We received several quotes from different roofing contactors in the area. Allstate had the best quote for the work that needed to be done. I spoke with Chad, Kathy, and Verioncia serveral times before and during the project and they alway provided the information I needed. The project was completed on time. They cleaned up after the project and took the time to explain what was done to us when the project was completed. We would recommend using Allstate Roofing.

Very responsive and good follow-up. Sent a large crew to complete the job fast.

Removed flat roof and replaced with foam. Everything was as promised - from the sales call through the final inspection.

Do not waste your time with this company. I got an estimate & then the representative wouldn't return my texts or emails for over 10+ days, even after I told him I wanted to give them my business. Then I contacted the marketing manager on Monday, who assured me my signed estimate would be taken care of immediately & someone would contact me regarding scheduling my repair. After having a signed contract in hand for FIVE business days, NO ONE at this company attempted to contact me. What poor customer service. I should have learned from the first representative. Shame on me. Don't make the same mistake. Take them off your list now & save yourself the trouble.

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Patterson Roofing replaced the roof on my 20 year old house. The bid was competitive, the work was done quickly and the property was left spotless. I am very happy to give them my unqualified recommendation.

After our roof was damaged by hail we contracted with Phoenix Roofing to completely replace our wood shake roof. After the demo we had to have new decking laid before they could shingle. Our roof was steep and complicated but the crew did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. Bill was attentive at every step of the way. We contacted MultiPro Roof Solutions after this summer’s monsoon winds caused substantial damage to our roof. Zachary came out and inspected the roof and walked us through the insurance process he was incredibly professional, honest, punctual, and above all- communicative with us. We have been having projects done around our home for about the last year and a half and I would have given anything for them to be as smooth as they were with Zachary and his team.
I have already recommended them to all of my neighbors!

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.

These guys were nothing short of awesome. My project ended up getting delayed due to some unforeseen issues and I was notified immediately of the delay and the updated schedule. they ended up getting me in sooner than expected and getting the roof done quickly and professionally. they even fixed some rotted facia on the front and back and did not overcharge for that. highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any needs.

It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.
The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!
