I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

Joe helped us design a built in entertainment center and a hood vent for our kitchen. We loved his ideas/suggestions. Joe and his crew were so personable, professional and communicated with us throughout the project. Everything is custom made - no pre-built cabinetry. It's gorgeous and I know brought value to our. home. We would highly recommend AZ Timber Brothers.

We had spoken to 3 different contractors and all had ideas about how to arrange our laundry/craft room. At the same time, we were replacing our kitchen island to include a large flat counter (rather than a high top.) The designer, Debbie Miller, did an amazing job from start to finish. While the previous contractors were willing to do what was needed, she went above and beyond and designed creative, new, and exceptional storage areas. Due to the different types cabinets that we ordered, this really became two different remodels. We could see both jobs unfold seamlessly. One was being worked during the holidays and I needed them done on Thursday due to a weekend get together. The job site was clean, neat and contained and on time. The kitchen remodel was completed within 1 day of their original estimate...that's one day early. We're now happily enjoying our new spaces and have had follow up from the customer service team and the designer. We will do more work in our home and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Bought flooring and tile for my 2 homes here - they have such a great selection in such a beautiful showroom. Caren Anderson
