Kevin was the most sweetest, friendly and personable tech.He was so sweet to offer to put on shoe covers when he saw I was in my cleaning mode of mopping the floors. (In my house I don’t worry about that. It will get dirty again in an hour.) He came and walked me through the process and made it very comfortable. Thank you so much Kevin. You are pretty awesome babe!! I recommend this company just for the customer service. ???

Seth did a great job explaining our contract and telling us what he did inside and outside our home before treating. We switched to Greenway as they are reasonable. We look forward to seeing how effective the treatment is. If we have any issues, we just need to call and they'll treat.

A young man showed up to my door stating that several of my neighbors had signed up for a membership. (All untrue). He proceeded to state that the service was 50% off their usual price and proceeds to discuss the services offered. He stated that there would be a monthly fee and the contract would need to fulfill $185 to cover their costs of supplies. Once that is complete, can cancel at anytime. I figured this was a decent deal with ability to cancel. I later found out that this was NOT the case and they charge $185 cancellation fee and that the contract was for 24 months, this was all never stated. On top of that, I had some issues with mosquitoes and ants that never got resolved. One of the techs Eric Graham showed up to my house, I told him about the problem I was having with ants and mosquitoes and the only solution he did during that service was charge me $25 for a mosquito trap. My problems never got resolved and had difficulty cancelling contract and terms were not as stated. I recommend not using this company as they fraudulently sell you a contract, are poor at taking care of the pest problem. Make sure you read the contract they are selling you; they are not truthful when selling you a contract. You can get better service from other companies. I see that this has happened to multiple other customers. I will be directly be contacting these people to get their stories and I will make sure that this company stops lying when selling these contracts to customers. This is just poor business practice.

Kevin my technician was great! He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do and reviewed my contract and services with me. He also was great with our dog, who is protective not very trusting but sweet with some patience and confirmation that he was in the house by invite:) Thanks!

Company showed up at my front door stating they were offering a neighborhood discount. The gentleman stated there services coverd everything except for one type of bug. Sounded to go to be true figured I'd give them a try. They stated Green Mango didn't have the same licenses to spray and treat my house. Well he lied I've got him on camera stating that and green mango confirmed they have the same capabilities. We'll long story short the technician showed up and was only at my house for 8 minutes and stated the whole exterior of our house was treated. Well over the next couple of weeks we experienced more bugs and a lot more spider. Customer service states the tech was at my house for 25 minute NOT my camera has him at my house for 8 minutes. So now that I decided to cancel they charge my card 300 dollars for canceling. STAY AWAY THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS VERY POOR! SAVE YOU'RE MONEY! We use Green Mango they perform the service they offer and spend 30 to 45 doing it plus the they clean webs before spraying. I will write a review once a week and will contact BBB for failure to provide service that I paid for and didn't receive. 55 dollars for 8 minutes is a scam my cameras don't lie!

I have been battling ants in my yard for 6 months if not longer. Every time this company comes out to treat the ant hills the ant hills multiply. They treated in Aug 2022, I called a couple weeks later to advise that I still am battling ants. Their response was as usual…Give it a couple weeks as it takes that long for chemical to work.On 10/24/22 I counted & took pictures of 29 active ant hills plus a new one at the end of our driveway. On 10/24/22 I called & spoke to Supervisor Sammie to cancel my contract as I felt they were Not living up to their end of the contract. She said it would cost Me $200 to cancel because they gave me a $200 discount on the first treatment! She further asked if I would allow her to send someone out the next day (10/25) to try to make it right. Today is now 10/31, no one has come to my house, or called & I’ve been home every day! I think they’re just hoping I’d just go away! And for this kind of treatment, This company is charging me $40/month and for What? And they want to charge me $200 to break my contract, for doing Nothing?I was treating my own yard prior to this company & was by far doing a better job. My little dog, myself & my daughter have All received several ant bites & I am getting tired of this.

