Made an appointment for bedbug treatment August 26th @ 9am with Dylan. 9am came and went, no call no show.Got in touch with Dylan he apologized and got his weekend person to come by later in the day to do the treatment and gave us a discount wich is why I'm giving 2 1/2 stars.The reason for this is they were supposed to do a follow up September 3rd at 9am...once again no call no show. When got in touch with Dylan he told me he was going to look into what happened. Haven't heard from him since. Guess he's so busy that he can't keep track of schedules. ....10/24/22 UPDATE...Ajaml reached out to me apologized for Dylans poor service, returned half my money wich is fair since Dylan only did half a job. Found that the only piece of furniture that we took with us to our new house had some bugs that didn't die from the first spray that the horrible pest control company (mentioned below) did and we ended up needing our new house sprayed. It was feeling like a never ending nightmare. Called Dylan and he was there the next day to spray. Always on time and always so willing to sit and talk me through everything. It has now been 3 months and there is not a bug in sight. I now use White Horse for my regular pest control needs every other month. Dylan even does a courtesy inspection just to make sure there is no signs of bed bug activity in our house. He is very thouough and takes his time spraying to make sure the treatment is effective. I am a customer for life!

My husband found a mouse in our bathroom yesterday and I called up them, They assured me someone would be out the same day within a few hours. As promised Dylan shows up and takes care of the mouse issue. Luckily it was an isolated issue but they checked our water closet and sealed holes that had been left after our pipes had been installed after our water heater replacement. He also sealed holes behind our toilets and under our sinks to ensure no rodents invite themselves to our home. In addition to that traps were placed in the water closet as well. He was a pleasure to talk to as he is very knowledgeable and funny. My husband and I thank you again.
