Best New Home in Phoenix AZ

We own several rentals. We are turning over one and needed a quick cleaning. It was already in fairly decent condition. We wanted to get a true deep cleaning for that extra professional touch for our new renters and hired Tidy Casa because of their availability and fair price. Unfortunately the services left a little to be desired. Many of the light fixtures were left very dusty. The tile in the shower was not cleaned very well. I came back in with a magic eraser and made it look twice as good in about 15 minutes of scrubbing. A few of the outlet covers were left with dirty finger prints. These all seemed like things that could have been done in short order. They did a great job on the floors on the main part of the house. I rate 2 stars due to having to come back in and clean items that I felt should have been covered in the standard cleaning price. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there when they finished but would recommend you check their work. I am looking for someone I can pay to do the job where I don't have to come in a do additional work afterwards or manage their job as I have my own job. I guess the old adage is right if you want something done right, do it yourself.

This service is great. I always use them to deep clean my rental properties. They do a fabulous job and I never get any complaints from the tenants.

The company responded to my review by implying that it's my fault. Hmmm. Should they break something cleaning your house, do you think they'll take responsibility? Of course not, it'll somehow be YOUR fault. I don't know about you, but I will NEVER do business with a company that can't take responsibility for their mistakes because I won't work with narcissists. Their handyman didn't call me, and I never let a call go to voice mail. I reply to all my messages, and call every caller-I.D.ed number that didn't leave a message so I can block them if it's spam.
When a company's actions are inconsistent with their words, believe the actions. Every company will say they're excellent. Not all can be. Actions tell you who's lying.

Having had to develop marketing mailers, I never included anything I wasn't prepared to stand behind. I didn't need a cleaning service, but their mailer indicated that they had a handyman available. I called and left a message inquiring about the handyman, and that I did not need a cleaning service. I got a call back from the owner who seemed to be very interested in being hired to clean the house. It was difficult for me to get a word in without interrupting her house cleaning sales call, but I was finally able to. I told her I was only interested in talking about handyman work. She said she would have her subcontracted handyman call me. I've never heard back from them.

The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

I would not recommend this company at all. I paid $300 for a cleaning and the floors were still dirty, things weren't dusted, countertops were the way I left them. Plus, they were supposed to be at my place in the morning; I came home from work at 4:30 and there was still someone here with the job half done! I was having company that evening. I complained and got a second cleaning that was just as worthless as the first. AND, I was told they'd be here in the morning. Again, I came home from work at 4:30 to find them still here. They also won't refund all of my money.
