’re I work because you will think I’m just promoting, never go with a company that pays there techs hourly especially if it’s under 19 an hour or puts you I. A contract with a early termination fee there’s a reason for that. And btw I’m only talking about the Phoenix office, and my personal experience . Hope this helps

What I enjoy most is how responsive they are if I see a scorpion, they will come out and spray right away. We have had several scorpions, but they are very weak from the chemicals that seem to really destroy them.

I had aptive for a year. They were cool at the beginning when I first signed up with them but there where couple of times I had to reschedule and make arrangements for someone to be at my house for aptive. When the day came for those services that were rescheduled no one showed up. I would get a text message at 3:00 in the afternoon saying my appointment was canceled but wouldn’t tell me why? I had to call see what was going on with these cancellations but they wouldn’t tell me why? All they offered was they will have someone come out the next day. I told them no and how do I know it’s gonna get cancelled again?? I don’t have time to sit at home all day wondering if they are gonna show up or not. Appointments are there for a reason. What’s the point of having appointments if Aptive doesn’t plan on sticking to them? Aptive doesn’t communicate with their customers too well. To me communication is important so customers know what’s going on and less frustration. So, I cancelled my contact.

I had JP and Sergio service my property today and I have to say that they were top notch. They showed up and waited for me to return home (I had an appointment elsewhere, unfortunately. ) when I arrived. They greeted me respectfully, ask if there were any noticeable issues, and explained the service to be performed.Afterward they explained their new web brushing service they had done and then addressed an ant issue for me! I worked with this company for 3 months for an ants issue. The workers who came out were always very kind. But they did not get rid of my ants. I paid twice and gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issue. They did not. I requested to cancel my service but was talked into giving them one more chance. I did and there was a no show. I requested my services to be cancelled and a refund since my issue was not resolve which they refused. Since they came out and sprayed. Must be spraying water because my ant issue only got worse over 3 months. This company is a scam and I suggest going somewhere else.

Our guy comes in and sprays for most everything we may have here in the desert ? He always removes any webs around the house before spraying. If we have issues in between the by-monthly appointments, they come take care of it , no problem. Customer service is also very good ??

We have a contract with this company for a year since May. The contract says 6 treatments every 2.5 months. They have charged us 5 times already and we are only 5 months in. When we caught on to what they were doing so I called and the customer support agent cancelled them coming out and when I explained to her that I need this service for the entire year she told me they are having trouble with their scheduling and that I will need to call in to get a free re-treatment. I don’t want to call in. I want you guys to come on the months in the contract. Anyway, 3 weeks after I cancelled the appointment they showed up again. I’m sorry, I’m not calling in again to talk to an unhelpful support agent again. I am just going to sue you if you don’t complete your part of the contract on the correct months without charging me more than the 6 treatments we agreed to. Garbage company use someone else

We’re highly disappointed in the service we’ve received with Aptive Environmental in Arizona given their rave reviews online and in other states. We’ve now used the service for a few months and have had to request a courtesy visit in between sprays five times.Each time a technician has come out they always describe the product and what it does, yet it seems to be ineffective where it counts. We’ve seen tons of dead grasshoppers, beetles, and the occasional roach around outside. However, the multiple ant colonies that have taken residence in our backyard are still alive and kicking after multiple re-treatments.We’ve also asked them to treat for spiders a few times and have found large cobwebs left untouched after a technician leaves. Unfortunately, the quality of our service has been poor enough for that my wife and I no longer trust a technician to complete their service without watching them as they work.Aptive is still fairly new to the Valley and may grow to perform similarly to the rest of the company. However, in the present we found them leave much to be desired and will be cancelling our service.

The sales person that came to my home and told me all of my neighbors were using this service and if I didn't, I would get scorpions, was very charismatic and convincing. I have an issue with spider webs and was considering treatment. Agreed to a one year contract, had them come out for the initial treatment, then again a few weeks later when i still didn't see improvement on spider webs. Then for the 3rd appointment within a 2 month span, they got me on the schedule for my quarterly service. I asked what time to expect them but they couldn't give a window on what time. I run multiple businesses and cannot always stay home for an entire day. On the morning of, I tried calling and waited 20 minutes with no answer. I sent an email asking if someone could please just give me a window of time to expect the technician to come out, so I can put my dog inside and give them access to my back yard. I had to step out for an appointment but luckily my husband was home when the technician showed up. I got an email later, letting me know when the technician was already at my house. The communication is poor at best. I really thought the salesman was polite and kind, very persuasive, and ambitious. My experience after the sales pitch has not been what I was expecting. All I want is a window of time on when to expect someone, or even a 1 hour notice that they will be on their way would be so helpful but I cannot seem to get that. Worst of all, I had to commit to a contract before I was able to experience their service.

They ring the doorbell to let you know they’re there, the areas they will spray, and then recap everything they’ve completed before they leave your home. Today’s service was for quarterly maintenance. The technician was friendly and helpful during our conversation on any areas of concern I may be having. He stood more than 6ft away from my front door during our chat. He was also respectful of social distancing by advising he was only going to service the outside since he is getting over a cold and doesn’t want to risk getting anyone else sick. This is the second time the service technician has not let me know they are at my house. I wait all day for them to show up and no knock on the door. I get a text saying they are headed my way. Then I text back 30 minutes later and ask if they are still coming. Come to find out they already came to my house somehow and spayed. I needed to talk to them about areas of concern and they did not even have the courtesy to let me know they were here. This is all taking place after two cancellation appointments prior to this appointment. This is the second time they have come to my house and not let me know that they are here. Not a great feeling to know they sprayed my house without me knowing and not addressing my bug issues.

Hopefully passing on some useful feedback after two non-inquiry experiences with your sales people. I'd recommend you to reconsider your sales approach and look more to digital and referral. I have been solicited at my home twice, after telling your sales person I'm not interested and your solicitor asking a lot of personal questions as well as trying to telling me my neighbors' names that use your services, aka your customers' names, which is a complete violation of privacy. You not only interrupted a work call I was on, but the door to door pushy sales screams desperate commission-based business. Both times, I told the guy that has come by twice now, I am already good with my services (mainly ONLY because I really dislike at home solicitations) with another provider and he just keeps trying to ask questions... after I already made it clear I was good, which turns my politeness to not so polite. The solicitations at my door, lack of reading the room, the complete disregard for my privacy, our customers' privacy and information, and rehearsed sales speech makes your business seem incredibly slimy and desperate. I would have very likely considered your services if you would have just left a unique, slick piece of marketing at my door (perhaps something punny or witty -- you're in the bug business -- kids love bugs but parents don't... idk a toy bug - kids go nuts for those.. whatever!) or offered a customer referral system so that my neighbors you love sharing the names of, could actually get credit for their name and your business being associated together. Because of your current sales style, I will never consider switching. Enjoy your free marketing tips! :)

I have to get a reservice every time they come to spray. I don’t have time to watch them do their job and that is what you need to do. They do not tell you all the things they can’t do (before they lock you into 3years) which is a lot of things. Lastly, after getting serviced and needing a respray because of all the bugs in my backyard still. I confirmed my appointment and was waiting a few feet from my door working and taking calls, the man didn’t text, call, or knock!!! He only serviced the front and then was sarcastic and blamed me over text. THEIR SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!

