Used bi-monthly service for over a year and ended up with a beetle infestation despite regular treatments. The company says they are not responsible because that insect is not covered under the service agreement. Unfortunately, three weeks before the outbreak I pointed out the insect in a glue trap (during their regular visit) and their tech was not able to identify it and did not advise me on how to treat or what to do for prevention.

Once I noticed the problem wasn't isolated to a few bugs I called the company again. On the follow-up visit to identify the issue another tech also misdiagnosed the pest and said the company would need an additional $150 in order to treat the problem, which he thought were German roaches. I then told them that I would be discontinuing my service.

I spent the next three days treating the issue myself and left a two-star review. After the review was posted - the company called me and then wanted to help treat the problem (which was already now at least 95% rectified). They came out for another inspection and two days later for a spray - promising a special powder, which subsequently was not used.

They then asked me to remove the review. I explained to them that due to the time, effort and additional cost on my end (including 3 days where I had to take off work) I would modify the review but not remove it. Not recommended.

Bug Science is high quality and professionally run company but they make you feel like family. Spence was obviously good at his job but his concern for my home and my dogs was exceptional and made it feel so personal. The cost was very reasonable. They were able to schedule in a very timely fashion. The office staff was so responsive and the techs were fantastic. What more could I ask for!

I highly recommend Bug Science! We had excellent service from the first call I made to the actual inspection and service! Adam and his team are so professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate the up front, honest, and reasonable pricing and the attention to detail! Adam really took his time inspecting and answered all our questions! I seriously don't know if you will find a business that is so knowledgeable and passionate about all versions of pests. It might sound weird when I say passionate, but I mean it - they are so invested in learning all of the newest trends and patterns in pest treatment that they are able to treat my home and inform me of all of the latest tech and techniques that they are using. It's actually really cool.

Adam, the gentleman that treats our home, is incredible! He is super reassuring, extremely professional, and above all informative. It's rare that you get someone coming to your home to do ANYTHING that is so personable! His knowledge of and dedication to his craft left my (very squeamish) wife feeling safer in our home than before he was there.

And I suppose I couldn't leave a review without mentioning the effectiveness. They claim that their product lasts 45-60 days, and that is exactly true. We get bi-monthly treatments, and have only seen a couple bugs total - even in the heat of roach season! They're great. Hire them.

We someone got invested with German roaches and had Bug Science come out to inspect what kind of roaches they were and how to get rid of them. It took a month but every week it got better and better and noticed instant results every treatment. They were so nice and the products were great w pets and toddlers. I can't say enough good things about our experience. I'm a cheap mom and prices were what I first considered but I'll be a repeat customer based off of our experience.

We are so thankful for Adam and the other amazing bug guys at AZ Bugscience! We had found a few ticks and Adam got right to it and we continued with general inspection ever since and we never have issues which is a lifesaver during scorpion season! We haven’t found a live scorpion in our house since he started treating our house! He also is extremely dog friendly, our rescue dog who is afraid of a most people, LOVES him. He always took the time to explain things and had great customer service. His guys that works for him are always kind and proficient as well! Highly recommend.

Moved into a newly built house a few months ago and was sure I would find plenty of bugs and critters with the freshly dug up ground and landscaping completed. Bug Science came out and did an initial inspection and treatment. They come perform regular treatments every other month and so far the only bugs we have found were DEAD and OUTSIDE the house!!! This is the best place to find them because it means the work Bug Science does is helping squash the bug problem before they even have a chance to get into the house. Thanks Bug Science!

Fantastic Pest Control Service! Adam shows up on time, is professional, knowledgeable, and best of all - he kills my bugs! The stuff they use is safe for my kids and pets which is a huge concern for us. They also took care of termites we found on our rental house. Everyone of us in the valley should get annual termite inspections, although treatment (if you don't have issues) is only about once a decade (I believe). Adam came out and was amazingly thorough in inspecting the house. In addition, he was really helpful in information and tips as we went through. That was NOT expected but a nice bonus. I recommend Adam and his team for any of your pesky critter moments! They are terrific, professional, thorough and helpful!

I thought I heard movement in my attic so I researched pest control companies and decided on Bug Science Pest Control, Adam Schepp. Boy, was I glad I did! Adam came out the same day and did an inspection of the attic, the entire house and roof. To my delight, he didn’t find any signs of any Rodents or droppings. Yay! There were a few small areas outside the house that could have become a future problem, but no longer. Adam sealed them up and now I’m worry free! Adam took the time to do through inspect inside and out. He is a professional providing excellent work, friendly customer service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his company!

These folks are actual Bug SCIENTISTS!
Everyone we've dealt with at Bug Science(from the office to the owner) are INCREDIBLY knowledgable, intelligent, passionate, and personable! The service is modern and streamlined with an easy to use online customer portal system. (It even has historic data and photos of services preformed on our home from a year before we even bought it!!!).
I spent a few years working in pest control and actually planned on spraying my own house. After talking with the Adam and learning more about the Bug Science system and service, it was a no brainer to step aside and let a real PRO take care of it. I hate Crickets!!! I know I am not the only one. I called up asking to get a quote on Pest Control and Adam was very knowledgeable on what I should do in order to get rid of one of my biggest pet peeves. The chemicals that they use are safe for pets and children, which is so important for me and my household. While he was here he also found termites!!! I didn't even know I had termites. He is very observant to say the least. He explained to me everything that they do and why, in order to rid your home of these wood eating pests. I would recommend Bug Science to anyone that is wanting a knowledgeable company to do the work.

Wow this bug man got rid of everything. Seriously, I had cockroaches, I live on a lake and they would come in at night and run around my kitchen counter. After on visit we had trapped everywhere and now no more are coming in, and haven't come back.
