Anthony M. was awesome. He arrived to fix my water heater. He was down to earth, warm and polite. He let me know everything that he was going to be doing. He fixed everything quickly. Kept Everything clean, I had no worries . I highly recommend A.P.E.S. and especially Anthony. Ask for him cuz he is fantastic.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. The experience was not great at the start. The first plumber was not professional. Service and quality improved dramatically with the 2nd plumber and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Justin and Sam were very professional, on time, let us know when they would arrive and solved our problems quickly and efficiently. They showed us every thing that they did and explained the process. We no longer need to look for another company for our A/C needs.

Always a great experience

Tonight was a HOT mess. But none of that matters now because we had the most incredible service and a cooling house again.

It’s Sunday 10:00 at night and our hvac system isn’t cooling. We got on the phone with desert diamond air and a tech gave us a call at 10:10pm says he’ll be there in 20mins. 10:30pm he gives me a call to let us know he arrived. Fixes the problem and is out the door at 10:55pm. I’ve not ever experienced professional, fast, easy and reliable service with any other air company in Arizona like we did tonight from DDA.

Our Professional Technician’s name was Cody. He was equipped, well trained, professional with amazing customer service. We could not thank him enough for the great work he did, the amazing customer service in such a incredible timely manner. He was focused and did such a awesome job!

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.

The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.

Unit had gone out called to get checked out .Moises went immediately ..turns out it only needed maintence ..Very honest responsible,communicative, and gave several recommendations! They're the best!

Abel of Goettl responded to a potential sewer line blockage. As we were looking at the pipes through the camera he explained the process, potential problems, and what to look for as we were looking at the pipes. He found the blockage and cleared it quickly. He also responded to a few other questions a had on some other issues. Great service and I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you Abel.
