These guys did a great job installing my solar, always showed up on time, if not early, and answered all my weird questions.
They even installed the system slightly outside their current preferred way at my request so that I was able to monitor my own usage with my home automation system and adjust my usage based on my current energy production.

Greg Field at SunPower is the man to speak to! He’s hooked up several of my family/friends with the best solar system available. Can’t recommend him and SunPower enough!

Gentleman came to my house and set up appointment with my wife. I informed him that I was the home owner and asked what this was about. He said, I already told you. So I said that I wasn't interested. He got offended and very rudely said I don't have to be like that. I asked what company he's from as is my right to anyone coming to my door and he said it doesn't matter since I'm not interested. Pretty rude if you ask me, Edgar. At least that's the card that was left.

Great and very professional solar installers. They are great at what they do. The boys clean the roof when they leave. They're kind.

We first contacted SouthFace Solar in January and our system was up and running in early April. Although it has been only a couple of weeks now, I must say I am very happy at this point. The personnel have all been very helpful. This is not a short process since building permits, SRP approvals, etc., etc. are required. There were a couple of minor hitches, but all were solved quickly with a call to or from Vance, their representative. If you are considering adding solar to your home, I highly recommend this company. I will readily call them again should the need arise.

Inquired online for a quote for off grid solar for a property I own 3.5 hours away. The day before they emailed me and I responded can we reschedule?there will be snow in that area I’m saying this because of the owner may not have a vehicle equipped to go back to my property in the snow and mud. They called me to confirm I said there is suppose to be snow in that area. I do not know if the owner (Eugene) will have an issue with the mud and snow and this is rocky hilly terrain. I was thinking of rescheduling. The appointment setter said “he’s got a truck 4 wheel drive it’s no problem he likes different projects like yours” (referring to my organic poultry and swine operation) she follows up With a statement I will get in contact with him and make sure. Never heard back from her leaving me to think ok he had no problem with the conditions.

I head to the site visit at the discussed meeting location I call the front desk to let them know I am running 10 mins late they give me Eugenes number. I call Eugene and leave a voicemail saying I will be 10 mins late. No response I text him again saying there is a accident on the interstate and it was making me run late. No response. I waited at the location for roughly 45 minutes.

I then call back to the front desk and she transfers me to a sales manager who says “they were suppose to give you a call back and it fell through the cracks I have handled it I apologize there was some confusion about the site visit” he proceeded to say we could do the quote at a more convienant location that was easier for me. I declined and asked for the quote over the phone. Eugene never responded with a courteous call or anything. If they can not even communicate properly on a site visit I would not use them on any project. Communication was at a minimum with my experience. I personally will not be using this company.

If the number is wrong I would suggest you have a meeting on how to communicate internally for staff to have/provide the most up to date contact information for potential customers.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

We had an issue with a 5kw inverter and Mike was able to get us up and running again in about a week, working with SMA Solar Technology AG. When the new inverter arrived and was installed there was an issue (with the inverter, not the install) and we had to do a workaround with the firmware in the inverter. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Does what it takes to get the job done!

What I admire about solar panels is that they essentially never wear out. There are no moving parts to maintain or replace, unlike bearings on wind turbines. How much will it cost? Over time, the prices have drastically decreased. State of Arizona and federal incentives remain available. Consider that, like any portion of your home (well, septic, roof), the purchase is a long-term investment, but there is a catch: after six or seven years, your roof, well, or septic won't start paying you back! The cool element comes next. You receive a website of your own to monitor the effectiveness of the system the manufacturer provides. Show your family and friends your website. Check the amount of power it has produced recently—over the past day, week, or year. Because each solar panel can be monitored and troubleshooted separately, the manufacturer can even do it remotely. Basically, each panel functions like an autonomous power plant (snow on one panel has no effect on the other panels).

Last but not least, it makes me feel good to know that I am lowering pollution and the need for fossil fuels like coal, gas, or oil.
