I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times over the last 14 years for my business and until this last experience have been happy with their employees and work. Just over 5 months ago I had to replace my commercial water heater. Diamondback Plumbing installed a new commercial grade water heater for just over $4700.00, but 2 days after installation the heater started to tilt so they came back out and with a little help from a hammer or wrench the water heater was sitting upright on the base( holes were made in the base for the legs to stick through, and there was dents on the side of the heater. I was assured that this would be ok and if not, I had a warranty. So last weekend March 23rd, 2019 the water heater started to leak, I called Diamondback and they sent someone out on Tuesday and told me that the tank did have leaks and that it would be replaced under warranty. Good news I thought, but after few heated telephone conversations going back and forth trying to find out when new heater will be installed. Apparently they were fighting with the manufacture, they hadn’t installed a commercial grade water heater back in October, they finally installed new heater on Friday. Saturday morning, I noticed that the hot water connector was leaking so again I had the pleasure of a telephone conversation with a representative from Diamondback Plumbing telling me that they would come out and fix the leak with new connectors but at a cost to me. I was taken back by this as I would have thought when they installed the heater on Friday, they would have replaced the connectors just like they did when they initially installed the heater 5 months ago. After several minutes of discussion, I reluctantly agreed just to pay for the parts ($78) and Diamondback Plumbing wouldn’t charge any labor. Well on completion of replacing the connect the invoice was presented with labor charge of $90 of course I was angry and confused just a couple of hours earlier we had agreed on no labor charge. The technician gave me some story that he had been to my business 3 time for this job will no pay and he had to go to north Phoenix to pick up the part which I thought should be standard on his truck.If Diamondback Plumbing had done the job right in the first place, then these return visits/issues/stress would not have happened.Very poor customer service with Diamondback Plumbing

My parents had extensive pipe replacement for their manufactured home. A Name brand plumbing company quoted $6,000 more than what they paid "Moon Valley." In addition they put in a new faucet for their sink and a new line was added to their backyard so they could easily water their shrubs.

I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone!

Friendly, clean and thorough AND the price was right! I highly recommend 2 Good Plumbers, one suggestion...change your name to 2 Great Plumbers!

HomeAdvisor recommended this business. They sent a guy Daniel to my house and did estimation on a Saturday. He said he has time next Monday. I called their office to have an appointment and Daniel would come to my house from 8:00 - 11:00 AM next Monday. But he never came. I called Daniel, he was busying on another task and not sure when he would be able to work at my house. I called their office, but they hanged the phone on me twice without saying a single word. Daniel said he would ask the office to call me, but the call did not come.No credibility as a business. No apology, not even an explanation from their office. Just avoided to talk to me. The office had the work schedules for that Monday so that they knew my phone number. When they saw it's my call, they simply turned off the call.

We have had a new water heater and water softener installed and maintained by Wyman Plumbing, as well as replacement of faucets. There work is excellent. Their people are responsive, courteous and competent. We highly recommend them.

I can honestly say that their telephone customer service was excellent, scheduled my repair, called to confirm plumber was in route several times, they were very pleasant and helpful. Plumber Mark Johnstone showed up ON TIME, clean cut professional appearance, friendly and confident manner. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding drain stoppage situation and cleared it in a matter of minutes! **** There was absolutely NO sales pressure regarding my service/fix..did not try to up sell my service or scam additional repairs!!!!** I will certainly use this company again and also refer them.
