We put off much needed roof work for far too long. Now I wish we'd found Phoenix Roofing and Remodelling sooner. We got 3 bids and were so glad we chose Jack. Phoenix Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We worked with Alex who provided a clear, detailed estimate and was always more than willing to answer any questions we had. The crew arrived early and got the job done quickly + cleaned up well after the job was done, and my roof looks great!

I was in the market to repair some storm damaged roofing on my garage. The house was also in need of an update. I called several companies to come and give me estimates for the repair and replacement of both roofs. They would show up give me a bid and when I would call them back to clarify some things on the estimate you may or may not get a return call.
I had PCC roofing and construction to also give me an estimate and Sean was the point person. He showed up for the estimate went over the options I wanted. He sent me the proposal the next day, spoke with him about a couple of changes. He came back apx a week later and we firmed up the quote and job. Gave him a deposit and set up a apx date to start.
After that he called about a week before to tell when supplies would be delivered and what day they would show up.
The roofers showed up for the work.The staff were pleasant to deal with Seans brother ( Brian) was the point person during the work. Any questions or concerns he dealt with. The site was cleaned up well each close of the days work.
Sean came out the nest day and we did a final look of the completed work. I was happy with the work and employees.

I was so blessed to deal with this company when my family needed a roof on their house.
They came out immediately for an estimate. They were prompt and courteous and explained the process in detail with a clear timeline. They were always available if I had questions.
After approval, they came to do the work exactly when promised, and within just a few days, the new roof was installed and ready. The project manager inspected the job then walked me through it for approval. They cleaned up thoroughly.
I really couldn’t be happier with this company. They were a true blessing and reasonably priced.

Very unprofessional company I would not use them.I was just run off the road by one of their drivers and upon callingThey really did not care..Obviously ... spoke with Dean he was trying to be polite but unhelpful , then traffic supervisor hung up on me because he was rude and interrupting me, I'll get his name later. If you read other reviews you will see other people had problems with their drivers cutting them off on the road and being rude. until I speak to the owners of this company about their driving policy I will continue to let people know about this company and the way they act and treat people. It is very clear the only thing they care about is a rolling billboard sign, not the safety of people. I know if I own the company and I had drivers for me cutting people off on the road they would not be working there much longer I wouldn't be defending them in any way when you work for a company you represent that company especially when you're wearing their logo and driving there logo. No the incident occurred a few months ago and all the information was given to Dean and he knew exactly who the driver was but I'm sure that's been swept under the carpet. Take it up with Dean I tried to respond to your comments but I couldn't so I just added to my review. I do appreciate you reaching out as the owner and asking this information I wish you were as attentive a few months ago I had the information. Turned out almost 1,300 people so am I review on your company just one person didn't do business with you out of that 1300 my job is done. I honestly didn't like the way I was being spoken to by your employees besides the lousy driving
