House Doctors offers friendly, honest, knowledgeable customer service from the first contact with Libby in the office, to meeting Joe for the first time for an estimate, to receiving the written estimate, communicating with Deborah to having Joe & Sean come to do the actual work on the project. Joe & Sean did the work, leaving the work site as it was before they started. Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time. I have already started another list of projects and look forward to having House Doctors return to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance projects for my home are done professionally. Once again the Response Crew came to our rescue. We had three medium size projects: a new door / frame (that came primed) which needed a finishing coat of paint, mirror 5 x 6 which needed to be framed / painted, along with some old utility boxes / tv dish that needed to be removed from our back patio area. The Response Crew answer our call for assistance and sent one of their best techs - Dennis. Dennis is a perfectionist; he completed every possible detail required to make sure the above projects was done right. This is the second time we have called upon the Response Crew for service and it will not be the last. The Response Crew team and their Administrator Jennifer deserve ten stars; not just five.

We have been trying to replace our handyman who retired. It has been a rough year. We could not find a reliable replacement. We came across Sonoran spoke to Yasser who we liked immediately. Not only was he professional, but very knowledgeable about working with property management. I thought our old handyman was great. But Sonoran and Yasser has turned out to be even better. He scheduled with tenants and keeps us informed through the whole process. We know exactly when repair is scheduled and completed. It has made tracking repairs on each property a breeze. Eddie came to replace fluorescent lighting with can lighting. He was on time and purchased materials for me since I wasn't sure what to buy. The cost of the work was reasonable. Wow just wow ..we wanted to add an outlet in our kitchen area and install a light in our laundry area so I found Miguel on craigslist and within a day he came, assessed what we wanted and gave a more than fair price to complete. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone. He is now on speed dial for future work.
