We had our driveway repaired by this company, and we were extremely happy with the excellent work they did for us. They arrived on schedule and finished the task as we had requested. I'd use them once more!

I had worked with Arizona Foundation Solutions before. They had installed a moisture removal system as a heaving remediation solution.

During my renovations, I noticed a crack in the foundation that was a little more than 1/16 of an inch wide. I felt comfortable fixing it myself. However, I wanted it done professionally and have it backed by a transferable warranty. Therefore, I decided to go the with Arizona Foundation Solutions.

The person handling the actual repair was Tom Linear. I was very impressed by his commitment to doing the job right even before the start of the job. The original bid was different from the work that was actually needed since I had just completed removing tile to reveal the extent of the damage. I shared this change with Tom. He assured me that all would be handled. He also warned me about the limitations of the repair. Part of the crack was in close proximity to the wall. Due to this and the need for even more, possibly unnecessary work, this part of the crack would not be stitched. However, the work would still fall under the warranty.

I was blown away by his skill, knowledge, patience, and willingness to not only listen to my concerns and answer questions but actually teach me me the techniques so I would feel comfortable doing it myself in the future if needed. Tom is an excellent teacher.

As mentioned previously, the scope of the project was changed. He performed extra work that was not in the original contract and would not fall under the warranty, and was done without expectation of extra charge.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tom. He is passionate about his work and is willing and able to share it with others. As a result of his visit, I not only have confidence in the repair that was done, but I also have confidence in myself to be able to apply similar fixes in future. Tom, thank you so much!

Ociel, Gilbert and their entire team did an amazing job giving our 41 year old home a much needed makeover. Ociel and Gilbert were very responsive and patient to all of my many questions. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They showed up early on the first day and prepped out house first to protect the windows, side walk, patio, doors etc. from overspray. They then worked tirelessly every day until the project was done. Then on the last day, The owner came back to do a thorough walkthrough to make sure the house was done completely to our satisfaction. We are so glad we hired a company that takes such pride in their work and are so dedicated to do an excellent job for the customer. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I have issues with my foundation and called several places. Tim from Ram Jack was amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quote and agreed to have Ram Jack do the stem wall repair work. Tim even helped to get me financing.

David and the guys were a pleasure to deal with throughout the project. We hired them to do some concrete  flatwork and they explained the difference in scope between their quote & the other companies, were competitive with pricing and knocked it out quickly.

We'll be recommending them to family and friends that need a reliable concrete contractor.

Marcos was very responsive when we first were talking to him about hiring him for the job. He came out the next day to give an estimate which I thought was wonderful. We went ahead and hired him to do a concrete patio extension as well as some curbing. The curbing came out great and the concrete looked amazing as well. He told us that we needed channel drains installed in certain areas. We didn’t want the drains but he said we had no choice. So we went ahead and added that to our tab. He spoke to my husband and told him that some areas may need 2 pieces on the top because of how wide it was. He was super easy to get ahold of up until the job was completed. Afterwards we noticed that the plastic drains he put in were installed with multiple pieces instead of one or 2 pieces across the top. Some have about 3 or 4 and ranging in all different cut pieces which have since started curling upwards and warping. Immediately after the job, it had rained and we noticed the drain channels didn’t do anything but flood on top. We also noticed an area of of the actual concrete that puddles up and stays a puddle for hours. We reached out to Marcos and was able to get ahold of him at first and he kept saying he would get back to us when he could look at his schedule to see when he could come out to take a look but then we would hear back from him. So I had my husband reach out and he told him the same thing and then stopped answering our calls. He even told my husband that he would replace the top pieces of the drains but had to order and would let us know when it came in. He hasn’t gotten back to us since and is completely ignoring our calls and texts. It’s a shame because the issues are really not that major and would have been a good experience with his company had he just taken care of us after the job was complete but he has chosen to ghost us and leave us deciding if we go to the roc or not. So just beware that after your job is complete, you may not get a response if you have a concern or issue that you would like to be addressed.

Our house had very very old concrete. This included the driveway, pathways around the house and the backyard patio.When this concrete contractor came out, they really helped us figure out how to solve our issues.Their team was amazingly fast and professional. They got the job done faster than expected. Neighbors keep coming by to tell us how wonderful the driveway looks.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated.
