Best Installation in Phoenix AZ

I would like to start with disclosing that this company has not worked on my house. I met them at a home show and they called me to set up an appointment to quote me for backyard landscaping.
We scheduled the appointment to meet at my property. On the day of the appointment the estimator called me to cancel. We reschedule for the following week. He came on on time and met with us and we discussed our budget and ideas. He then told us he would have a quote ready by the beginning of this week. After the week goes by, I emailed the company to ask where is the quote. I get an email response stating they discussed a $200 “design package”. So I reply, there was no such discussion. I get no reply. I then emailed the company again to let them know I have not received a response. I then get a reply that they are sorry for the delay and decided to pass on my project. I’m sure they do nice work, but the communication is terrible. It would have been nice if they just told me they were passing on my project last week.

Lone Star excelled at it all. Chris and his crew created a front yard design we love, and installed it with no problem – exceeding our expectations. A natural looking landscape – not just rocks, boulders, and plants in the ground – a design.

His crew is thorough – particular – and non-stop. They did great work, bringing the design to life, stuccoing the walls, installing the plants, the water and lighting systems – all well done – a great talented team, and everyday the work area was cleaned up, organized, all hoses neatly coiled – professional.

Landscaping is expensive – with the right team absolutely worth it – thank you, Chris and your great team.

The team at Straight Line was nothing but professional through the duration of my project. From Holly in sales/design to Kevin in construction and JD in pool construction, everything was timely and exceptional. The backyard they provided will be enjoyed for many years to come. Chad and his team were great and professional to work with throughout the entire process of building out our front yard landscape. In an extremely busy environment with supply chain issues, Chad and his team were constantly pursuing the material needed and communicating with us on any updates. The end result turned out great and exactly how we envisioned it. We have recent several compliments from neighbors and family on our front landscaping. We will definitely be using Chad and Ground Zero for our future backyard project.

Spoke with Zee to have some work done on my backyard. He was super responsive and ready to get started. We agreed on the project, time, and cost and everything was going well. Problems seemed to have occurred after they (mostly) finished the project.

During installation, one of their workers broke my water timer which is not really a big deal as it's pretty cheap to replace. However, he took it and said that he would come back the next day to replace it and attach it to the PVC pipe I asked them to install. That night, I received a bill from them, which I paid since I figured I could trust them to return and finish the job. It has been a month and there has been no contact from them despite me emailing and texting.

Overall:
Quality of work - 4/5 (why the hell is there so much sand in my backyard, it looks like a beach?!)
Personability - 5/5 (very friendly and nice)
Follow-through - 0/5 (they disappeared).

I had a great experience with AMS Landscaping. I had about 9 barrell cactus i wanted removed from my yard. They showed up on time and did the job for a fair price! I would highly recommend them to you!

I am writing as a customer who is not a weekly/monthly service user...we had Divine Design with David Bales design and redo our landscaping. This has not been a pleasant experience and Nathan the owner of Devine Design has only been to our home maybe 2x that I can think of. We were told our job would take 2-3 weeks. We are now 2 months into this ordeal and they have yet to come back and complete our yard. They have excuses ranging from they ordered the wrong wood to they are waiting for new metal boarder to come in. They just show up sometimes 1 sometimes 2 if we are lucky 3 days in a row to work. All the while this has been going on our grass has died and I have been walking 3 dogs multiple times a day because, they leave tools and trash (even McDonalds bags) strewn all over our yard. They have made multiple mistakes like removing rock where it's not needed, installing things where they don't go and they even made a $1500 mistake on a rock calculation they would like us to foot the bill for. Additionally after signing the contract we were told that they could not install part of our yard, all new grass because, it's not available until April/May. They never told us this until they showed up to start working. We have reached out to Nathan multiple times, but he seems aloof about needing to finish our yard. We just want them to finish and be out of our yard, but they keep dragging there feet. I would find another company that has a reputation for finishing on time and not making the customers pay for their mistakes. Looks like they do a great weekly service based on the reviews but I would think twice about hiring them for a remodel because, you will forever begging them just to show-up and finish your yard.

Called Sal couple weeks ago to check in on a possible leak in irrigation system as well as what’s causing low pressure on our backyard sprinkler system. After gathering a few quotes I’m glad I hired him! He recommended hooking the backyard water to main water supply and changed all the valves and that solved the pressure and possibly the puddling of water. He said that he doesn’t suspect a leak, he thinks because the pressure was too low the water just puddles by the sprinkler heads. He was happy to come back and further investigate if the water puddles again he said give me a call. He was very easy to work with, very honest, did a great job with digging and fixing concrete to run pipes and wire for new smart timer. Highly recommend hiring him!

I was extremely happy with the work that Outside Living Concepts did for me. I had significant repair to an existing patio slab, extension of the patio, addition of a built-in BBQ/bar and replacement of a putting green. There were some delays due to supply chain issues, but I was always made aware of them with an estimated timeframe for completion of the project. My designer, Reid Havens, was fantastic to work with - very easy-going, professional and most important to me, responsive. The crew was fabulous and worked very hard; they did a thorough clean-up after each phase of the project and were respectful of me and my neighbors. Since my project was completed 3 months ago, I have spent many enjoyable hours on my patio and putting green - it is my happy place! I would recommend Reid and Outdoor Living Concepts to anyone who needs a landscaping project done.

I have been using Phoenix Landscaping and Pools,LLC for about 3yrs now and I love their work. Competitive rates. They are very professional and communicate if they need to change the date of service. They send email reminders with suggestions. I'm happy that I found them! Almost didn't answer the call but glad I did.

Nick is one of the most honest and hard working small business owners I have ever met. His passion for what he does truly shows in the quality of his work and responsiveness to customer concerns or questions. Even if I found a cheaper option out there, I would never use another lawn care company again as long as Big Nick's is still around!

The pre-project planning by Abel Hardscape was quite thorough, and they made sure we would be pleased with the design. The job went according to schedule, and we are pleased with the outcome. We would highly suggest Abel Hardscapes for any outdoor project because of the amazing clean up.
