Gary is AMAZING! I had an issue with the initial service, huge ant pile still in tact, bugs getting into my home and not dying etc. I called back and they sent Gary out again and he made sure to walk through the house with me, show me exactly what he was doing and how he was going to ensure I was satisfied for the next 30 days. All in all, I have seen less bugs in my home, and the ant pile isn’t completely gone, but it’s 100X better than before. Lots of spiders up top, but I’m not sure they spray for that. I’m not sure I will use them again, however Gary exudes a positive energy and great customer service. He needs a raise!

Gary is AWESOME! I've been using City Wide's services for many years. Scorpions used to be a major problem here, but City Wide has helped keep them under control. While all of their technicians are great, Gary has been coming to my property for the past 1-2 years and he's by far been my favorite. This is a great company with great personnel. For years, we had a constant problem with scorpions on our church property. Since Al has been servicing the property, any scorpions we do come across, which is rare, are dead or dying. He addresses any specific need during each service time and he and the other folks I have interacted with at City Wide are thoughtful and courteous.

Angel Cooper was so understanding, she made me feel at ease, and not judged. She explained to me all of the products she used. The sweetest most knowledgeable person I've dealt with. Thank you Angel for being so great. She really cared.

Steve J was my tech and he was courteous, honest, and highly professional. I also spoke with Steve Skiba at their office regarding termite control. I found him to have the same qualities. I highly recommend giving City Wide Pest Control an opportunity. My one regret is that they do not yet offer weed service. I hope they add this.

City wide pest control is an excellent company for all your pest-control needs at a great price. Bryce is my favorite technician there but all their technicians are outstanding.

I had an emergency pest removal situation as a dead animal in my ceiling was found and the smell was awful, maggots falling from the air vent! I messaged them and they booked in the job. An hour after they were suppose to arrive they called me to say they couldn't do it. I am leading for a holiday in a few hours and have friends staying in my house. I didn't book anyone else and now it's too late! They have a $100 cancellation fee if I cancel, so why don't they give me $100 for wasting my time. The man on the phone was very rude and didn't give me any explanation for the cancellation or an offer to rebook. Very unprofessional.

Technicians can be a hit or miss sometimes (given the economy at the moment this is normal) - but I am very pleased with with technicians Angel Cooper & Billy . They have by far been the most pleasant technicians to work with. Angel Cooper is very friendly, makes sure to ask & listen to any issues I may be experiencing and thoroughly explained as she completed her walk through. Billy was phenomenal as well , he caught termite issues no other technician mentioned , thoroughly cleaned my garage that was cobweb central and made sure to leave me extra sticky traps in case I needed to change them out In-between monthly service. Both technicians went above and beyond and truly know the value of customer satisfaction!!! Overall pleased with my decision to have city wide as my service provider.

I've been using city wide since 2019. They were recommended by my parents who have been using them since 2015. All the techs have been wonderful. I have never had a bad experience until today when I called to have service and was told they won't have anyone in my area for a month so I'd have to wait until then. That in my opinion is bad customer care I understand gas prices are higher but making someone wait a month is extreme. I would've even been okay with a few weeks but a month is unacceptable. I now have to find another company who doesn't mind servicing their customers in a timely manner. Super disappointing.

Bryce showed up on time and so nice and friendly. He scoped out what needed to be done to remove these bees. David showed up to help with the huge latter. This was hard to get to but Bryce made it look easy. Thank you Bryce and David. Thank you Bill for always being great as well. Bill had been spraying my house for over 2 years. The BEST!

I am really conflicted on how to write a review for this company, they seem to be a truly Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in personality. I’ve been with this company for over two years and have had flawless service, until February 2022.

In the first 2 years of service, they had a gentleman named Kayden who came out and was truly professional, did a great job, and was always on time. My service was bimonthly (every two months) and couldn’t have been happier with the work that was completed.

However, ever since Kayden has left this company, their service has been truly substandard. The technician they sent out was not professional, continually complained about how he was treated by this company, placing me as a customer in a very awkward position. Then to make matters worse, he didn’t show up and no one called with any explanation or thought of rescheduling. I found out later that he was sick but never received a call concerning why he was not going to show up or to set a time to reschedule. I called this company’s office and we set up another schedule in two months. However, again I received no phone call the day before the service was to be rendered and nobody showed up. I called again and set up another appointment for one month as I have now not had service for for months. Again no one called or came.

