When we first walked into our home, as our Coit carpet professional was finishing up, we were overcome with disappointment. We noted that out carpets looked very similar to how they started prior to the cleaning process……after an extensive discussion with our cleaning professional, he re- cleaned the carpets paying closer attention to our concerned areas of high traffic’ed areas and it made all the difference- we are now happy with the cleaning that was done the second time.

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.
