Best Repair HVAC in Phoenix AZ

As a property manager for rental homes its absolutely crucial that we find and use QUALITY vendors to handle our repairs. We nailed it with A.P.E.S.! Their team is on time, priced fairly, and they never have to come back to to fix their own work! Mark was quick and efficient. Arrived early. Got our AC repaired on a 100 degree day. Definitely recommend!

I had a leak create a puddle above garage ceiling. Penguin showed up within a couple of hours and quickly found the problem. The backflush hose from my water softener burst during the regen cycle. A second technician showed up. They discussed the problem. They called the office to get an estimate for repair. About 1/2 hour later they gave me a $880.00 estimate. I declined. They were polite and courteous. I did the repair myself. $18.50 for the hose. Twenty mins to run the hose twenty five feet across the attic. My advice - be careful. They apparently charge over $2000 per hour for labor.

Excellent service from start to finish. Danny U. was my service technician and he is specifically why I will use Hobaica from here on out. I cannot state how satisfied as a customer and someone in the construction industry I am with seeing a business run correctly and people genuinely excelling at what they do! Much appreciated. Today 7/23/22. Once again I called Hobaica in desperate need of help and Travis came through. He explained everything to me professionally and with simplicity. I got a repair same day and with the best service imaginable. He and Hobaica as a whole are why I recommend everyone to call and use their services. Great company and fantastic HVAC technician.

Terrible experience for AC issues. Had my home warranty send them out as our contractors. The tech was rude and would not answer simple questions. Even answered the phone and walked away mid conversation. It was unbelievable. He came out and said ac Unit was fine but might need cleaned.A month and a half later it broke down completely. Same tech came out and had another terrible experience.So I called to try to calmly explain the frustration. The owner spoke to me and said he would handle it directly and get back to me same day. Never got a single response from him, only a response from home warranty saying I need to clean my ac before they will fix it.Avoid at all costs.

Nixa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly and informative. She explained everything that was going on and made recommendations for future items that need to be addressed as well as fixing the issue we had today. She was also extremely patient with our 4 year old who kept interrupting with questions as well. Nixa is who we will request for all future services.

Handled a problem we had with our heating and AC service in a timely and effective manner. Friendly, return phone calls, answer questions.

Called Geottl today for an estimate on replacing the furnace and a/c unit. Surprisingly they were able to come out this same day with the short notice.

Jesse showed up on time, even early to the appointment. That prior communication from the office and him personally was great and appreciated.

Even though it was mid afternoon, Jesse spent ample time and did a thorough job sizing up the equipment and taking measurements for a detailed job estimate. I have an attic furnace and Jesse took those measurements up there as well.

Entire time he had a smile on his face and was very personable, friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the product and services offered.

I hardly write reviews but in current time, I will take the time now to mention a company and/or person who went above and beyond. For example, when measuring the return ducts, Jesse offered to replace the filters for me. Tough to find this human quality in many people these days. It is clear to me Jesse enjoys what he does and looks for other's best interest.

I highly recommend Geottl even for an estimate to compare their quality to maybe the lack of other companies.

Mark and Amy @ A&M are terrific! They offer quality service @ an excellent value and rescued us from an unethical AC vendor who wanted to replace one of our units saying the compressor was bad. Ended up being a loose capacitor wire diagnosed immediately by Mark! We've been using them exclusively for years!

Overall a great job. Gerardo was upfront and honest, and Jose and Juarito (sp?) were prompt and had the new unit installed in a couple of hours. Efficient, effective service. I’d use them again in a heartbeat