My Mom (87) was home alone and heard the side gate open and lucky my dog was out.....a bark or two sent the guy back out of the gate. My Mom opened the garage door to find a man standing there saying he was there to do the bug spraying. My Mom advised this guy that we did not have a bug service but he insisted we had had the service since the summer. She sent him away....... When I returned home from errands and heard the story I called the company where a woman insisted we had had their service since summer and wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops to verify I was justified in speaking on this matter. Turns out the online rep said we did have the service but had NEVER signed the contract so they wouldn't be back; ya think!

Very professional, our service person is attentive to detail and answers questions to the upmost of his abilities. Aptive Environmental is the best service we’ve had here and on a quarterly schedule is a better value. I have gone through several other companies in the past 7 years. We are trying this new company, after being with our old pest control company for over 10 years. It is more $ then our old company, but they do include quite a big more for our acre lot. They also seem to have a good system of communication through text, etc. the initial treatment went well. So far we are good with the change.

Angel was a nice natures young man. He inquired with his manager if he could place roof rat traps in our attic. He arrived without the details of our service request which was disappointing but not his failing. He fulfilled our request. But, he did not check back with us to confirm the work he did and we don’t know if he will come back to get the rats and replace the traps with fresh bait! Please call Susanne for update please!!! I called about 4 days ahead of my regularly scheduled service to request a reschedue, and they said it was rescheduled, but the technician still arrived on the original day. The office and record keepers make mistakes often. The service technician, however, was outstanding.

I don't normally buy services from someone knocking on my door, but the young man was so professional and I needed a pest control service. Once I agreed to the service, the work was scheduled for the same day. The serviceman, John, was very professional, kind and provided detailed information about what he would do. He performed all work quickly and with great care. Afterwards, he reviewed all the work he performed and made sure we knew if there were any issues we could phone any time. Very impressed with this company, their team and the service.

Cooper renewed my confidence in this company. He called 15 minutes prior to arriving. I spoke with him about issues that we were having with spiders and crickets. He told me he would spray for them and what he would be using. He also told me he would be spraying for ant and mosquitoes and mentioned some of the other common things for this time of year. Sure enough, within a week or so the crickets and spiders seem to have disappeared or died. Cooper was very informative and professional and should be commended. He did a great job.

Update- still no ants!!!! I arrived right when the technician was finishing up outside. He very kindly took everything out again Because I asked him to spray inside our house also. He didn’t even act like it was an imposition at all. He was so happy to do it. I have to say your guys customer service is excellent.So far so good! Will update this review in a couple months when it’s ant season... but I have high hopes that the Aptive guys will get them! I have dealt with Robert and Jeff- both were friendly and professional.

Horrible customer service!!! The Technicians are the only redeemable thing about this company. Katie the customer service rep I spoke to at 1130 told me my Technician was only 2 houses away. He didn't show up till 3:15. He was slammed all day. Katie lied to me when she said they cannot give me a window or time for my treatment. Josh my Technician told me to the contrary. He said oh yes, they do blocks or time.I had asked Katie for a time frame of when I could expect our Technician. She said they never give a time frame, just that they'll come that day sometime. I told her I needed a time frame so I could unlock my gate for the tech, Katie actually said to me, just leave it unlocked all day. Seriously? Yup okay just leave my backyard unprotected and have potential for my dogs to get out. I asked if there was anyone to speak with and was told no. She said there was nothing she could do and then became rude. I asked her for a call reference number which ALL call centers have to give out. She played dumb and said she had no clue what that was! I asked if calls were recorded and she said yes. I then asked how do you pull a recorded call and again she played dumb!I was mad at this point and said isn't amazing how your company has a complete fit and is calling for payment 2 days after a service. Maybe I should just tell you I'll get it to you but can't promise a time. She got quiet and again said she can't give times, the system is automated and we can't control the times. Oasked her, then how can you say the Technician will be at my house soon? No response.This company has gone to hell in a hand basket since they became corporate and gotten away from the things that made them good! Read their reviews. They're horrible.I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They came out to my house and did their thing the guy was really nice and sprayed around my house and set some traps and said I should see some improvement within a week well a week went by I still hear the rats in my ceilings so I called and set an appointment for them to come back no one showed up and when I tried calling back I was on hold three separate times for at least 15 min then they said someone would call back and no one ever did?!! I don’t really recommend these companies they aren’t easy to get ahold of and aren’t reliable

Deshawn and his tech Devin (spelling not sure on names), were very professional and went through their process in as much detail as I needed. Safety for my 5yo and small dog is a priority!! I feel safe with their products they used.The cost for service with Aptive is in line with my previous pest control service, yet the service they provided was quite more extensive than my past experience with other pest services. Technician was polite but could have explained what areas and how he was going to treat the home in a more clear fashion. I had to ask lots of questions (which he seemed happy to answer) Didn’t have the rat traps to begin ridding our yard of these pests! I now need to call on Monday to schedule another tech to come out. So far for our first treatment a generally good impression.

I learned of Aptive via a knock on my door. The young lady kindly and with confident knowledge explained the financial plan, safety and convenience. Before handing over my credit card I looked them up. They were a legitimate company and everything the young lady at my door presented minus some the details she had explained, which may be there, I just didn't look long enough. The next day, I kind gentleman came to start my service. He told me to keep my dogs in the house 2 hours for the product to dry because it wasn't safe for pets. I called the young lady that came to my door and the main office. Both assured me the product was safe for pets. They also called the gentleman doing my service. He did a great job, by the way. The people that trained him gave different information than corporate. I hope they get all of their training on the same page. Being warm in Arizona, I waited until my whole treatment was finished to let the product dry before I let my dogs out just to be on the safe side.The company, over the past quarter, has offered great service.