I then called a lady named Angela at the company’s after hours work number to find out what was going on when nobody showed up for this next scheduled service. I think Angela must’ve had a very rough day because she treated me very disrespectfully as if I was not the one that was understanding her situation. There was no apology concerning the fact that nobody called (again) for missing this appointment.

She inferred that I was not being truthful concerning this appointment, stating that she had no record that anyone from her company was supposed to show up in June but instead blamed the company’s computer program for scheduling the next appointment in July, not in June as was told directly to me by one of her staff. Not sure how I was supposed to know that but I guess that was my fault. Even when I spent almost a half an hour on the phone back in May to set this appointment for June 23.

She stated that she was the manager and she knew nothing about this conversation and she explained it would’ve been good if I would’ve told her. First of all I had no idea that I had to talk to the manager directly when rescheduling a service call that they missed twice in a row. I guess that was another of my many mistakes.

I believe in giving this company another chance, however, due to the stellar service that was received in the first two years. I also understand that it can be very difficult when your star staff leave and the company is left trying to fill in the appointments with another qualified candidate. However, having been a good customer for over two years, it’s been very difficult to understand the type of disrespectful treatment they have shown me as a loyal customer throughout this process.

Supposedly they scheduled the next appointment in July as stated by Angela who I am assuming is the manager. Angela stated this new guy that they are sending is a quality candidate and seems to be liked by his customers for the work he does for them. I hope this is true as I would like to remain a solid customer for this company that was brilliant for the first two years but has recently hit kind of a rough patch. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happens.

On July, if this agent arrives in a timely fashion and offers the service that this company lead me to believe was as exemplary as was experienced in the first two years, I will gladly continue with their service. In the past I’ve always been very happy to recommend them, and would like to continue that endorsement for future consumers. I guess the only thing I can do is wait and see and make another updated review that I will post in July.

CW is an awesome company that does an excellent job. While we have been using them for years, their service has never changed: excellent and efficient. Our regular monthly technician Mike R. is wonderful! Always...always...always on time and ALWAYS pleasant. If we ever have a question, he is generous with his expertise and time, making sure we are well-serviced. I mean, really...what more can you ask for? I don't hesitate to recommend him or them!

We had an immediate need for our Airbnb and Paul with CW worked his schedule to get us same day service. He coordinated with our property manager to be sure our guests were taken care of and the pest issue handled. He relieved stress and handled things like a pro. Gail with their office was also great and handled the billing portion. So nice and friendly. Highly recommend them!

I have been using City Wide Pest Control for 5 years now and I love supporting a family-owned company. I am so happy with their service. Joe is amazing!! He is efficient and always goes above and beyond: laying sticky traps in the garage, checking the rat traps, helping remove spiderwebs accumulated on the patio. We had a big bug issue when we first purchased the house and now I see a lot of dead crickets and scorpions on the property so I know what they do works! We were really unhappy with our last Pest Control company and really not sure what to expect when we switched companies. We have been Citywide monthly customers for years, and the service has been outstanding. They have no problem switching our appointments when we ask for schedule changes. Their bug guy Dave always calls a few minutes ahead to alert us that he is on the way. He is fast and efficient in covering our home and backyard, but has the patience to hear our questions and give helpful answers for dealing with the critters around our desert home. Plus Dave is always friendly and courteous.

Bill has provided service at our home a few times as the Pest Control Tech. for City Wide Pest Control. Bill is an absolute professional, and provides great information as well as amazing Customer Service. We have many choices to chose from in the Pest Control field, and as long as City Wide keeps great folks like Bill on their roster, we will never look elsewhere!

I’ve used the company for years. They have sprayed other properties for termite and had returned several times which is normal on termites. New apartment complex I purchased they came out and did drill all around and cement areas and Treated correctly. I would give them a try because they’re affordable.