We had the house treated for scorpions. They just happened to knock on the door, like they knew we were looking to have the house treated for scorpions, and was able to do it the same day. Mikelle was the technician and she was the sweetest person. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, she explained everything she was doing. I would recommend this company

This was my first time using Greenway Pest. Seth explained all of the services and sprayed the inside and outside and removed the spider webs. He was very nice and respectful and explained that the spray was safe for my cats and dogs. He also treated the block walls around the property. Great service!

Can't say enough great things about the company. If you see a bug they will come out and spray. Routine maintenance helps keep the bugs away.

Seth was the technician that helped us out and provided great and efficient service! He was able to answer our questions regarding the process and products and assuring us the products are pet safe, and was great around our two dogs as well! Technician's service was great! He came in and made it clear what he planned to do. Interior and exterior of home was sprayed. Few bugs have shown up as explained but it's good to know that the service is at work.

Greenway rep stopped by and explained his business. Also noted some issues and took care of on the spot. Signed up for their service and made an appointment. The service tech phoned and arrived early and did a very thorough spraying job and also placed bug traps in several places around the garage. She was very professional and personable. Do not use! Horrible services, I have more bugs then I ever have and they charge $250 to cancel my contact. So $500 for two services and I have more bugs than when they started.When I called and got someone to come out under warranty they wouldn't spray the exterior again 30 days after the last service because it was too soon and was told they would not spray again until October (my regular schedule). It makes no sense that they have a warranty but refuse to re treat the property.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I forgot to make one payment and instead of giving us proper notice, sent our information to a collection company. They said if we paid our balance, they would let the collection company know. Well it’s been almost two months and we have gotten an incidental charge from the company, and we are still getting letters from the collection company saying we now owe 3x the original amount even though our account is closed and we have no balance. Beware this company will try to take all your money! When you call for help their staff have no idea what’s going on and are unable to do anything without the direct help of higher ups. Sketchy company and waste of time.

Greenway Pest staff were professional and courteous but were not able to rid my home of the occasional occurrence of flies and mosquitos as they stated they could. So for more than triple the cost of my previous exterminators it was not worth it. What was disappointing is that when I called to cancel, due to them not able to do as they bragged they could, they charged me for one more month and a cancelation charge of $206. Pretty expensive lesson for me.

This is a predatory company, don't use them. They had several months to get rid of the bugs that started after their first treatment and they couldn't and now want me to pay 250 to cancel.If you want a company that stands behind their work and warranty use green MANGO

So far so good! Seth was my technician and he was great. Brigham, the initial sales rep was helpful in finding the right service for me. Customer service was quick and responsive to my questions leading up to the visit. I am very glad they use pesticides that are organic and pet safe, as that is a big concern for me with my kitty. My roommate also has some allergy concerns about pesticides, and Seth was very helpful with all of these issues. We decided to only spray outside and a few key spots inside. I am very hopeful that this will work!

Lamar was a great tech! He was prompt and even a little early which was so great. He explained everything with professionalism and asked about my key concerns. I can’t wait for them to come back in 3 months to keep my house in tip-top bug free shape!

DJ was super friendly and professional. Asked about any/all problems I may have been experiencing and explained in layman's terms the basics of the services he would be providing both in and outside my home. Acknowledged the monsoon beetles and how those have been an issue for everyone valley-wide this monsoon season and installed a few sticky traps to help limit their ability to move within the house in the event they happen to find a way in. Knowledgeable of all products utilized and made me aware of the chemicals inside the house being safe for pets, but since the outside ones are a bit more aggressive, gave me a length of time to wait before I let them out. Overall, very efficient and helpful. I appreciate the pride and care Greenway takes in ensuring its staff takes care of its customers.

We are very impressed with Greenway Pest Solutions. Tegan was great at introducing Greenway to us and later on getting me in touch with Caleb who helped me decide what services we would benefit from. He made the process extremely easy and took the time to answer ALL my questions. We have pets so it was very important to me that they would be safe during treatment. Caleb went into detail as to why Greenway is safe for our pets and made sure I understood the products that are used and why they are safe. Our tech was Cole and he was amazing! He was on time took time to answer my questions, explained everything that he was doing, and made sure we felt his services were what we needed before he left. He was not just the tech who came out to do his job as quickly as possible so he could leave. Cole was very friendly and knowledgeable, he even took time to give our very vocal pooch some attention & wasn't annoyed when my husband chatted his ear off while he was working! ?‍♀️ =) We love Greenway Pest Solutions! I would recommend Greenway to anyone needing pest control.