Worse most unethical company I've ever dealt with. They promised A LOT and delivered a little. They promised they would spray the perimeter of my property - they did not. The texted and emailed that they would show up for my re-spray since they didn't do complete spray on their visit - after they promised they would come they never showed up. No phone call or anything. Tried to call over a dozen times and never did I hold for less then 30 minutes and was sent to a voice mail. Left messages and NEVER got a call back. I had a contract for $75 a month - got billed $100 after first spray. I went back to look at my contract because I knew for a fact we agreed on $75 - that contract that I signed magically disappeared and they had a contract that was unsigned for $100. They altered my contract! Put out rat black boxes and was told my dog could not get into them - Surprise - he did - had to make my dog throw up because he ate some of the poison. The time they did show up they stayed for literally 2 minutes - 1 1/2 acre property and stayed 2 minutes tops. I questioned the guy and he said he did what he was required to do. Left no glue traps for me which I was promised when I signed up to leave in garage for scorpions - when I questioned that he said he ran out at his last house - this was 10am. Not prepared. Said they would send someone out with glue traps - never did. Not professional - I could go on and on but you get the point this company is a scam - dishonest - lazy - I can go on with many adjectives - just please stay away from them - check out the complaints on the BBB and stay away - save yourselves a lot of frustration. I was able through the BBB to cancel my contract and not be charged their cancellation fee but it was a shame that I had to go to that length to end my relationship with this company since they would not answer their phones or return calls.

We were not this time so an internal spray was unnecessary. He’s the first technician to do this as there have been a couple instances where we could have used this service. I absolutely appreciate and love my service. The main treatment for my home is scorpions. Thank you for killing them. However the very nice young man came to my home in a long sleeve button up shirt and pants. I understand looking professional,but I live in Arizona where it is a 100 degrees plus.. They were going to leave without doing the inside. Also, my other pest control company goes into the garage and they didn’t. There are still some spider webs in the backyard on the house that weren’t taken down.. They seem a little pricey but I decided to try it out because they claimed to do more than the typical company. Aptives technician called prior to coming to the house to spray for scorpions. Sergio is very professional asked questions to make sure he was going to use the right chemicals. Asked if we needed the inside of the house needed to be treated. What I liked was when he asked me if the garage had been sprayed and he was surprised that I told him it has never been treated. I found that to be very professional and very technical.I would definitely recommend Aptive and Sergio to my neighbors.

Thomas was also friendly and extremely thorough in his explanations, both before and after the service. They'll be back in a month and I'm excited for our home to receive the next treatment. Tammy always does such an amazing job! I called yesterday because I’ve had Silverfish crawling out of the sinks due to the monsoons and Aptive scheduled Tammy to come out then next day. Once you sign a contract with them it will be a huge pain to cancel. I emailed them to cancel and they say you need to call because blablabla. I am on the phone for 20 minutes 2 times now. Also I signed up for 4 treatments in a year they come do 5 times and charge me more.

This company is horrible!! When the sales guy came to the door he promised they would spay my entire 1.3 acre lot for bugs plus go around the entire house and knock down all the cobwebs every 3 months. So I signed a year contract. The first service was ok after I told them what I was promised. The guy complained a bit that it was a huge yard, but eventually complied. It was downhill after that...they showed up with a backpack sprayer and were gone within 20 minutes, without knocking down cobwebs. Plus, they were trying to schedule (and charge me) every 2 months. Customer service is ridiculous they do not want to work with the customer at all to resolve issues. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THESE SLICK SALES PEOPLE!!

Technician very respectful with good attitude.Work ethic no good. Walked around the house, specially back yard and didn’t clean websites. When spray didn’t move small items like dogs bed he spray on bed and wall. Inside the house sprayed the furniture had to wide of spray. My tv stand had about 8 inches sprayed on. Once again technician had a positive attitude but work ethic lacked. I asked the company not to send him again.

I love Aptive. They do a great job every time they come out. I really appreciate that they do not charge if we need another spray done in between seasonal treatments. Not to mention more reasonably priced from other companies we’ve tried. Maniac driving on the 101 northbound on May 12th around 7:45 am almost caused multiple accidents. He cut off several vehicles trying to exit on Thunderbird. Not including Weaving in and out of morning traffic. Great job advertising your business and driving this way.

First time using Aptive so we'll see how it goes. I'll update after 2 months. Will say they were professional and on time. First impressions mean a lot.Update! It lasted right about 3 months. I saw a couple spiders and one roach the week before they came to spray again so that was fantastic. I saw nothing before then. The Aptive professional, Montreal, did a great job. Fast, very friendly, asked questions about problem areas. Was with Green Mango for years but I'm very happy with the switch so far!Still going strong with Aptive. Devin was our professional today and was super polite and helpful. Saw no bugs before they were set to come this time too.

Juan L. was awesome on a Monday morning! He treated our new house, which was infested with spiders, and was so helpful, social and professional. I always have tons of questions and he didn't mind me asking questions or following him around. He was upbeat, fun to talk to, positive about his company (Aptive) and the service they provide. And of course he did my garage & changed the bug boxes..He spayed my front & back yards, my front porch & back patio !! He found spider webs. One inside & a few out back on some bushes! Tammy was great. She asked if we were having any bug issues, which we were with those pesky earwigs. She sprayed the inside and the outside. We have dogged and I was somewhat skeptical having the inside done but she reassured me that the spray was safe around my dogs. I would definitely like to have her come around again

Josh the sales guy was friendly, trustworthy and an all around good guy. Austin came to spray a few hours later and he was the same as josh just polite professional young men. However, it was over 105 degrees in Phoenix when Austin showed up and as a business owner I was rather shocked to see him in long pants and a long sleeve shirt to work in this heat. I let my guys work in nice shorts and short sleeve work shirts when the weather gets hot in Nebraska. That is my only disappointment with this company thus far on day one. I would have given 5 stars but seriously working outside in black pants and long sleeves is just plain wrong.

Austin alerted me when he was 20-30 minutes from arriving. He arrived promptly, asked if we were having any problems. He explained what he would be doing. Austin cleaned around the windows which was great-I’d never seen other Technicians do that. Upon completion he notified me of any findings. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I was pushed into a 1 year contract by a very charismatic agent who told me all my neighbors were using their service,. I paid right away but kept on getting bills from them. Also he told me they'd be coming back in a month just to check on the results but instead scheduled a service for 99$. When I called to complain Crystal said she would transfer me to customer service.to discuss the problem. She then cut me off. I called back twice and was put on hold for 30 min. They picked up. saw my no and put me on hold again. They then texted me saying I had gotten cut off and they gave me another no. to call. Same thing hold for 30 min then pick up and back on hold. So far no one is answering and my problem is unresolved. A business cannot survive with poor customer service and customer satisfaction. Next step is the better business bureau. Stay away from this company.. I didn't need the service. I have no problems with bugs and I told him so but he was very persistent and told me to please try them for a year . Then he tried.d to talk me into 2 years. I refused. If they had treated me right they could have had my business forever..