I used this company for 2 years and my complaints fell on deaf ears and as a result I stopped doing business with them. When I called their main office to stop services, the girl on the phone didn’t even ask me as to why. She simply closed my account with them. I originally signed up for indoor/ outdoor services and their technician would show up every month without a notice and at times we were not home. I asked for a notice and I started receiving service notices, but only 15 minutes before he was at my house. In month of March they sent me a text that my technician was going to be at my house later on that day and I texted back saying that no one was home. The technician showed up anyway and just sprayed the outside. I was give a $5 discount. Yes, only $5!!!
He was suppose to be at my house this passed Thursday and I made sure that I was home, but he never knocked on the door and only serviced the outside. I’m sure that I would get another $5 discount.
The quality of their work was very low. They didn’t clean out spider webs on the outside until you asked them. They raised their prices without notifying the customers.

I've been having City Wide Pest Control for awhile, Would highly recommend them for their services, Jim is our service guy, love him, he is so knowledgeable, able to answer any questions we have regarding issues we have at home, had a tick problem few years back no longer gone, My dogs are happy and so are we. The girls in the office are fantastic able to set up services on your time schedule, We always ask for Jim to come to our home to spray. If he sees any problems in our yard he's there to provide recommendation that we need. Call them you'll be happy you did.??

Ive used them twice this year been using Orkin for years. i have so many crikets its driving me crazy i called a week ago and they have no one for a week and a half thats 3 more days . I cant wait that long its so bad with the crikets will call tomorrow moring which is monday

Citywide Pest Control has been keeping our home pest-free for years now, in two different homes. From the folks in the office (especially Angela), to the technicians (especially Dave), I am confident I'm getting superior pest control service and spectacular customer service with Citywide.

For the past year, Dave has been our technician -- and I hope he STAYS our technician for as long as possible!

Dave visits once a month to keep our home and yard cricket/ant/pest-free. And, I call it a visit, not a service call because, with Dave, it's like having a (very skilled, helpful) friend come over for a quick chat. Now, to be clear, we've had several Citywide technicians in the past and they've all been professional. But Dave's in a league of his own.

Dave, who is always on time, ALWAYS greets me with a big smile and a cheerful hello – very early in the morning. He somehow manages to do the job efficiently and effectively, while working around my cats (and cat stuff), AND while engaging in a truly delightful morning chat. He's a real gem of a guy. And he's effective too because since he first came to address a big ant problem, we've had zero issues with pests of any sort.

And it's not just Dave who has been great with us. Everyone I've dealt with at Citywide has been a pleasure to work with.

When we moved into a new (old) home last year, we discovered a termite issue. The company that had warranted against termites during inspection reneged on the warranty, so we called up Citywide. They were out, fixing the problem in two days! A couple days later, I received an email from Angela apologizing because, due to a mix up, the workers had not treated the garage as originally proposed. She gave me two options: they would come out (next day) to treat the garage, or they would issue refund. Either way, warranty would apply to the house and garage (in which no infestation was discovered).

Now, here's the thing: There is NO way I would, or could, have known that they hadn't treated the garage, because I wasn't there during the service (and wouldn't know how to tell when I got there). The company COULD have let it slide. But - they didn't.

Citywide was HONEST. And that's the kind of company I want providing termite/pest protection to my home.

For the second time, I've found termites in my home. And, for the second time, I called City Wide. Each time I've called they've been prompt to act, evaluate and schedule treatment. They send over dependable, clean, professional staff to treat the homes and they always explain what's happening. City Wide Pest Control has been spraying my apartment community for more than five years. They have been doing a great job! Luckily, we only spray 5 units a month and the outside of the community for preventative pest control. Dave is our technician and does an amazing job! He is the only one technician that we use. I would highly recommend City Wide.

Legit best pest control service in AZ with reasonable prices. I had my front, backyard and inside of my house serviced and had no issues with pests in my house for months. I have a home that is near irrigated parks and I get immense amount of mosquitoes but they solved that issue as well.

