Best Regular Maintenance ?️ in Phoenix AZ

Hays cooling and heating are by far the best!!! Summers in AZ aren't exactly ideal, especially being 8 months pregnant. Our AC stopped working over the weekend and we were able to call Hays to submit a ticket, first thing Monday morning we got a call back to have a tech come out! Over all I spoke with a few different people who more than helpful and sympathetic to our problem! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Al!!! He came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me all the tools and guidance needed to move forward and showed so much love and interest in his job! I contacted the original company who did the installation and they were offering free service to re install the unit!! Pffffttt!! I'd pay to have Al come back and use Hays a million times over before ever going with a different company! Al has saved the day! I can finally breathe in our cool house! THANK YOU AL!!!!!! Myself, unborn baby, and fur babies appreciate you so much!!!!

Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system, explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was able to make a few adjustments and tune up my system. I am set for the summer! Thank you Expert HVAC Services, Inc.!

My name is Kim and Over the years I have had several AC companies look at my air conditioning unit and fill it with Freon or tell me that the Freon SR22 would no longer be available and the ONLY option was to replace the unit. I had someone refill the Freon in 2020 and they said that I had a small leak and the coil pans were rusted. I had two separate technicians, this month that added more Freon and told me that the pans were rusty and that I apparently had a big leak in the coil’s… when 1st Choice Mechanical was recommended to me by my son-in-law, Tim came out and did a full assessment and provided a video and pictures of what it looked like in my attic. He explained every option possible for me to repair or replace my air conditioning unit and at the time my home was 88° and had been that way for about a week. Tim suggested replacing the unit, repairing the unit, financing the cost, and several other options. I chose to finance the replacement of the coils where the leak was. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I had no idea that the pans were rusted to this extent. It looked absolutely disgusting and I am so disappointed that no one ever explained the extent of the damage that had taken place in my attic. Tim and Brandon arrived early in the morning and went to work. They checked in with me throughout the entire process. They shop vac’d my carpet and stairs, they wore foot coverings, they were so kind and professional. OMG! This company is amazing and should be on CNN HEROES… I felt so blessed to have them do the repair and I am so thankful to my son in law for the referral. Do not waste your time calling any other company because I can guarantee you that no one is as good or professional, friendly, expedient or experienced as 1st Choice Mechanical

I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

Andy is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and then replaced the hot and cold valves to my washing machine. He also replaced the shut off valve to my house and added a spigot in my front yard. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind explaining what was being done.

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

I had an issue with our AC fan, the last company replaced the capacitor and took a couple of hours to figure out why the fan still not working, they told me the condenser motor fan is defective and need to replace it, it would cost me about $800.

Finally, I was able to find the Comfort Experts. Ryan from Comfort Experts was not only really friendly, but he also did a fantastic job of immediately diagnosing the issue (just in 10 min), quickly fixing the problem. No need to replace the Fan motor,

I'D RATE THEM AT 10 STARS IF GOOGLE HAD THE OPTIONS.
They won a customer for life. You don't need to look anywhere else!

Our A/C unit stopped working so we called for repairs. As many here in AZ have experienced, having the A/C quit in summer is no picnic.:) Shane was fantastic and professional. Under promised and over delivered. Highly recommended!