We have had scorpions in our living room prior to Aptive. Since they have been coming out, I haven’t seen a bug or scorpion anywhere near my home or kids play area outside. Very professional and they communicate with you prior to each service. If you have a bug in your home in between your quarterly services, they will come out free of charge and do a spot treatment. Absolutely satisfied with this company.

The Aptive service technician was horrible today. Evidently due to not answering the doorbell on first ring (doing laundry and not hearing doorbell) he found it necessary to knock over and pull out as many potted plants and landscape lights as possible with the dragging of the hose they use. He was very rude. The technicians they have sent in the past were friendly and did a great job all while being able to avoid causing a mess and pulling up landscape lights. I would rate lower stars however my home is relatively insect free and I’m hoping the service next time will be by a different technician.

Just received a treatment at my home. We'll see how well things work. Didn't care for all the legalese I had to sign, but will be okay if I can keep the scorpions away.Follow up review: We are very happy with the results of Aptive's 3 month treatment. It's been 2 months and still working well. We had them come back for a free re service inside our house, which wasn't done before. Very friendly and accommodating. Jarrod was happy to do the job!

Horrible customer service. I set up an account, payment, and appointment over the phone. The salesperson said my condominium could be treated for ants and spiders because it was two story. On the day I was supposed to get treatment the tech called and said he was at my address but would have to check and see if he could do an application because I lived in an apartment. He never showed and no one ever called back. Go elsewhere if you don't want to sit around waiting for these people to decide whether or not to show up for an appointment.

I have used this company to keep the scorpions and other pests at bay and have been very successful. Trey was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He completed his service in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with scorpions.

Signed up for pest service in my new home in Maricopa. On the 2nd service I told the tech there are 5 large spiders in the garage to please spray in the garage as well as in the rock piles in the yard(we were in the middle of landscaping). Not more than 5 minutes later I heard his truck leave, so I checked the garage to see all the spiders and webs still in my garage and every single sticky box still old and full. I tried to cancel service with no luck unless buying out of my contract. 3 months later a different guy came to spray and same thing. I have absolutely no faith that their 5 minute sprays on my huge corner lot is nearly adequate time to be thorough. Thanks aptive for nothing and being stuck in a contract for nothing. You're the best!!!!

Your service tech Jason Alvarez arrived on my scheduled quarterly service date and rang the doorbell to introduce himself. He took a few minutes to explain what he was planning on doing and answered all my questions/concerns before proceeding. When he finished, he again knocked on the door and gave a quick/concise report on what he found before leaving. Jason was extremely professional and competent.

I love Aptive pest control! Every service pro has been friendly, informative, extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I am super impressed with this service! I haven’t seen any cockroaches or crickets this year since we have been with Aptive. I highly recommend Aptive for pest control! After we started finding scorpions in our yard and house we hired Aptive - and since then we haven’t had a single scorpion or spider in our house! Even if we find the occasional roach or bug outside, they’re always dead! Aptiv is literally the BEST pest control service I have EVER used. Since the first time approximately 5 years ago I haven’t had issues at all with scorpions, roaches etc. I do have some ants but they are a quick response to keep up on it. I would recommend Aptiv To anyone In the Az area.

Aptive technicians have done a great job every time they have come for my pest control treatment service, and the product they use seems to be quality. I have been living in a construction zone for 18 months while remodeling my house, and the technicians have always been really cool about working around my materials messes, and even have been willing to come back for additional treatments between the structured quarterly visits if I find scorpions/cockroaches after moving materials around. -- Overall, I appreciate Aptive and plan to continue using their quarterly service.

Moses the tech that came out to our house today was simply amazing! You rarely see anyone with such excellent customer service and Knowledge in what he is doing anymore. He took the time to answer all questions, was mindful of our white carpet while doing his treatment for Ants (that have somehow invaded our home). Rating is based on customer service*.... just received service today. They had personable and professional salesman and specialist. The serviceman used proper equipment (shoe covers, gloves, etc...) and for those extremely concerned with covid... he wore a mask as necessary.Contract terms were reasonable, easy to read, and done quickly (all electronically at your door). Item not listed is crickets which was the reason for the service but, they treat much more.Can update review on functionality once they come back for quarterly service.

Always prompt, call and text the day before service. I have had no issues with pests since using Aptive. Only downside is it seems I get a different tech every time. Definitely would recommend them.Techs usually take the time to ask about any issues I may have, and explain what they are going to do, as well as what they are going to use and why. Then they let me know when they are done.

I was originally extremely impressed by how fast and friendly this company was. That means nothing when they aren’t professional. They never showed up on time for services, resulting in multiple instances where they were unable and to get into my back yard. I had pests the ENTIRE time they serviced my home. They made an error and charged my card $129. It’s been 9 days and they still don’t have any updates for me despite the fact that I call almost daily. I’m not usually this type of customer, but I’ve worked in customer service most of my working life, and this is not how you treat your customers.

Literally zero stars if I could. I am beyond unsatisfied with Aptive. A manager contacted me offering to beat our current provider and lied to me about doing so. Once the first bill arrived and it was more than promised I call and they said they bill and service once a quater, so they beat my previous provider since they charged monthly. Only that wasn’t the case, my previous company also charged quarterly, but serviced every other month. So now I am paying more and receiving less. Also their customer service is terrible. They email days before a service, but not at consistent interval. Sometimes it’s a few days notice, sometimes it’s less than 24 hours. They do not call when they are on their way and do not knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. We have 3 dogs and a doggy door, which Aptive was informed of. Our previous provider would let us know when they arrived, so we could get the dogs inside and unlock the gate to the backyard. Aptive would just show up, supposedly do front and leave, only reason we knew they were there is by getting a service email. So, then I have to call them back out to do the backyard, such a inconvenience. When I signed up they also said I could pick my day and time for service and they stuck to that window, for he first service and it has been completely random since then. On top of it all, we see more bugs now than ever before! This company is terrible! I would never recommend them to anyone! I was so upset I called to terminate our contract early and pay the termination fee. I thought about blocking the charge on my card, but determined it wasn’t worth the hassle, just wanted to be done with Aptive. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Lack of follow through and customer service, very first technician left a service completed card on the door with out ever starting a service. Other technicians have been very professional and courteous. I have had to have re-service a few times. After spending literally hours to get through on their phone lines every time, I decided to use their app. Well.....I scheduled through the app with the dates and time that THEY offered, no one showed, not a call, not a cancel, nothing. Left several ignored emails to them asking for some one to reach out to me. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND SPEND YOUR $$ ESLEWHERE! My contract is nearing its end and that is the only positive thing I have to report after a year of this customer lack of service.

