When our AC unit finally gave up on us, CJ and his team gave us the best quote among the handful of HVAC companies we checked with. They left a portable AC for me to use while we waited for our unit to arrive. The team that APES sent out to install our new AC unit, led by Elijah, was very professional and courteous. They worked fast and were all very efficient, and when they were done with the installation, they made sure to clean up the whole place.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Was first referred through home warranty. Nice guys and very informative with what our issues were with the ac. Ended up getting an new ac and they did a great job. No longer had the home warranty but needed service and called them back just from how pleasant it was to work with them through our ac problems. Thanks guys you will always be my FIRST CHOICE ?!!

Absolutely incredible company. Prompt, informative, and agile. They saw an issue that may arise later in installation, advised how to solve it, than did it. All while staying around the original estimate. Their crew was professional and personable and didn't stop until the job was complete. Commercial or Residential these folks will leave you jaded with how good a HVAC company can be.

I never write reviews. Gary and Daniel came out this morning and were both absolutely exemplary. I've done business with Day and Night before and always been impressed, but these two gentlemen deserve recognition. Gary took the lead and explained everything in easy to understand terms. In no way did it feel like I was being coerced into buying anything I didn't need. Just very professional, and I really appreciated the time they took. These are the kind of employees that I hope the company really takes care of and values.

Our service tech Bradly was extremely professional and was able to answer all of my questions regarding maintenance for my AC Unit.

Our AC unit went down during a 114 degree day. Always, on the hottest days, right?! I called about 4 companies for immediate service. (I only call and use licensed contractor's that have excellent reviews along with a good AZROC and BBB standing.) Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the friendliest of all and were able to come out at 5 PM same day. They were sincerely interested in helping us. The tech, Dave, worked on our unit for about 3 1/2 hours until we were able to get cool air. He was very pleasant and clean up after his work. He was determined not to let us suffer another any longer. Thank you SAH&C for your excellent service.
