They were on time. Ron made a promise to me and he deliveres on it. George Brazil canceled on me, Parker and Sons canceled on me but Rooter Hero saves the day. Located my sewer clean outs so I can drain my pool. I immediately saved Rons number in my phone. I'm glad they advertise on KTAR otherwise I wouldn't have found or called them

This morning, Daquon and an apprentice came to fix our boys' toilet. It was one of the best services we've received yet. He explained what the issue was and showed me what he had done. He, and his apprentice, were very professional and cordial. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Matt did a great job very through and explained everything. The best part is I felt he was very trust worthy and trusted his opinion

Has done work at my business and my home and has always done a great job I would highly recommend them and I do all the time.

Al called me back within 5 minutes of calling their main line. He was here and my AC was running in less then 2 hours A+++ service!!

Edit 11/30/21: Used them a 2nd time to fix my leaking shower and garbage disposal, and it was another perfect experience. The young man (Vladimir?), was incredibly nice and easygoing… fixed everything perfectly. I will definitely use Penguin Plumbing again. Great job!! —— I called them originally for a second opinion regarding a broken toilet. Guilfred was the technician who stopped by. He was very professional, very honest and told me he needed to order some parts. The other plumber from another company lied to me and tried to convince me to do a complete rebuild inside the tank. Guilfred knew I was going out of town soon so he rush-ordered the necessary parts and called to make the follow-up appointment. I had to work until 9pm and was leaving the next day. Guilfred volunteered to stop by after 9pm when I got home from work so it could get fixed before I leave. He’s awesome and I hope Penguin recognizes how great of an employee they have. That’s perfect service! Great job!!

Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

Muy buen personal y rapida atencion.

I have been using Day & Night for over 15 years because they are reliable, effective and take care of us when we need them most.. when the AC went out. I write this review to commend getting your ducts sealed. I don’t work in this industry, just a guy who took the risk on the cost because I trusted my tech Ricky Rodriguez when he told me it would work. You know a business is solid when you can get the same 2-3 techs for 15 years, and when he endorsed it, we did it. Game Changer! Our 25 year old house and 13 year old A/C are freezing us out now. Dust in the house has also been dramatically reduced. If you live in Phoenix and have older ducts get them sealed. It’s tough to spend money on something you really can’t see, but we are very glad we did and if this helps you take that plunge, fantastic.

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Now it's being replaced and he most helpful In walking me through the process. It's hard to find someone honest and to provide exceptional services. Scott is the guy to handle your AC emergencies!
