Beautiful windows at a great price. The installation was great and you can't even tell the windows were replaced. The only thing i wish was that since they replaced windows in our master bedroom, that they would have covered our bed/furniture in plastic. While there wasn't much debris there was still a layer of dust. I highly suggest draping your furniture to make cleaning after easier. We're very happy with the windows & service! We plan to use them again.

Used True View for the first time today. Had an issue with the lock on our sliding glass patio doors, it would not lock. Wes Taylor was the tech who came out. All communication was great before his arrival. He came in looked at the problem and in less than 15 minutes had our issue resolved. Wes was prompt, professional and honest. This company gets our business from now on.

We had Dwayne replace all the windows and doors in the back of our house (three large windows and two sliding doors), as our old windows let in tons of heat, especially in the summer. Dwayne came in, explained all of our options in a clear way, and quoted a price way lower than we expected for such a large job! He was professional, informative, and helpful throughout the process, and the windows look amazing! Best of all, our house is cooler than it's ever been! From start to finish, we were most impressed with Greg Johnson and SI Windows! He handled the paperwork with our HOA, their installers were very professional and excellent about keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up. We love our new bedroom window and the very large slider in the living room! We highly recommend SI Windows and Infinity by Marvin, superior product!

Being brutally honest, from the outside it looks really ghetto… and not to say the lobby is booji. But the staff was very nice and were very clear. The price i was told on the phone was rhe price i paid out the door. It took maybe 30 minutes for a window carrier replacement. $169 aug. 3 2022

So far I'm not the least bit impressed with this Company.

Replacement windows (6) and 1 patio door. Horrible service never returned calls, did not show up numerous times. Sliding door screeches whenever open or close. Screens don't fit some windows properly, one window is completely undersized for the frame so does not close. Problems never resolved still over one later! Do not recommend. Now filing manufacturers warranty claim to try to get help!

Couldn't even show up for the consultation appt did not call until 30 mins after the appt we received no call prior to say he was running behind.

The team showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. Looks great and they cleaned up after as if they were never there. I have gotten several compliments from my neighbors as to how nice the new windows and doors look already.
