Nobody wants to hear their house needs new sewer pipes. But if u find yourself in this situation, give Penguin a call. I did. They’re mighty fast, produce quality work, and really put a focus on customer experience. I may have just gotten lucky when Penguin put Seth on the job at my house or maybe Penguin knew he was the best to take care of my situation. Seth did a great job, kept me up to speed with daily updates when he left the property, even my dog liked him. I’ll call Penguin again in the future both both my a/c and plumbing. Thanks for the super job Seth!

Technicians are great - Knowledgeable, on time, well spoken, all the best “stuff”.I had the “Re-Pipe” done as the copper had leaked three times due to “pinholes” brought on, ostensibly, by age related corrosion and was told that the solution is to replace all the copper pipe in the house with plastic “Pex”. A two day job.The work was started on time and as stated with “Day One” being planning, routing etc for the new pipes. A couple of hours into the job, I checked in to see how things were progressing (I work full time and cannot support a “shoulder-to-shoulder” job monitoring).To my horror, everything in my home was covered in drywall dust. Everything. Beds, pillows, dressers, carpet, a black lacquered piano, four guitars, 2 antique and 3 vintage clocks, a 1920s Victor Victrola, a19th century cylinder music box, furniture, drapes, three computers, a laser printer, three “Smart” T.V.s, the entire kitchen and pantry, the entire Heat and Air system and ducts - Everything.Parker and Sons said they “Sweep up the general area, but, yeah, drywall dust is a bear”.The guys were great - Nice crew, we all had lunch and they are working to Parker and Sons standards. But I get stuck with the clean-up bill (ever had a 19th century music box or an antique grandfather clock serviced?).Very nice people, really great. But I CANNOT recommend Parker and Sons any longer.
