I have been using this company for many years. The customer service and techs that come to the house are extremely professional, courteous and always helpful! Their price points for service are very competitive and I feel like it's the best value for the level of service they provide! They are quick to respond to any issues I have with ants or worms and always conduct a thorough visit and follow up. I wouldn't go anywhere else, EVER!

Purchased their 25 Gal electric pump rig. The process was very easy and smooth with updates throughout the entire process from initial order, manufacturing and delivery. I did have the pump malfunction and called to get assistance in troubleshooting. I wasnt home to be able to do those steps at the time, but even still, they let me know they were shipping new parts at no cost as a just in case. I really appreciate the forethought and consideration to get me back up and running as soon as possible.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

In the middle of a global pandemic, you would think that they have better business management skills other than to give vague time-frames and 8 hour time-spans you must be out of your home while they do a treatment. Their suggestion of just go to the park does not fly for an 8 hour window.