Just signed up with Greenway and had our first service! Seth came by for the initial service and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices were good and service was great. We had 6 scorpions that I caught last night and 2 that I couldn't get to so I'm looking forward to seeing how well their treatment does!

Was scheduled for my first service the very same day that I agreed to use their services, which was great. They were very thorough and feel like the level of service is an upgrade from the company I was using for pest control services previously. I recently signed up for routine pest maintenance. A few days I ago I received my first service. Kevin did a great job. Very professional! When he arrived he asked if there was anything special that he needed to know and then explained what he was going to do. Afterwards he explained what he actually did what he found. Definitely glad I signed up with them.

The team at Greenway was very knowledgeable and addressed every concern we had from ensuring that their products were safe for our pets but also to the hummingbirds that we enjoy watching from our back porch. Our technician today, Savannah, was very professional, explaining every action she took and even followed her visit up with a detailed text to reiterate what she did and to contact her with any questions or concerns. I am not sure if she is to be our permanent technician but I can guarantee that i will be making that request be known with the main office as soon as possible.

Mikelle came by today right on schedule and was extremely friendly and professional! She explained everything she was here to do and was respectful of our home (and our talkative but sweet pups). She let us know when she was done and even followed up with a message going over the service she had just completed and what to look for over the next few weeks! Really happy that we signed up and locked in for this great service for the next couple of years.

Kevin is not only a good technician but a delightful young man. He discussed what he would be doing prior to proceeding with the service and at the end of service he went over all the details of the service he performed. He answered any questions I had without hesitation and went over and above in his service. He is a definite asset to Greenway.

Seth and his associate were very friendly and knowledgeable. They included services I didn’t even know were an option. They do require a contract which was explained to me very thoroughly and overall I still feel confident it is a better one than others I have been in the past.

Seth went out of his way to come spray our house with the fastest response time ever. He was very nice and understanding of our needs. He explained what and where he would spraying and some places we can improve to better our situation. We had a very funny conversation about how apples should be refrigerated and not stored on the counter. Seth and the service he provided was very important to us. Choose Seth!

nicole was super friendly when i called to see when the tech was coming and she is always so helpful. dj my tech he was also friendly and very knowledgeble he went over and beyond to treat every possible area for my ant issue.this company is great and will be recommending them to everyone.

Jackson knocked on my door and explained his services thoroughly and clearly. It came at the perfect time as we have had a series of problems specifically with ants and roaches. He also explained that his product is safe on plants as this was important to me due to our backyard garden. Seth came later in the day to do the actual spray. He also provided a recap of what Jackson had previously explained. I was quite impressed with both Jackson and Seth as they both were extremely professional and patient. They took the time to listen and explained what to expect after the spray. I felt that they answered all my questions before I even asked them. Thank you so much for your work.

I signed up with a door to door sales person named Christian. He sold us on a service we did not receive and out right lied to us about everything!1. He told us he was the owner and if we were ever unhappy with the service we can cancel any time and the 24 month cancel charge would be waived.2. He told us that we would get better service for less cost than our current provider. Our old provider was every other month at $70 per service. What we ended up being charged for $62 per month but service was only every 3 months that is $186 per service which is more than double what we were paying.3. The only reason we went with Greenway was for the fly product he said was special to Greenway. Our 2nd service didn't even come with that because it was not in stock and no attempt to contact us when it came back in stock was made so we didn't get the service we were paying for.4. I spoke to Tyler, the manager, told him the whole situation and he could not make it right. I was offered $93 per service which is still way more than I was paying before for the same service. And then I found out when I cancelled I had to pay a cancel fee that Christian said would be waived and Tyler said that is not possible.In total I have paid Greenway $572 for 2 services to my home and 1 of them was not even the service I was promised. I asked for the cancellation fee to be waived and I would just eat the other outrageous costs for 2 mediocre services and was denied. Our community has a whole thread of unhappy customers that are reporting Greenway to BBB and the AZ AG.