He made sure that the water dish that I have outside for my neighbors cats was moved so that they would not be caused harm by the spraying. Please note that this review is based on my most recent interaction with the service pro who treated my property. In the past, we have had good service, and some questionable service (we weren't sure if they treated the property at all since they were done within what seemed like seconds) but this last visit the service pro was very diligent, courteous, and appeared to take great pride in providing top notch service. I can't say for certain if the treatment really works because we have never been without pest control and have had various providers and have never been 100% pest free but unsure of how bad it might be if we didn't have it at all. The experience so far has been decent, but this last visit just made me want to ensure that I recognize Keaton for his excellent service. Not only did he treat our huge yard without shortcuts, he even took the time to set my chairs upright from the recent storm that had them strewn across the grass. Keep up the great work Keaton and Aptive for employing people like him. When I thanked him, he said my work is my pride and I really felt it was a genuine statement!

Adaptive has been spraying the outside and inside of my house for the past two years and I’ve never experienced any bug or Scorpion issues even being in a new build subdivision. They come every quarter and are reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them.

We have been using this company for the past couple years and have been extremely satisfied with the results. We came over after using another company that seemed to use chemicals that harmed our pet. After doing some research on chemicals we realize that Aptive had the right mix and we have never had an issue with our dog having a loose stool anymore after a spraying for insects. The individuals have always been professional and polite and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Phoenix area.

I have had Aptive for a few months now and they are allows so responsive to my calls and come out to spray whenever I see any bug activity. Lately I have had them come out weekly for our cockroach situation and Keaton Morell was super helpful as well as he left me with each bug traps to monitor our bug activity in specific areas of the house. I just signed up today. Shane came to my door and explained their process. I’d just canceled my service with another company I’ve been using for years who couldn’t get rid of the scorpions. I took a chance and signed up. The service tech, Jeff, came out a couple hours later and sprayed the whole outside. So far, everything has been great and the price was right too!

The service tech was not dressed how we were told they would be. They did not do a satisfactory initial treatment as it was explained. Their treatments don't work as well as any other pest control services we have had. We are finding more bugs, silverfish, spiders, scorpions, cockroaches, etc. on our property and in our house since we changed to Aptive. We really are not happy with the service.

I got tricked into a contract. I was told there was no commitment and I can decide that after the initial that was free. I signed some papers bc I was told I was just verifying my info and agreeing that I'm aware someone will be coming by. He even asked for my credit card info and I wasn't comfortable with that so he said no worries i just have to put something there and typed in something else. I was lied to and when I said I have this guy's name and number, they said I mean you can talk to him.

I’m very disappointed in this company. I was on a contract and it was fine. However I cancelled my contract and I was very specific that I did not want Aptive to come out unless I approved it. This is now the second time that they’ve come out to my house and sprayed without my approval. They call and because I’m busy and don’t return their call, they view that as being acceptable to come out, spray and charge my credit card without my approval. I text them back and told them not to come before today’s appointment and they still did. I’m extremely upset and view this as an abuse against my property and access to my bank account without any approval. The tech came out and said he was given approval by me to my wife when she questioned him. This is a blatant lie and this should be addressed. I have called to check and I have not received a call back yet.

The salesman was very polite, the first treatment was prompt and there were no problems there. We were told to contact them if at any time we saw anything after that. We did see a scorpion and black widows so we called. I called, waited on hold and then got transferred where I was again on hold for a total of 26 minutes, and finally it went to voice mail. I never got to speak with a person.My husband had the same experience when trying to call them last week and we have not heard from them. We are very disappointed. A pest control company is no good if you can't reach them. We feel money would have been better spent elsewhere.

I GIVE HIM 5 STARS, unfortunately the reason I downgraded them is because the CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did some changes and it's really bad. If you need to talk to them you have to wait on the phone between 12 minutes to 30 minutes. They don't give you a window time for the technician, so you will be waiting the whole day. I'm still waiting for somebody to call me to address these issues.

Be aware of these guys they trap you into a contract then make it really hard to cancel even when your contract is up. In the beginning they make it seem like you can cancel anytime and how easy it is but they are telling us right now we have to pay $250 and our monthly contract is up today. We we're not to happy with there services to begin with and have been waiting to cancel but since they have our bank information they just keep taking the payments no matter how many times we call to cancel. I would never recommend them to anyone.

General pest control but this particular service man was very unfriendly - it probably should be two stars- and he didn’t do anything about the mouse. So how can one rate a company that supposed to do pest service and doesn’t do a full service? Ug. I’ve had trouble with them with billing and now with service. I wish there was a company that would actually do their job and be communicative, professional & friendly. We will probably finish our contract with him and then never use them again sadly.

This is only my 3rd spray but each time they did our front and back yard with pet and child friendly spray and covered a 3ft perimeter all the way around the house. The salesperson came to my door and promised the following.• Inspection of my yard for key areas and creation of a quarterly plan• Spray the front yard.• Spray from the ground to 3’ up on the entire outside of my home• Knock off all cobwebs on the front and back door• Spray garage• Spray inside house• Spray along fence line to “keep from driving pest to your neighbors and keeping your neighbor’s pests out.”This is what happened.The tech came up to me 16 minutes after arriving and said he was done. I told him that I knew he did not spray the garage because I was in there the entire time. He came in and about 30 seconds he was done.So, I signed off assuming this was just a simple overlooking. I shouldn’t have to follow his every step to ensure the job is getting done. I went to my camera system a couple of days later and found the following.He was here for 16 minutes, 7 of those minutes was spent at his truck working on his equipment and looking at a phone.What was actually done:X Inspection of my yard for key areas and the creation of a quarterly plan. (Where is this plan? He did not spend 10 seconds with me going over any plan).√ Spray the front yard.X Spray from the ground to 3’ up on the entire outside of my home (I did not see him ever raise the wand above ground level, let alone 3’ up. In addition, he did not spray any of an entire side of my house that can only be accessed by the garage that I was in the whole time.√Knock off all cobwebs on the front and back door--Spray garage (only after I asked him to)√ Spray inside house (Probably but it was obviously quick and with ZERO inspection)X Spray along fence line to “keep from driving pest to your neighbors and keeping your neighbor’s pests out.” (Sprayed 50 – 60 % of fence line. Certainly did not do the side that can only be accessed through the garage)

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are truly terrible. They will come by your house saying you should let them do a treatment for a discounted rate. The price sounds great, so you decide to give them a chance. If you decide to use them, and you are not satisfied, when you call to cancel service, they will reveal that that first treatment they discounted for you actually cost 200+ dollars and they will now be charging you for that amount because you are canceling. They will tell you it is because on the first treatment they use special equipment. I have never in my life heard of a routine, initial pest control for a home that is currently being treated monthly, with no pest issues costing 200+ dollars. Not only that, I saw a significant increase in pest activity during the time they were treating my home. So they charged me over 5 times what I was paying for a pest treatment and there were MORE BUGS in my house, all the while dishonestly telling me their service would cost less. It isn't like a normal pest control company where you pay monthly and if you aren't happy you can switch. If you choose to have them treat your home and you aren't happy they will charge you a ridiculous amount of money.