I am a house manager for the Butlers in Pv and we use Citywide Pest. I have been with the family since 2011 and would not consider changing. Dave is our contact and he does a great job as well as he will work with my schedule if need be. He has been very responsive to any concern we have and always being very professional and prompt. There are 15 kids in our home everyday. With kids there's bugs. I had the same tech forever. When he retired from city wide we worked together to find another tech that would fit with our family. Now we have our bugman come out once a month. I would rather pay the tiny fee for preventive services. But if we ever have an issue with any pest we are able to take care of it. I have actually called the tech back as he was about to leave and said wait there's a bug he actually came back and sprayed it for me. That's great customer service. The ladies on the phone are super awesome too. They know what I want and they work around my schedule. Also, very friendly. And they exterminate in the schools, so you know they are great around kids stuff. I could go on and on with positive things to say- thanks city wide

Received a flyer in the mail for their introductory services, just in the nick of time because we've been having cricket problems. I called on Tuesday, and Evan showed up Thursday. He was AWESOME--super thorough in explaining everything to me and what he was doing. He did interior, exterior, and cobwebs. I can't believe what great pricing they offer in comparison with the competition. I also love that they do a free 30-day follow up and no contracts required. We will definitely call them again!

I have been doing business with City Wide for more than 10 years using them for my own homes, then for 68 single family residential homes which I was managing. During that time every person with whom I've worked whether they be in the office or in the field has done what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it at a price that is incredibly reasonable. In one instance their tech saved my company from, likely, losing all the appliances in a vacant rental home because he was kind enough to go the extra mile and report to his dispatcher and then to us about an individual trying to gain access to the home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so - happily.

Since City Wide has been handling the pest control for our church campus, when we find bugs, they are dead, and that includes scorpions! We used to have frequent scorpion sightings, but now we rarely see them and if we do, they are typically dead! The techs are also friendly and helpful, so overall, our experience with City Wide Pest Control has been fantastic!

While I did experience an issue with the tech being late (5min, there is a 3 HR window I already waited) he did call about 30min before the end of the window to let me know. This wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't told them when setting up the appointment that I absolutely could not do anything later. After talking with the office staff we went ahead with the service. I'm glad I did the tech was friendly and efficient. The owner called me herself and apologized for the confusion and has notated my account so this won't happen again.

Steven and his crew do an amazing job! They are very conscientious and kind and have taken care of everything from termites to scorpions to give me a sense of relief and peace of mind in my home. Before I write my experience I will say that the two techs that came out were very personable and a pleasure to talk to. My experience with this company was horrible. Had service for 3 months and still regularly saw bugs and scorpions. Had them come respray after my first month for ants, second month I wasnt able to schedule a respray but definitely needed it as I was still seeing insects and scorpions inside, third month they came and sprayed and found a huge scorpion the next night by my daughters room and another the following day. Mind you I had to pay extra every month for scorpion treatment and am still finding them. Other companies are charging less and have way better outcome of riding the scorpions. And when I called to cancel and request a refund for my last spray the manager I spoke to refused to give a refund and was quite rude on top of it. Save your money and time and go with a different company who will keep your home safe. And also for my second spray I called my payment in and when they came for the 3rd month I was told they didnt process it so I was going to be double billed that day. Just another mess up on their part

Evan did an absolutely amazing job when he came out and sprayed our home. He went above and beyond by finding a removing a wasp nest with over 100 larvae. Very professional and knowledgeable, would highly reccomend City Wide Pest Control!

Was getting decent service for a few months. Asked them to come back out for a respray due to finding a scorpion in the bedroom closet and payed extra for the scorpion spray.

The technician that was scheduled... Not very friendly and no customer service skills.

We have been using CWPC for over 3 years, today we woke up to a microwave full of ants, I vacuumed them out, then contacted CWPC, I said it was not an emergency but could use someone ASAP. About 2:45 Charlene called & said a tech was nearby. Bill arrived shortly after and sprayed & laid traps. Highly recommend them, always good service and bugs disappear; will go back monthly for awhile to keep them away. Thank you Donna, Charlene & Bill!

We found bed bugs in our house and we were freaked out! I called around to many pest control places and City Wide was the best price and had a 30 day guarantee after treatment. We have had the best experience with them, their technicians are very helpful, especially Dave French, and very friendly. I would call them again and again. (Hopefully I won't need to!)They are also very knowledgeable. I called them because a swarm of bees was in my mother-in-law's tree and they let me know that usually they swarm around the queen and would fly away in a few hours and because bees are so important to the environment they didn't want to kill them if they didn't have to. So we waited and in an hour, they flew away just like they said they would and we didn't have to harm any bees. I would recommend City Wide to everyone I know!

