Great service

This was my second time using Parker & Sons. They just installed a Mini split unit unit to cool and heat my master suite. They went above and beyond to give me a fair price on my second unit. I would highly recommend them as the use integrity and honesty in their business practices and make you feel important as a customer.

Was referred to Pruitts by my home warranty company. Upon arrival they determined I needed to order a part through the manufacturer. The part was backordered. I had to call them repeatedly just to keep myself updated. The office staff is by far the rudest I have ever had to deal with. It has been 27 days without hot water!! Upon this last check in they informed me that over a week ago I was approved through the manufacturer for a new water heater!! I have called 3 times since that approval and not once did they mention that to me! Instead the rude offive staff told me I needed to just be patient! Then tried to tell me that if I used the part THEY ordered that it would void any warranty through them. To which I have determined would be as good as expired milk. Absolute worse service I have ever had. Would never recommend this company until they train their office staff on politeness.

On time and quality work at a fair price

Robert and Trevor are fantastic! They replaced our water heater same day of contacting them last summer. They were on time and did exceptional work. If you need honest, upfront, quality work at a very fair price you need to contact Edwards Plumbing! We are recommending them to all of our family and friends!

Update: We had Robert out this past Saturday morning to replace the main water shut-off valve for our home as our builder installed the wrong type of valve that didn't work anyway. Robert also repaired our water supply line from our high-pressure mist system pump. Excellent, quality work at a very fair price. Edwards Plumbing is the only company we will ever have perform work for us!

Paul was great to work with. He replaced my garbage disposal for a fair price and fixed a hose at no charge. Will definitely use him again.

We’ve used Charity Plumbing numerous times dealing with old plumbing in our 1950’s home. Weather it was addressing major issues like replacing our sewer lines or a simple leak they’ve always been respectful and responsive to our needs and budget. After many years in sales I hate any attempt at an “up sell”. Lucky for us Charity has never pushed anything on us or recommended needless services and memberships. We first used this company after meeting the owner through a non-profit helping LGBTQ youth that we both support. Thank you Charity Plumbing.

Top notch company. Chad and Jacob were great to work with. Our a/c was installed when they said it would be and it is working perfectly.

While on vacation our Solar hot water heater leaked in our pantry. Luckily our Son was able to shut off the water and drain the tank for us. But we came home to no hot water. We call Water Heaters Only and they sent Trevor E the very next day. Trevor was great! He explained what he needed to do and was very capable and quickly changed us back to gas hot water. We highly recommend using Water Heaters Only and especially Trevor E. Thank you so much!

Very good with scheduling and on time. I ahd to cancel and reschedule and no problems at all. Quickly changed out our angle stops. Water was only off for 20 minutes. Price came in a bit over the quote, but he actually did extra work not planned but he had to run out to get a part and he added a water line for our fridge last minute. Not that it would have been difficult, but saved me the time and effort to do it. Excellent customer service.

After being let down by one of the larger on-line so-called 'emergency' plumbing services who failed to arrive within the time agreed, James was with me within half an hour. I have no reservations in recommending James, who is knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and reasonably priced. This is a rare combination these days.

Excellent skills, the technicians also displayed a great deal of professionalism in their interactions with us and with the resident. They were courteous, respectful, and took the time to explain the work being done and answer any questions we had. It was clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Ronnie from GreenStar Plumbing was a lifesaver! We had an emergency plumbing issue late at night and he was able to come out and fix it quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. He even gave us tips on how to maintain our plumbing in the future. We are so grateful to GreenStar Plumbing for their excellent service.

Rooms weren't heating and cooling at same temperatures. Jenna diagnosed and corrected problems to my satisfaction. She was very courteous and professional

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