I am a first time customer. I'm hoping to have better success than I did with my last company. Kevin came out to spray my home and was courteous and professional. He addressed my concerns, and took extra care where I was having issues. He was even careful not to awaken sleeping children! Kevin is A+ in my book!

This company does a very good job. Balee was my first interaction with the company and he was very knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. Seth came out for the service and did a really good job. He was professional, clean, and very knowledgeable of the service. So far so good! Keep it up!

I think as most people, someone knocking on my door to sell their services gets told no quickly.... HOWEVER, Christian came to my door and I am super happy I took the 3 minutes to chat with him. I told him I was still seeing scorpions, spiders, crickets, and other small bugs. He made the whole process super easy to switch from my original pest company (I wont say their name) to Greenway Pest. From the first time Christian's team came out, we have not seen ANY scorpions, spiders, etc. Highly recommend talking with Christian!

DJ came by and serviced my property. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. DJ answered all my questions and asked if there was anything I was concerned about. I told him one concern I had and he helped me on the spot. I could not ask for more!

Greenway Pest Solutions is great! They offer the same service I was getting with my previous pest control company plus some great extras for the same price. An offer I can't refuse. The tech was courteous and very thorough and I'm looking forward to great future service as well. Be aware that there is a contract involved, which some companies do not have, but with service on this level I don't plan to go anywhere!

Was somewhat skeptical when Andrew knocked on my door to advertise their services, but was quickly put at ease by his professionalism and knowledge regarding pest control. He thoroughly explained their process and the contract fees involved. Compared to other big companies, their pricing was much better and I love using small businesses whenever I can. The initial appt was scheduled for the following day and the technician, Seth, was prompt and called ahead as I had requested. He was thorough in treating both the inside and outside of our home. He again explained everything and encouraged us to call if we had any subsequent issues prior to the next appt. I’m so glad we went with Greenway Pest Control, so far it’s been a great experience!!

I had my initial service today. My tech, DJ, was on time and provided excellent service. He was friendly and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing. Very happy with our decision to go with Greenway.

Very friendly crew. Seth treated the foundation and walls, eves, baseboards, doors and windows and put dust on the plumbing where he said things usually try to gain access, and was happy to check a couple areas with me that I knew to be a problem and make sure they were covered. I've had tons of spiders since moving in, since the house was vacant for so long, and he did a good job spotting where they were laying eggs. Cameron also worked with me on pricing and services they would cover me for.

DJ really took the time to check before he started to make sure there were any problem areas to focus on, suggested extra protection around problem spots that I mentioned with sticky traps and additional spray coverage free of charge and even offered to bring my pile of heavy Amazon packages inside from the front porch for me! Very pleased with Greenway and will continue to recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for being awesome, DJ!

Just had my first treatment today. Kevin was our technician. He was prompt, took the time to explain the services he would be doing today. He then took the time to show me the work after he was done to see if it was done to my satisfaction. Very professional. Glad I made the switch to Greenway.

I had a young gentleman name Seth come over and spray inside and out.
He was very thorough and was even conscious enough to know I has multiple pets and informed me of how long I would have to wait before letting them out. Great job and very nice guy

This company is a bunch of liars. They hired a out of state sales person that came to our door that promised us bunch of services we later find out they will not provide. I talk to the manager Kyle who told me their nothing he can do as that person no longer works for them. He refused to waive the cancellation charge or provide the owners information. Stay away from this company. They or they could pull the bait and switch on you as well.

Jacob the rep stopped at our house this morning, very professional and friendly, explained the services thoroughly. We signed up and had someone at our house the same day to perform the service. Mikelle was great, didn’t mind my dogs barking and was super sweet to them. She treated inside and outside and was done in a timely manner. Overall excellent service!