I was locked into a service contract with this company for an entire year. I was told that they would spray quarterly. After I called to complain about their service in December, that was the ONLY time that I received proof on my door (service ticket) that this company made ANY effort to come out to my home to spray. They never contacted me to arrange a date and time that would work well for me because I have pets in my backyard. So I spent over $500 for a service that I have absolutely no idea whether or not was actually performed; they NEVER sprayed the back yard or the inside of my home- and yes, I still have small spiders in my home. Called to make sure service was cancelled and loyalty department made minimal effort and said ‘Thank you’- at least they were polite.***update****Owner contacted me, will keep this post updated*No one has reached out from number provided as of today*My guess it’s an automatic response to give the impression they care.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Very disappointed by this service. When I signed up I was told there would be 4 quarterly services and my contract would end after that. The sales person was pushy and misleading. The cost and the time frame were a complete fabrication by the sales person! What you are told and what is in the fine print of the contract are two different things. Of course, by the time you find this out it is to late and they have you locked into a contract. I was told if I had issues between services, someone would be sent out at no extra cost. LIES! They wanted to charge me extra. The we are going to add on extra services for different types of pest which were not allegedly going to cost me anything - were all added into the contract as charges. In short - If this company comes to your door and tries to sell you something - SLAM THE DOOR IN THEIR FACES!!!***EDITED TO ADD***This just keeps going and going. They called again today for my upcoming scheduled service - which they will then charge me for. I HAVE CANCELLED THIS SERVICE TWO MONTHS AGO!!! When I called the service manager told me that I wouldn't have been able to cancel two months ago, as I was still within my contract period At no point was I told that I would have to call back in once a certain date had past to make a cancellation official. It is just another strong arm tactic to tie you into an auto renewing contract and continue to bill you. I will never use this company again. From now on, my pest control will be a locally owned small business. I am disgusted by their tactics and lack of service

I am pleased to share my positive experience with Aptive Environmental. I was contacted by the Regional Rep, Nick Winemuller who was knowledgeable, spoke well and was obviously knowledgeable about his product and service and polite. I would not have purchased from this company if it was not for Nick. I was pleasantly surprised when they not only were able to save me money on my service, but they came out within 2 hours to provide my first service! The service tech was David Hilton. His service impeccable and he also was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them based on the first impressions and their outstanding service out the gate.

An Aptive sales rep. came do our door. We already had a pest control company we were using and we normally are put off by door to door sales. However, the sales rep was very friendly when my wife spoke to him. She told him she would have to talk to me about their services. So he said he would come back whenever to speak to me. He came back we spoke he explained every detail and even interacted with our kids being nosey at the door.We’ve been serviced by Aptive for a year or so. We’ve had the same 3 technicians during our services which is great in my opinion. Matt, Jacinto and Antony.After each service you get a breakdown email with a photo of the tech with their name. A list of chemicals used and any notes from the tech.Sometimes no one is home and if we catch the guys on the video doorbell to let them know they can go in the backyard they are always responsive and communicate what they’ll be doing and ask if we have any questions.If you need a re-service for whatever reason it’s free and usually within a day or so of calling. If you want them to spray indoors as well it is free.Overall, great communication, professional techs, friendly and fast. A++ from us.

$80 for less than 5 minutes of service and not even a full yard inspection is ridiculous. I spent more time getting my dogs inside and in the kennel than the rep did doing my yard or even asking for indoors(didn’t happen). Spent more time in the truck out front than doing any work.

They covered all our problems inside and outside, guaranteed; and their employees are all very pleasant to work with. I've used a few scorpion control companies in Gilbert, AZ and Aptive has had the best track record of controlling them. With other companies, it wasn't unusual to see 1-3 scorpions between services, even with a monthly spray. Aptive has kept a much better handle on keeping those critters out of my house and out of the back yard, and they only have to visit once a quarter to do it. I pay $89 every 3 months for incredible peace of mind.

Don't know how effective their pest control service is yet but the salesman was far too aggressive and I signed for a year service, something that I would not normally do. Way too pushy. Also they came late in the day and wanted to do the work right away which interrupted my dinnertime. Also the salesman asked to use the bathroom which I did not like.

Deceptive billing!!!!I started my service 30 days ago and was charged for it( come to find out it could of been free) and they come out again 30 days later to service my house again and charge me again!!!!!! After I talked with someone in billing I was told she could not do anything for me till she spoke with a area manager, like really!!!!!Here's a update they are still charging me for this service and they don't do refunds!!! This company keeps not showing up for pest issues. I have scheduled mutliple times with them. The first time they just didn't show up wasting an hour I could have been at work. The second time they just changed the arrival time without a valid provided reason. They treated my house a month ago, i have been calling them for weeks to come deal with this pest issue and they can't seem to show up within their scheduled time. BUT they have no issues messaging me a twice a day to remind me of the scheduled appointment. Save yourself a headache and go with a better company because APTIVE is a huge let down.**1 year (almost) update** The situation has gotten a little better as the customer service will *probably* pick up the phone when I call. It normally takes 2-3 appointments for them to do their service as I prefer an after 5pm appointment window (since I work and like to be there when they do it to point out problem areas). Updated review from 1 to 3 stars as their pricing as still quite good relative to other companies. Just don't expect quick, expedited, or emergency service for more major pest problems.

While the young man who came to my door seemed nice and all he wasn't wearing a mask or practicing the 6 foot rule. I left my screen door shut and locked because he was not keeping his space or wearing a mask. I became really annoyed when I had to tell him 3 times that I wasn't interested in his services since I have had and been extremely happy with the company I have been using for the past 10+ years. I was really uninterested as soon as he mentioned having to sign a 1 year contract. He tried to tell me all my neighbors were switching which I know for a fact if a lie. I don't deal with dishonest people or people who don't adhere to CDC guidelines during this pandemic.

