Phoenix Pest & Termite Control

I've been using them for a few years now because of the price, but good lord - getting service is SUCH an ordeal. I have them scheduled for monthly recurring service - same day and time every month. Yet every month, nobody shows. Every month I call them and they say nobody was available. They tell me they tried to contact me, and I never have any missed calls. Next appointment is always 2-3 weeks out when I have RECURRING APPOINTMENTS ALREADY SET!!! The techs are great, the folks answering the phone are friendly, but man - it is to the point where I fully expect to get stood up and jerked around on getting someone to come out. Absolutely ridiculous process.

We have been using this company for a total of 9 years. We have always had the same technician (John - He is absolutely AMAZING!!) I only get sprayed once a year (maybe twice) a year. Last year they tried to make me pay a restart fee of $85.00 and I complained stating that was crazy so they kept it at $50.00. I called today for a spray and again with the restart fee of $85.00 + $5.00 gas charge. I told her again I wasn't going to pay it. I pay $50.00 and that is it. She then wen into how they had to raise their prices this year......Yeah because you want everyone to pay these outlandish prices when they don't sign up for monthly services!!!! I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!!

I used to use this place every year I will never use them again and not suggest them for anyone.
They don't come when their time frame is scheduled, when you call and complain or say you'll cancel they do not care.
This has happened to me the last three times years ago it was an okay company now it's marginal at best.
Do it yourself or hire someone else you will be much happier.

I scheduled an appointment for service for Wed 7-9am. When the time window passed, I contacted the company and was told the appointment was never pushed through and added to a route of a Technician and it would need to be rescheduled. I rescheduled to today at 8am - 10am window. but soon after making the appt, I received a call to say, that slot was not available after all, but I could have the 11am - 1:00pm slot. So I took it.

Today, I called 1/2 through waiting just to ensure the technician would arrive and I was told they needed to reschedule the appointment once again. That the technician was running late and would be unable to keep the appt. I'm extremely frustrated at the lack of care for the service I requested. They offered me $25 discount but it's not about the money. I took time off of work to be here two different days, and they did not arrive. I realize losing one customer is not a big deal to them but I will be taking my service elsewhere.

Phoenix Pest & Termite Control has been great to me in the past. I just called today because the last time (2 weeks ago) that they sprayed my property the treatment didnt do anything to solve my cricket issue.
FYI, I always get service done on Saturday because my wife is going thru cancer treatment and she cant take care of the exterminador so I prefer weekend services. To my surprise when I called I was told that respira have to be done during the week because is free... free??? Wait a minute, I paid for a service that didnt work so why should I be incomodated and force to take a vacation date from work to get the service that I paid for done right. Not only that but the person who answered the phone didnt even care to ask her supervisor for an exception even went I told her that I rather do it on the weekend because of my wife cancer situation. Im very disappointed so I guess that it is time to find another company who can be a little flexible based on the customer circuntances.

i had Terminix for 20 years and when we moved into our new house, the previous owner had this company for termite control. THAT service was good so two months ago, i dropped Terminix for outside pest control in favor of these guys, all to save $100/year. they came for their first treatment on may 24, as i had ant problems. they sprayed in the dirt areas, not on the patio and a week later, the ants were back in full force. i called to send the guy out again.they said there would be a service/travel fee..to correct something they never got right.i have cancelled them and now back to terminix.

Have been using the company for around 5 yrs.
Had some little issues every now and again but the most recent was the worst.
Under contract Had a tech come out to re check for termites. Gave us a talk about how long he's been doing these things but did nothing to solve the problem stating he'd be back first thing the following week ( told us not to make an appointment that he'd take care of it) he never showed up. Didn't call. Nothing. Called to complain and got the run around that it should have been scheduled and just no help.
Then talked to a manager who said she had to run the situation by higher ups and would call back within an hour...... hours passed finally got a call only to be told that'd nothing was figured out and they'd call back in an hour. Well....... we still haven’t recieved a call back. It's been days......