This business is a SCAM... If I could've read these 1star ratings ahead of time I could've saved myself from making a huge mistake... They used da same tactics 2rob me of my money dat they used on others n even charged me 2cancel service wit em.. I called em 2refuse their substandard service n still got charged 4it bcuz they didn't cancel their tech from coming out 2my property like I had requested...i didn't even receive da treatment but still payed 4it... I was lied 2n am paying da price 4believing their false claims n signing a contract under false pretenses... They told me I was signing 2allow dem 2start my service when in actuality I was signing a 2yr contract dat wud cost me a $250 early termination fee (ETF) which u only hav 3days 2cancel then when they come out 2do ur service they hav u sign a document dat waives ur right 2cancel but they lie n tell u it only signifies da service was performed... Full of lies n treachery I'd stay as far away from dis company as possible n did I mention how their product doesn't even work... All they will suggest 2resolve any issues is 2come out n spary more product dat don't even work?P. S. If I cud giv em 0 stars or negative 1 i wud cuz they suck horribly which is why they force u 2giv em ur payment info upfront so they can strong-arm rob u l8r when u try n cancel. ????

Our technician, Lamar, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process easy. He was conscientious of our dog. He set mosquito traps and sprayed the outside of our house removing some webs he found. Greenway’s price was very competitive, they have superior products and service and their sales rep, Dakota, was great.

Lamar was exactly on time, well prepared, friendly, knew his field when asked dumb customer questions, detailed about where I did and did not need/want him in my home, and a patient and kind conversationalist with a home owner who has a habit of not shutting up. Excellent service.

We had Orkin to start and my boyfriend switched to greenway pest solutions when a door to door guy came around. I am so unhappy with their services and even more unhappy that I am locked into a contract for two years. (a contract we didn't know about) If you WANT bugs in/around your home hire these guys. I hadnt seen a bug or been bit by a mosquito in years while having orkin.. Now the bugs are everywhere. I had them come to spray for ants, a week later ants still there, so i called to have them come again, they came again.. the ants.. they're still there. When I called to express my frustrations the girl didn't even care about my concerns she said okay we can come again, ants typically dont die right away so youre telling me I need to have this company come out 3x for the ants to finally die?... If I wanted to get rid of the bugs myself I would have just left Orkin a long time ago. But I pay to have these services done and they aren't done well..

Both the sales rep and the technician were terrific. It only took a few minutes to get set up with a plan and the technician was able to do the initial treatment the same day. They explained how everything was safe for my cat. They even cleaned up all of the old spider webs around my house. I can’t say enough good things about Greenway.

My technician DJ was very personable and did a great job! BONUS… My dog is not a fan of guys wearing hats. So when he had finished and came to the door to close me out. He had taken his hat off to accommodate my dog. I was very impressed by that. Definitely a dog friendly person. I highly recommend this company!

the sales tech used scare tactics and over sold the service. when the tech came out for the first service that when we realized the we were not getting what the salesman said we were going to be getting. we asked for the manager to contact us so we could talk to him about this she said she would have him call. never did. we call and he never returned our calls. finally got ahold of him and he said no one tried to contact him.we got tired of the service and canceled...we had to pay 250.00 to cancel for only having 2 basic services done and 35$ in monthly payments...never again will I use them.

I was using another company until Jacob Medsker stopped by my house and told me about Greenway. He was clear and concise about all the details of why I was getting the service I needed. Kevin came same day and helped with all of our home pest needs! He made sure to not miss any areas I wanted done, even when it came down to removing a black widow egg from under a sink! Just made the switch to Greenway and our experience with them thus far has been great! DJ came out to treat our property today and he was friendly, thorough, and efficient. As business owners ourselves, we love working with other businesses who do quality work with exceptional customer service, and Greenway seems to do just that.

