Great service, and prompt as can be! We needed our roof replaced after a few storms and overall just needed to be updated. A girl came out after hours to discuss the options. We even walked the neighborhood to compare how the shingles would look. The contract was short and simple and they really took care of everything with the insurance. The insurance initially only approved the front of the house but they worked out a deal to get it fully replaced. Once the check was issued they came by and followed up. I'm happy with the process and customer service I received.

Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Reyes roofing what an excellent experience we just had with a roof installation they just completed for us… A little over 90 SQ’s of roof to lay up and they installed it to perfection in 3 days… Even in this intense summer heat… the attention to detail is so nice to see the mortar balls turned out great and all the penetrations were done with care… Reyes team is excellent from top to bottom 5 stars all the way around. Steve was fantastic to work with. Very responsive from the beginning and made it easy to understand what needed to happen. The first job was going to need a more significant proposal and he was very flexible in this process. Luis did the work and was extremely helpful, taking pictures to show me each step of the process.

The proposal was extremely reasonable for the work that needed to be done on my roof.

My tiles were very difficult to find and Steve was able to locate them, and send Luis back to put tiles back on that exactly matched the rest of the roof. They went above and beyond for a smaller job, showing the value they place in their customers.
