They were able to get a service technician out within less than 24 hours in the middle of the summer. Prior to arriving, the technician called to let me know they were in route. I received a text and email both with a picture of the technician so I know exactly who to expect.Zeb came out and took a look at the AC. He was able to find the problem and offer a solution, with a clear explanation of the problem and the costs for repair/replacement of parts. Within a couple of hours of arriving, everything was taken care of and the cool air was flowing again. Would 100% recommend this company to others.

Do not recommend at all. The service is unprofessional. The plumber showed up late, didn't want to come inside the house to check valves and without seeing the valves quoted a random price of $75 which was double the price of another company. The company said they have a 24 hour turn around time for quotes, however it is now more than that and I still haven't received a quote.

Travis Vonau was the repair person who came to my house. He was great, professional and explained what was wrong very quickly. Because of Travis I am getting a quote for a new system.

The technician Rafael and his coworker did a great job. He was very communicative and knowledgeable of his job any questions or concerns he answered without hesitation. I was amazed that two Techs completed the AC installation in one day with no issues! Thanks, now we have cool air once again in our home.

I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your AC needs. Their staff was professional and friendly. We had an emergency and they came out to our house the same day. I was afraid I would need a new AC unit as mine is from 1997. They were able to repair my AC unit for under $300. I appreciated their honesty during my crisis.

The technician you sent out to me, Carlyle, was very helpful and provided me with several options. I was very pleased and am considering using their services if able. The best part was that there was no pressure on his part.

The technician Chris called me while he was on his way. I got a text message where I could track his arrival to my house. He was very professional and friendly, and did a fantastic job taking care of my system. He was able to diagnose potential problems in my system and recommended repairs before any damage was done.

Joe arrived within 15 minutes of my service call. He was VERY courteous and personable. First impression was excellent! He found the leak very quickly and repaired one of the main causes. Relocated the next cars and masterfully repaired it, checked it, and then recheck the entire system. The end result was that I could drop the temperature in my place to a comfortable temperature and not worry about any further problems. He brought up the service information and went over it with me and left me with NO CLEANUP because he left the place in better condition than the way he found it.Excellent job Joe!! After hours and hours of research Comfort Experts quoted us the best quality equipment and price of the 4 quotes I received. Rare to get both in my experience. Thorough and complete install with some of the small things included that others were excluding. Just felt this company were being straight with us from beginning to end. Outdoor unit and furnace were replaced. The installers were all very professional and personable. Guys had a great attitude despite the 100+ degree day outside and that much more in the attic. Wife and myself were really pleased with the whole experience.

He has found problems with my units and has worked to correct the issues with favorable outcomes. For example: at one appointment he serviced above the usual by finding an ongoing problem, once he completed; my utilities have been reduced by $41. This is a substantial savings considering that an AC tech identified a problem and resolved it in one visit. Great service! They came out the day a called after hours, for a few, and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Mark was knowledgeable and very friendly!

Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and we feel like we can trust Mountainside to do a great job at a fair price.

Update: We decided to replace our unit and we chose to work with Tom and Steve at Mountainside Air. They did an excellent job. They were flexible with scheduling, professional, quick, capable and most importantly, honest. They even gave us an upgraded unit because the one we purchased wasn't going to arrive in time for our scheduled install. We are glad we found a great company and highly recommend them.

A year later: While we were out of town our blower broke. We called Mountainside Air and Steve was at our house 5 minutes later to fix the problem. We trust these guys enough to give them a code to enter our home. They got right in and located the issue quickly. They hustled and found the part we need (which is nothing short of a miracle these days). Within just a few hours everything was working again. We highly recommend this company. They are excellent!

Service tech was Michael. He was polite, observed COVID safety measures, open to discuss his findings and pleasant to deal with. The subsequent report e-mailed to me detailing the inspection and servicing of my 2 A/C units is a very nice feature. Had a couple of minor issues but the company resolved these quickly indicating they strive to provide top-notch service. Thus far, my experience with ProSkill is limited to A/C work only but if other services provided are as competent as their A/C work, I would recommend them to anyone.