Today was our first time using their service, but so far I am impressed! It started yesterday with Gabriel coming to our door asking if we'd like to try their service. He did a great job explaining how they differ from other services, and took the time to find out what kind of pests we need help with.Today DJ came out to service our property, and he spent a whole hour spreading the inside and outside of our home. In addition to the spray, he set glue traps, treated our plumbing with powder, and outside applied a fly spray and set a mosquito trap. He was very thorough, friendly, and took time to answer my questions.I'm hoping this is the last pest control company we have to try! From the thorough job they did today, I'm pretty sure it will be!

We have had periodic perimeter treatments for scorpions and crickets done by another local company for the past few years. We started having issues with unprofessional/creepy techs and broken promises on our contract, so we started shopping around for a new company. Enter Greenway.First, I want to say that I shared my experience with the other company to point out that we were willing to put up with a lot of cringe for a long time in order to continue what we thought was pretty good service. We just had our first treatment with Greenway and they BLEW the competition out of the water. I'm pretty peeved we stuck with good enough service for as long as we did. The pricing is great and the tech DJ was so polite, professional, and thorough. He even found evidence of water damage on our baseboards while treating the inside and took a second to make sure we didn't have an active leak--well beyond his job description! He explained the treatment process thoroughly, and even took extra time to treat around a damaged section in our fence that he (correctly) assumed was probably harboring some unwanted critters. We are thrilled with our decision to switch to Greenway, and that is mostly thanks to our experience with DJ!

I had to reschedule after my poor tech showed up and he was super understanding and helpful! Super awesome that our tech, Kevin, spoke spanish too cause my mom speaks very little english and it made it so much easier for her ? he helped us get a great quote and rescheduled us for next week! I met Jacob who was so personable! Bless him in 100+ degree temps! I didn't have bug issues, mostly mosquitos on outside patio, but he explained the value of preventative measures. I appreciated him sharing especially when other neighbors have had a different experience with insects, scorpions and other bugs.I also appreciated Travis' (the service provider's) punctuality and honesty. He was very understanding and listened to my previous experience/inexperience with issues and answered my questions well.

I had technician DJ come out today todo my first treatment since the initial treatment. I hope I get him every time he took 5 min to ask what I had been seeing so to make sure we are targeting them. Gave a sticky trap for each bathroom and couple in the garage. Friendly, knowledgeable, I am a happy customer.

Beware of this company. They hire out of state workers who come to your home and promise services that the company does not offer. When you talk to the manager Kyle he does not care and still charges you a cancellation. I will be call the BBB

I wish you could give —5 stars for these guys because of their sales tactics. Moved into a new build and tech comes saying they’re doing all my neighbors and offering an 80% off one day special…I kindly decline. Salesman goes on with pushy scare tactics. I’m a patient person but I was ready to slam the door in his face.You’ll see most of the negative reviews are about their salesmen and company response is that they don’t condone this however, it’s impossible for that many salespeople from the same office use braise tactics without being trained to do so.

AJ was great. He explained exactly what service he was going to perform, asked about areas of concern, and performed his service to fit our needs. He was very professional, friendly, and best of all kind.

Seth was amazing to work with. He was very nice and respectful. We have some dogs and he did a great job to make sure we had proper accommodations while he was working. Great experience overall!

Kelyn was my first contact with Greenway Pest solutions as a promoter for the business. He was friendly, professional and and helped me set up what services were best for my household. Kevin was my pest control management tech. He was on time, friendly, professional and did a thorough job. He was also great with my pets. I hope to have him as a tech again next time.

We used this service because a super friendly associate came to our door asking if we had any pest issues. As it just so happens we were noticing a wasp nest that very day. The associate gave our house an inspection and offered us half off for the service. Another very polite associate came the next day and sprayed. Both employees were very polite and helpful. They even threw in a free fly treatment :)

I had my first service today and that's the only reason why I gave 4 stars. Once I see how well the pest control is, I will update my review. The young man that came to treat my home was very informative, professional and polite. I had a great first impression of this company.

DJ and the rest of the crew are solid. They come multiple times if needed, and are very professional and efficient. I rock with the service, I'll continue to use them moving forward.I have issues with scorpions, crickets, and spiders. And they do A1 service.