Our resident has a history of ant and termite problems. The ants were a big pain in the butt because they would be around the kitchen and bathrooms. Basically anywhere with water.

As a Tenant i did not order myself the services of this company, but my landlord did. A couple weeks ago, this company came over to spray for bugs, and two days later my sweet dog Dolleke was bitten by a brown recluse spider. Without blaming any one, I let my Landlord know and she said that 10-03 the technician would come again to spray. We are now 10-04, one day after everything was sprayed again and i just noticed outside the biggest German Cockroach I have ever seen in my life running so fast from me, that I could not get him. Makes me wonder if you guys are spraying with water and billing my landlord just pretending *job is done* ?

Scheduled a first appointment as a new customer for a Sat. Service technician never showed up to perform the job, nor did I receive a courtesy call to reschedule or to let me know they had to cancel. I was very disappointed I spent my whole afternoon waiting for a tech to show up and I received no communication they were not going to show up. 3 days later I receive a call to let me know they had to cancel due to the weather and would like me to reschedule. I scheduled a appointment with a new company that showed up as promised and kept me up to date Before their arrival.

had My new place sprayed inside and out as a preventative measure and got severe throat irritation coughing and heavy chest from whatever solution they sprayed. My windows were closed since it’s hot outside and air was on . After reading several articles it seems like it is advisable for a customer to leave for a few hours to not inhale the pesticide spray. The tech did not tell me anything like that and I came back in 15 min later w my pet . And when I told him that my throat was irritated and I was coughing he seemed super blasé . City wide pest control you May want to worry about the safety and well being of your customers .
I am beyond angry with this situation and hope that this never happens to anyone else . It’s past midnight and I still feel the chemicals are causing me distress . Awful experience.

Found a scorpion and called them. They sprayed and we still had scorpions all over our yard. Called them because they told me it would be warrantied and I could call if we had any issues. Then they tell me it'll be additional for the full yard spray. Would have been nice to have been told that originally as that would have made a difference in which company we choose! I explained that I wasn't told anything about it costing more for the full yard spray when I originally called in, they couldn't care less. Terrible customer service.

My clients had to get a pest inspection prior to closing their home loan. They were extremely unhappy at the service. A simple pest inspection took 2 different trips , 3 different inspection forms, and over two weeks and they still got the inspection form filled out incorrectly until we got involved. City Wide Pest Control delayed the closing of their loan.

Service had always been fantastic. Suddenly going down hill fast. Now you have a 5 hour window in which you have to wait, I have much better things to do than wait for someone when I am the customer. In the past you could get a 7:00 am appointment or 8:00 to 11:00 window. They took away their edge which gave them the business.

On short notice we needed a quick inspection and treatment. Donna was great. She worked us into their busy schedule, we are closing on Friday, wahooo.

Angel always does a great time and she is very helpful with any questions!!

City Wide took over from my previous pest company who I had been with for 15 plus years. They have been great. Highly recommend them.

Call them and they can usually get out to see your property the same week (as long as you're not calling on Thursday and want an appointment on Friday. Be realistic).

My experience was horrible when working with the office reps. They withheld information which resulted in me spending more money. I would never recommend this business to anyone. The field guys were all awesome and had excellent customer service.

They are AWFUL!! I will NEVER use them again. They didn't even take care of the problem. Came out 2x to supposedly fix ant issue - was told by the second guy he first guy did it wrong and left residual poison on the ground for my dog to get into which she could have been poisoned. Thank God she wasn't. Their answer was we need monthly service. Seriously, they didn't event take care of the problem the first and second time....why would we hire them monthly?? It hasn't even been a month since the 1st and 2nd service... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company to work with.

Was driving back to work near 19th St. and on on my way back to work near 22nd at and Durango when one of the company vehicles was riding my tail end so close that every time I made a turn he almost rear ended me. Long time DIY-er and wanted to try something new this season since its starting to heat up along with the bugs.

Checked in with City Wide and turns out I was spending tons more on Pestie or DIY products and they come and spray for you. Pretty sure I paid these other companies a 100 dollars for a can of RAID...

Website could use work but you just call in and they take care of everything.
