Best Installation in Phoenix AZ

The quality of their product (installed two exterior French doors) is mediocre at best; their workmanship is poor (improper installation of wood trim that warped and other issues); and their follow up for repairs and customer service is atrocious. Over seven months I could not get them to come out and repair some broken glass in one of my doors in spite of several calls. This was a huge purchasing mistake on my part! After only 5 + years, I am getting rid of the doors that they installed. I would strongly discourage anyone from having Desert King Windows do work for you.

I had 12 feet of patio doors and windows installed in March 2020, and just had 4 windows installed in February 2021. From beginning to end, Energy Shield was responsive and professional. I am extremely happy with the end result. A pleasure to do business with them!

The receptionist acts like she knows everything. The atmosphere of the employees is apprehensive. I ordered 2 window screens. I give them the old ones so they could the correct size. I ordered 2 window screens but the receptionist said that I ordered 3. One of screens was cut to small. Adam was the one who cut the screens. Finally the lady manager got involved. She didn't help at all. She did not how to resolve the problem. Then she said do want to take your screen and we refund your money . Overall, I will do business with company. I want a feedback from this survey. Thank you.

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

100% recommend this company. Greg is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything from top to bottom and answered all our questions (and we had many). He came out TWO more times to answer our additional questions. We originally only needed an estimate for one window but ended up replacing all of the windows in our home. We interviewed four other companies and we were not impressed with the professionalism we received as they really didn’t want to fuss with one window. We even talked with the other company that sells and installs Infinity from Marvin. I had to ask the sales guy to leave as he wasn’t transparent with his pricing. If you are looking for a professional, honest company this is it!

Workers did an outstanding job on my sliding door in my master bedroom/bath. Had no issues with materials left behind or cleaning up after themselves, they were very respectful of me and my home. Great company. Looking forward to our next project on my back patio door and windows.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

This is the second time we have had Krasiva Windows install patio doors for us. From the office staff.(Stephanie), sales rep (Perry),
to the installers (Randall and Mike) everything was a great experience! Our homes were and are cooler, we save on our electric bill, the door looks amazing and operates beautifully. Randall and Mike were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They cleaned up when the job was completed and answered any questions we had.

Being brutally honest, from the outside it looks really ghetto… and not to say the lobby is booji. But the staff was very nice and were very clear. The price i was told on the phone was rhe price i paid out the door. It took maybe 30 minutes for a window carrier replacement. $169 aug. 3 2022

We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Jason came out and inspected two windows that didn't close properly. He fixed one of them during this initial visit and had to order parts for the other window. I appreciated his quick response and his expertise. The cost was less than I expected, he was knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any window repair.

We absolutely love our new window! The installation was perfect. The new window fit right in like with a shoehorn, and it was an arched window too. Noise level cut considerably. We would recommend this very professional company!

From start to finish this company was A+. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We had the brothers Lance and Sean for the estimate and the install. Both times they were here when they said they were going to be, this quality is hard to come by with contractors these days. This house is a vacation home and was going to trust dependable glass and the brothers to come in while we were in home in Washington to come install. This install was going to be around March sometime. Last minute we had to take a trip to Az and called Dependable Glass to see by chance is the shower doors were in. Teigan and Kristen in the office went above and beyond checking stock and asked if we would be ok with a different look, if so, they could get it done while we were here. Lance and Sean just left, and the shower glass looks amazing! Not only are they hard workers they are very personable and fun to talk to. Also, this company was superb when it came to communication, from the girls in the office to the brothers. I'm not one to write reviews and felt like I had to for this one!!!