Not happy at all with this company. They told me they would use my card the 1st time only, they lied. The first guy had my 15 yr old sign the contract. They don’t give you anything in writing. The office never answers phone. They said they spray all around house , garage and anywhere else, they lied they don’t. They schedule there own appts without confirming. They said they were coming every 3 months lies!! They come more often and bill my card $99 even if I’m not home. They are horrible not worth the hassle I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Services will not be completed, i have been home on several occasions for scheduled services that were not provided, but the technicians have lied about completing. The customer service number takes hours, days, and numerous calls to get through to a person who will schedule another failed service. The emails are NEVER answered or acknowledged, the app doesn't work. AND YOU WILL STILL HAVE THE BUGS! I'm not alone in this, read the reviews, ive even asked my fellow neighbors who use their services and its the same. Our contract is coming to an end and I have never been so happy to tell a compmany?

Not allot of work to do, just spray the outside perimeter. Which is why I was disappointed that the technician did not lock up the gate afterwards as requested. 2nd review, 10/16/2020-I don't think these reviews are red or taken seriously because the same thing happened today, the agent not only did not lock my gate up again he left the gate open. I believe in three strikes and you are out so in conclusion if this were to happen a third time I will cancel my arrangement with this company. If indeed you do read your reviews it would be nice to get a confirmation that you have read and you will make sure that my gate is securely locked when your agent finishes his job.

Great service. Professional and informative. Very easy to contact and setup a repeat treatment if needed between scheduled treatments. Haven’t had any pest problems since the first few treatments. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I always have to call to get a time frame of when someone will arrive.

I got two reminders the same day I made the appt. One just 10 minutes after making appt.The next day I got two Robo-call reminders just minutes apart. I wasn’t even in the market for a pest control service, having Dismal experiences with two previous companies. But, two of my neighbors had signed up and I was impressed by Luca’s professionalism and obvious knowledge and expertise with this product, and as they were running a special, i thought I’d give a try. True to his word, later that evening the technician arrived and the initial “cleanse” was completed in no time at all. I can’t recalls the tech’s name but he was great too and answered all my questions I would highly recommend!!

They only did my front yard and charged full price. What about the back yard? I called to cancel, the lady didn't seem to care and told me we got reminders. If that were true then we would have left the back unlocked, and IF they came why didn't we get a call saying they couldn't get to the back? I don't think it was right to charge full price for half the work. Bye!

I had so many ants inside and outside, I was always using eco / pet friendly ant spray, then wiping down / mopping to get rid of the 1000s of dead ants every month sometimes a couple of times a month, I called these guys and they help me every 3 months and spray my outside, I haven't seen ants after second spray which was only 3 weeks after 1st time. I am totally satisfied !

Nothing special. And false promises.I had a sales rep come to my door, Actually the manager of the sales reps. He sold us really well telling us all these things that they would do for us, they would spray all of the grass and all of our front yard rocks. The best possible coverage ever. Because they’re specially licensed and can actually spray the yard. How they do a really good job doing cobwebs and all this other stuff. Based off of what he was telling me and their good online reviews I signed onto a contract. This was a mistake. Because what the sales rep says they’ll do and what the pest control service actually is are two completely different things. Once I had a tech out to my house they told me Half the things this guy said they would do they don’t actually do. In fact he told me most the sales rep don’t actually know what it is that they do at the houses. Essentially letting me know that the sales reps sell a bunch of poppycock just to get people to sign on. In my experience with the company has been subpar to any other pest control company I signed on with before. They spray the perimeter the house and perimeter of the yard which I guess is there a special thing. Not that special since Any other pest control company will spot treat problems in the yard. In short all these great things this company told me they were going to be, they are not. They’re just a regular old pest control company that you signed a contract with and have to pay to get out of. Which is worse since most companies let you cancel free and clear. If you don’t know better I guess they’re OK which is probably how they have such a great online presence. But as someone who’s dealt with multiple pest control companies, this one is really nothing special except good liars.

1 appointment was okay. Everything went great. Then the next appointment they text me when they are coming stating you can call or email to reschedule. Good luck with that. Calling you are on hold for about30 min until given they option to leave a message. Then don’t get a call back. Staying on hold for 1+ hrs to speak with someone is unrealistic and doesn’t work for people you have jobs to do and can’t wait on hold for that amount of time.Email: I don’t think their email is monitored at all I have never received a response email of 15 emails sent without response. They also have an app. That would be great if that worked . All it says in finalizing contract please wait . Well it has said that since May. We are stuck with them for a little while for now. Cannot wait to be done. Also I’m not sure what product they use but it’s doesn’t seem to make a difference at all . Spiders actually seem worse along with the beetles.

Seemed to work well until the didn’t show up and invoiced me. I called them to discuss but there was no customer service. I couldn’t get any help and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes waiting. I left my phone number to be called back and no one did. I then sent a email to customer service to cancel my services from them. I did get a response back and was told they were transferring me to cancel and get my refund. I then stayed on the phone for another 30 minutes and just gave up. I will try again later. Do not use them they have no customer service only looking to take your money.

So it all began when a salesman named Morgan came knocking on the door as we had just moved into a new development and wants a bug service.Props to Morgan he sold use on a year program. Spoke all these great things the company will do cleaning spiderwebs from windows to spraying all of the perimeter of your residence. Welp 1st visit was ok as Joe spoke to me with a mask about what he would do and it would take about 20 minutes 9 minutes later he was gone. Back gate left ajar. And couldn’t find anything in backyard to show he might have done any promised work. The next visit was a gentleman who was at my residence less than 10 minutes. Well long story short don’t use this company. They will charge you for non services rendered. And when asked for a rep to contact they will fail you over and over. They are thieves.

The person that came to our door was very rude and even obnoxious. Came to our home 2 times and my wife and I both were disgusted with him. Aptive Environmental must have hired some people that shouldn't be in front of customers. They have mad a lot of people mad in our area!Update 09-24-2019. I appreciate you reaching out after 2 weeks. Your company and employee(s) where the talk of the area for a few days. Over 30 complaints on Facebook over 3 days, multiple people called the office to complain and the same gentleman was out for the next 2 days going door to door. We have a very tight knit subdivision and great neighbors. We look out for each other.

Techs are always very pleasant and so is customer service. The notifications of upcoming service are a great reminder. The only thing I would request is that the text notifications of which date the service will be on also included the time window the tech will arrive. That way I don’t need to call in and wait on hold to find out.

I really question the positive reviews I read. Their sales pitch is awesome but they have been to my house multiple times, called for re-service and they are never at my house longer than 5 minutes. Try to cancel because their product just doesn't work at my house and they have never been able to get rid of my problem. Now they want $228 to cancel otherwise I have to pay their high prices for 4 more months. I would strongly suggest somewhere else.