The technician that came to my house was respectful. However the entire organization seems to be unprofessional. They missed my appointment without calling me, and they didn't really understand how a Groupon works. I will not use their services again.

I wanted to let everyone know my experience(s) with these folks, great at what they do and their estimate of what would happen regarding roof rats, was right on. Leah was great and straightforward and took care of issue as advertised. 5 star all the way.

Stephen was my technician. He was very nice. He listened to what my concerns were, and began working promptly. He was very precise and thorough. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone and would definately hire them again when needed

I am writing this review because of Greg Brown, General Manager, of Phoenix Pest and Termite Control. Greg was extremely helpful, professional, polite, and knowledgeable!!! Greg helped rectify a customer service issue we had one day before his visit and was the epitome of professionalism!

I would strongly recommend the company because of Greg. In addition, Brian, another one of the managers, was also helpful, patient, and proactive!!! They are an excellent team and represent what customer service means. Thanks to Greg and Brian for all of your help and support!

Good customer service.. prices are within normal range throughout the different campaigns or other companies.. offering a $50 discount to new customers on general service.. Ask about it or go to their website. Techs are friendly and on point.

I had a service agreement that renewed in June 2017 from when I purchased home 2015.
I've called this company out NUMEROUS times. The people that show up are generally polite, however they all speak either in Double Talked or in Circles to justify their inadequacies in service results. Call center is goofy and their inter office communications seem also be inadequate.
I will be using a another provider that has much better reviews. I hope I get better results, cuz they can't be any worse.

Don't waste your time with these people! Came to my home with one course of action and then never called back or followed up. After calling back, was told the person who originally assessed the treatment quit so no one called me back. Escalated to the manager who hid from my calls and was extremely unprofessional. Steer clear if you have a real termite problem that needs real treatment!

Unbelievable ability to fail at a single task consistently. I asked the technician to lay down the most effective ant bait they had and he did not even use a pesticide that works on ants. I called the office to ask what was used and why there were still ants. I was informed that the chemical used was not for ants and they would return to provide the service for which I initially called and asked. The BEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE ANT BAIT. The technician showed up and baited an ant mound in the front yard (service was requested for the back yard in specific areas every time). Days later my back porch table was covered in ants and my wife's feet were attacked in the back yard. I called back to explain the situation and the office personnel explained that he used a pesticide for ants, but there was a BETTER AND MORE EFFECTIVE ANT BAIT!!!! She then explained that since it had been FIVE WEEKS ( two months ago in her time) she would have to charge me, albeit at a discounted rate. I foolishly agreed to this and they returned to take more of my money. This was a week ago and guess what......... I STILL HAVE ANTS!!!!!!

They provided service for a renovation project. Super responsive, quick and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Cheapest quotes in town compared to other companies that I called. Excellent Customer Service & Friendly Staff. I will definitely recommend Phoenix Pest & Termite Control for all Pest & Termite issues.

Other pest control businesses, treat. There customes like that, like your just there business..Period. That's not how you will feel when you Phoenix pest control in your home.
They listen to your concerns,always, because you know where your problem areas are, you know your family so they really listen to make absolutely sure you and your family are very safe from what walks amongst us in The Valley of the Sun, because they realize what can and will happen if they Don't listen and pay attention to those concerns... I had Phoenix Pest & Termite Control come out to my house multiple times over the course of two years due to a termite infestation. Termite is right in their name and they did absolute nothing. After two years and still having termites, they told me my warranty had ended. The techs are friendly, but this company is crooked. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

It is the third time servicing our property and still not real treatment at all. They come with a spray to scare the termites away until they show later up on another room. As a real estate investor and owning many properties for years we are very familiar with the termite’s situation.

Best pest control in the greater phoenix area. Came quickly and on time, the work they did was amazing and worked very well! Would recommend to anybody needing professional pest services.

This place is hard to see from the street and it hardly looks approachable. You wouldnt be able to tell its a pest control company if it were not for thr trucks outside.

We have had termites back now 5 times after retreating each time in less than one year. Are they spraying food instead of poison around the house?!
