Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I wa quoted 700% higher than another plumber to run a grill gas line from an existing gas connect 24 feet, the site I got your number from stated do not pay too much to run a gas line for your grill, I had it done by another on the same site for less than 25% of your quote. The site said it should not be more than $25 a linear foot you wanted $175 a linear foot. Absolutely absurd. And the reasoning coming from Anthony was as absurd. Horrible experience, but glad I was able to get it done by a competitor of yours.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

Honestly, I wish I could leave a good review for these guys. They showed up quickly and they were nice, but maybe a little too nice. They insisted that what needed to be done to unclog our drain was a massive undertaking that would require multiple guys and roughly 6 hours of work. They gave me a quote for $2,900 and insisted that was a discount because usually it’s $4,000. I initially agreed to it because I was so frazzled but after they left I made a few calls and received multiple quotes for a fraction of the price, as in $700 maximum for the same scope of work (other companies also insisted that what they were saying needed to be done was absurd). Luckily I called my father who has always cared for our family properties and he encouraged me to buy some $10 plumbers balloon from a hardware store and give it a try. It worked. And it’s been over three months with zero issues. I would highly recommend you get alternate quotes prior to agreeing to any significant work with them.

They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!

They are very responsive and always arrive on time. The plumbers are professional, knowledgeable, and get the job done efficiently. They were supposed to come out Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 not even a phone call had to call them no clue, said that they will come in the morning between 10:00 and 10:30. We shall see I will write another review. Bad communications. It was a no-show, To extend on my other review writing, 4 days later they contacted me from Friday to now Tuesday they really have the worst communication skills I've ever come across and their equipment doesn't seem to work. You cannot rely on them to do what they say!

Thank you, called for an appointment and they scheduled me that afternoon. It took one hour to complete their pump service. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain a septic system to us. He also provided me with consumer tips to maintain and extend the life of my system. Total cost to pump a 1,000 gallon tank was $335. They took all methods of payment. I would use them again.

I had a unique situation where the house was on the fence of being able to close before foreclosure. AND Sunset was so very gracious with working with me to wait to the last possible day to get it done. The service was done quickly and the report was sent in a timely manner so we could get it to escrow and close! Thank you for being so flexible.