I was very happy with their service at my prior address. Since moving in May Aptive has kept my account active although I have made several attempts to close the account. To say I am an unhappy customer is putting it very mildly. I would not recommend signing a contract because they make it almost impossible to discontinue their services! I don't have time to wait on hold for 20 minutes so that I can then be transferred to yet another department. I would seriously caution anyone from using Aptive.

DO NOT USE Aptive. Door-to-door salesmen are dishonest and will tell you what you want to hear to get the contract. Technicians are courteous, customer service is rude, and treatment is very inadequate. Treatment is bare minimum product. Aptive technicians use 1/4 the product of the other company I was using, very disappointing. I will definitely be going back to my previous pest control service at the end of this Fraudulent contract.

But regardless, he wasn’t pushy, worked around my budget and timing for payment setup and even though the schedule originally wouldn’t work out around my budget, he didn’t push off getting the job done, or doing so in a manner in which would set me up for failure (both taking care of pest problem AND budget). Another gentleman came to complete service. He was thorough, attentive to our specific needs, and extremely kind and professional. Plus they have an easy to use app in which you can send pictures and request a FREE service in between the quarter should any pest problems occur before your next service while still coming out as scheduled. So far so good!

Ive been trying to cancel service with Aptive for the past couple of days prior to a scheduled service visit. We didn't want the service. I sent 2 emails, replied to the text not to come, cancel our service. The company reply via email and text was to call the office. Hmm, an email is not enough? Ive tried the office and had wait times of over 10 - 15 minutes each time. So I left message for a call back, no response. Im beyond frustrated. The technician shows up at our house, my husband has no clue who we use for a pest company...so the technician services our yard. You cannot contact these people or get a response. I would not recommend at all.

THEY DON'T HONOR their contract. We started our service with Aptive less than a month ago. They set rat traps in our attic and said to call if we suspected a catch. Two days ago I smelled a dead rat odor coming from the attic. I have called them 6 times. Each time I hit a dead end. I get an automated message and put on immediate hold I end up hanging up after 15 to 20 minutes.

I would not recommend Aptive services. I had committed to a year contract before realizing their service is less than advertised. We have found many scorpions IN our home following a “guaranteed” service. We called twice to have them come out to home. Both times they no called, no showed. I have called countless times since terminating my service, but am never able to speak to the “resolution team.” I’m still waiting for someone to call me back regarding the issue. I can only call the main hotline and talk to a standard representative, yielding no answers with assurance that management will call me back. DO NOT USE APTIVE! You will regret it.

They come every other month to spray for bugs. It’s a good service and I’m happy with them. The guys that come out are friendly responsive and answer questions w great tips.

Technician was scheduled to come between 1100-1330 but didn’t show until 2:15pm. No call to expect them to still be coming. A phone call or notice is all that I ask for. Technician was courteous and fast working. The customer’s time is valuable too. Just keep me posted is all that I ask.

Our house hadn't been treated professionally in years prior to our getting it. So the scorpions were pretty well established and in a short time we ( Aptive and us) got them out of the house and under control in the yard. We have a granddaughter with immunity issues so getting stung well I won't say it. Whenever we see a scorpion (except immediately following a service because it chases them out of their hiding spaces) we call and within a day or two Aptive is there. The specialist they send out treat our home and our yard like they were treating their own yard protecting their own families.

Aptive has done everything they promised to. We pay less per quarter, for better service than we did with our previous pest control.They will come out for free, in between scheduled visits with one phone call.They have taken care of everything: ants, aphids, mice, spiders and all other creepy crawlies we don't want.Tony is amazing!!

Had a blonde lady come to my door without a mask on or following any social distancing trying to sell me this service. This is not the first time someone from this company has come to try and sell me their services but this has been the worst. I immediately told her i was not interested in the company but she continued to insist when others would have respected my decision and left. She then asked if there was a homeowner present to which i said no. I explained to her that we have had many people try to sell this service to us before but we have declined every time and would continue to do so in the future. She had the audacity to tell me that what i say doesn't matter. I then tried to explain to her that nobody in the house was interested to which she asked when she could come back. At this point i shut the door because i had no intention of continuing to argue with her. Extremely unprofessional, if my family ever needs pest control we won't consider this company.

Poor service. When I signed up the salesman promised I could cancel and would be prorated of the service was poor. However, I just tried to cancel after two months and was told I still have to pay for the full year of service. Deceptive. Dishonest.Poor customer service. Called three days in a row with hold time more than 30 minutes to schedule service which did not come until eight days later.

It seems hit or miss with which technician comes to the door. (High turn around obviously) I haven't had issues with pests or service I ask to be completed, unless the technician (some not all) are left alone (they seem to skip or skimp on seevices). Some take pride in their work, some don't.

Always calls before wiry my reminders. Calls 30 min be to my house. Will do the inside when I request. Since having spruce I do not see any scorpions. They use pet friendly product too.Great company and all the service agents are awesome ?

We should have been a little more skeptical of a pest control company that has you sign a contract for there services. We had a very good pest control company already but were lured away by a lower cost, our mistake. We had more problems with pests than before Aptive so we went back to our old pest control service even though we're still under contract with Aptive. Buyer beware, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

We get quarterly service from Aptive. My service pros name was Joseph, they caught me while I was on my way out to run a quick errand but I spoke to who I assume was Joseph and told him some concerns I have. He was very nice & told me he would take care of it. We’ve always been pleased with Aptive but when I got home from running my errand, my back gate was wide open. I have a dog. Thank GOD my dog was inside because just earlier this year somehow our gate was left open by someone (not saying it was Aptive, we don’t know who it was) & our other dog got out and was hit by a car and died on the street directly in front of our house. Not pleased about that at all.

With us being in quarantine due to Covid-19, I was not happy to have a salesman knocking at my door to have me come in contact with him only so he could try and sell their services. He could’ve put me and my family at risk. Even the Census is put on hold to prevent this sort of contact. I think it was disrespectful, unsafe, and irresponsible. I think your company should respect people in the privacy of their homes during a national quarantine. Let’s hope that your salesman didn’t put anyone at risk with this careless behavior. I will never do business with your company due to you putting my family’s health and safety at risk!

Signed up in June of 2016 by a cold call rep at my front door. He pushed a one time special of $49 in lieu of the normal $215. That sounded good and I said ok. Within 5 minutes they were spraying my property, without asking permission. I called their office and asked to cancel my contract (within the first 30 minutes) and was told that since the first spray was done, I had to pay the full $215 to cancel the contract. When I asked about a normal 3 day right of refusal, the manager, Kyle, said I could cancel but I was still on the hook for the full contract amount. Pretty slick scam! We sell, you buy and we exercise our product so fast you have no chance to change your mind...just pay! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
